The Development of a High Resolution ESI-QTOFMS Coupled with Three Sect Quadrupoles

报道了实验室研制的电喷雾离子源 ,具有射频四极杆接口的高分辨飞行时间质谱 (ESI- QQQ- TOFMS)仪器。该仪器具有以下特点 :在离子调制区使用三组四极杆 ,有效地减少离子束的空间分散和能量分散 ;采用正负双脉冲推斥和离子垂直引入方式 ;经过优化设计的二级有网反射器 ;新颖的 MCP安装方法。经初步调试 ,该仪器的分辨本领已优于 1 0 ,0 0 0 ,质量测定精度优于 1 0× 1 0 - 6 。该仪器于 2 0 0 2年 6月通过了国家教育部科技成果鉴定 [鉴字 [教 2 0 0 2 ]第 0 0 8号 ],其主要性能指标已经达到了国际先进水平An high resolution ESI QQQ TOFMS coupled with three sect quadrupoles is reported.The home made instrument in the laboratory has a number of features. It can be used as tandem MS (MS/MS) owing to three sect quadrupoles used in the ion modulation part; the TOFMS analyzer adopted positive negative double extrusion pulse and orthogonal injection way; two grade ion reflector with grids designed by computer simulation, and new micro channel plate (MCP) mounting method. 病床機能報告を用いた医療提供体制における地域性の検討

京都府立医科大学大学院生命基礎数理学京都府立医科大学大学院地域保健医療福祉行政システム学奈良県立医科大学地域医療学講座和歌山大学観光学部京都府立大学大学院生命環境科学研究科京都先端科学大学健康医療学部地域医療構想は、医療計画の一部として持続可能な社会保障制度の確立に重要な役割を担っている。現在、超高齢社会にも耐えうる医療提供体制の構築に向けて、地域の実情に合わせた病床機能分化の定量的な基準が検討されている。本報告は、病床機能報告データを用いて、全国の各都道府県および2 次医療圏の病床機能区分割合を算出し、空間パターン解析を実施した。その結果、都道府県別は、高度急性期と急性期の病床割合が、東日本において高い値の集積（ホットスポット）、西日本において低い値の集積（コールドスポット）が広範囲で統計的有意に認められた。一方で、2次医療圏別では広域なスポットの特徴はみられなかった。本結果は、病床機能区分割合の地域性があることを示し、地域医療提供体制の構築に有用な情報である

Clinical Studies on Root Canal Medicament with Formalin Guaiacol 2nd report : At the clinic of undergraduate students

In 317 cases of pulpectomy and infected root canal treated by intern students, Formarin-Guaiacol "NEO" (FG) was used as disinfectant in the root canal until the root canal filling was completed. The results obtained were as follows: 1. In pulpectomy cases, all cases progressed favorably during the term of root canal treatment. 2. Spontaneous pain happend in 2 cases out of 187 asymptomatic chronic apical periodontitis cases. It was thought that these spontaneous pains were caused by overinstrumentation of root canal preparation. 3. It was recognized that the results obtained in this clinical study were almost the same as the results we previously reported

Clinical Studies of Root Canal Medicament with Formalin Guaiacol

A clinical study was done to discover whether or not Formalin-Guaiacol "NEO" (FG) could be used as disinfectant for intracanal medication. In 679 cases of pulpectomy and infected root canal, FG was sealed in the root canals for a few days, and clinical symptoms and progress were examined at the begining of the next appointment. The results obtained were as follows: 1. 8 out of 247 asymptomatic apical periodontitis cases resulted in exacerbation of periodontitis. 4 out of these 8 cases had both spontaneous pain and percussion pain. In the 4 remaining cases, only percussion pain was indicated. It was considered that these clinical symptoms were caused by FG. 2. It was concluded that FG could be used as disinfectant for intracanal medication in pulpectomy and infected root canal treatment teeth
