    以原子层沉积技术(ALD)制备出的壳层厚度为1; nm的Ag@Al_2O_3核壳纳米粒子为基底,采用壳层隔绝纳米粒子增强拉曼光谱(SHINERS)技术对色素检测进行探究。对Ag@Al_2O_3粒; 子的最佳粒径、色素检出限做了研究,并对实际样品中日落黄和柠檬黄的色素添加进行SHINERS检测。结果表明,对日落黄和柠檬黄具有最佳SHINERS; 效果的Ag@Al_2O_3粒子的最佳粒径为300 nm,方法对日落黄和柠檬黄标准溶液的检出限分别为10 mug/L和100; mug/L,对液体饮料中日落黄和柠檬黄标准品的SHINERS检出限分别为10 mg/L和50; mg/L,对所选实际样品中部分样品的日落黄和柠檬黄添加不符合国家标准。This study investigated the detection of pigment based on Ag@Al_2O_3; core-shell nanoparticles with shell-isolated nanoparticle-enhanced Raman; spectroscopy (SHINERS). The Ag@Al_2O_3 core-shell nanoparticles, which; shell thickness was 1 nm, was made by using atomic layer deposition; (ALD) technique. The study explored the best particle size of Ag@Al_2O_3; with best SHINERS effect and the SHINERS LOD of pigment. The method was; also applied to detect pigments in drink and food samples. The results; showed that the best size of Ag@Al_2O_3 nano particle with best SHINERS; effect of sunset yellow and lemon yellow was 300 nm, the SHINERS LOD of; standard solutions of sunset yellow and lemon yellow were 10 mug/L and; 100 mug/L,respectively,the SHINERS LODs of sunset yellow and lemon; yellow in drink were 10 mg/L and 50 mg/L,respectively, and sunset yellow; and lemon yellow in some of the selected real samples do not meet the; national standards.国家自然科学基金; 福建省自然科学基

Email: [email protected]; Tel: +86-592-2189663.[中文文摘]金纳米粒子(AuNPs)的颜色会随着细胞色素c(Cytc)构象变化而发生较大的变化,作者在改变原测定流程的基础上利用这种有规律的变化研究和测定了H+和L-半胱氨酸(L-Cys)对Cytc的构象变化.实验中分别加入pH=1-13的Cytc,可以使AuNPs显示青、蓝、紫、红等明显不同的颜色,从而可以利用AuNPs比色快速测定不同pH值的Cytc构象变化.在pH=7时,当附加L-Cys浓度从低浓度变化到高浓度时,AuNPs颜色逐渐从紫色变化到蓝色、青色,从而实现利用AuNPs比色测定由L-Cys所引起Cytc构象变化.圆二色(CD)光谱证实了pH=1-13和不同浓度L-Cys下的Cytc构象变化.借助紫外-可见吸收光谱和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)进一步明确了加入Cytc后AuNPs的不同聚集状态与其颜色变化的关系.[英文文摘]The colors of Au nanoparticles(Au NPs) change along with conformational changes in cytochrome c(Cyt c).We exploited this property for the colorimetric detection of Cyt c conformational changes induced by H + and L-cysteine(L-Cys).We improved the conventional procedure for this detection.After the addition of Cyt c within different pH values,the Au NPs are either cyan,blue,purple or red.This indicates that the Au NPs can be applied to the rapid colorimetric detection of pH-induced conformational changes in Cyt c conformational changes caused by interaction with L-Cys. The conformational changes of Cyt c were verified by circular dichroism (CD) spectroscopy.     Preparation and Photoeletrochemical Performance of CdS Quantum Dot Sensitized ZnO Nanorod Array Electrodes

Email: [email protected]; Tel: +86-592-2189663[中文文摘]采用连续式离子层吸附与反应法制备了CdS量子点敏化的ZnO纳米棒电极.应用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)对CdS量子点/ZnO纳米棒电极的形貌、晶型和颗粒尺寸进行了分析和表征;采用光电流-电位曲线和光电流谱研究了不同CdS循环沉积次数及不同沉积浓度对复合电极的光电性能影响.结果表明,前驱体浓度都为0.1mol·L-1且沉积15次敏化后的ZnO纳米棒阵列电极光电性能最好.与单纯的ZnO纳米棒阵列电极和单纯的CdS量子点电极相比,其光电转换效率显著提高,单色光光子-电流转换效率(IPCE)在380nm处达到76%.这是因为CdS量子点可以拓宽光的吸收到可见光区,并且在所形成的界面上光生载流子更容易分离.荧光光谱实验进一步说明了光电增强的原因是,两者间形成的界面中表面态大大减少,有利于减少光生电子和空穴的复合. [英文文摘]We sensitized CdS quantum dots on a ZnO nanorod array electrode by the successive ionic layer adsorption and reaction method.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),and transmission electron microscopy(TEM) experiments were performed to characterize the morphology,crystalline phase,and grain size of the CdS quantum dot sensitized ZnO nanorod array electrodes.The effect of CdS deposition cycle number and the precursor concentration were studied by photocurrent-potential characteristics and photocurrent spectra. The results showed that the best photoelectrochemical performance was obtained at 0.1 mol·L-1 for both Cd2+ and S2- after 15 cycles. Meanwhile, the composite films exhibited a remarkably enhanced photoelectric conversion efficiency compared with the ZnO nanorods array films and with CdS quantum dot electrodes. The monochromatic incident photon-toelectron conversion efficiency (IPCE) was as high as 76% at 380 nm. This may be attributed to the broad light harvesting capability of CdS and the efficient separation of photogenerated carriers on its interface. The reason for this enhancement was further confirmed by a photoluminescent experiment. The results showed that sensitization with CdS quantum dots reduced the recombination of electron and hole pairs resulting in an enhancement in the photocurrent.国家自然科学基金(20433040
