    戊肝病毒Th表位肽免疫可增强其载体蛋白的体液免疫应答

    戊型肝炎病毒衣壳蛋白内包含一个强H-2d限制性Th表位P34。以该表位肽免疫BALB/c鼠,其脾细胞能够在体外识别重组戊型肝炎病毒衣壳蛋白,剔除实验表明应答细胞几乎完全是CD4+T细胞,证明P34表位肽能有效诱导产生特异性Th细胞。以P34肽初免小鼠,再以包含该表位的重组戊型肝炎病毒抗原(E2)免疫,结果表明,10μg、20μgE2免疫组在免疫后第1周即有部分小鼠产生抗体,到第3周所有小鼠均能够产生抗体;而对照肽P18初免的小鼠,以20μgE2加强免疫亦无法诱导小鼠产生抗体。这表明,Th表位肽P34初免诱导产生的Th细胞能够有效促进小鼠对携带该表位的载体蛋白的体液免疫应答

    以过渡金属乙酸盐和氢氧化锂为原料,采用共沉淀方法制备了锂离子电池富锂正极材料Li[Li0.2Mn0.54Ni0.13Co0.13]O2并对该材料进行表面包碳.X射线衍射技术(XRD)、扫描电子显微技术(SEM)实验数据表明,该材料具有层状α-NaFeO2结构.包碳后材料结构没有变化,表面覆盖上一层纳米级别的颗粒.电化学性能测试结果表明该材料包碳后在0.1 C(1 C=180 mA/g),2.0~4.8 V电位范围内首次放电比容量高达259.0 mAh/g.包碳后首次放电比容量,倍率性能,循环性能均得到提高.采用电化学阻抗谱(EIS)研究包碳前后该材料的传荷阻抗,结果显示碳包覆材料的传荷阻抗明显减小,电子电导率得到提高,从而提高电化学性能.Li[Li0.2Mn0.54Ni0.13Co0.13]O2 cathode material was successfully prepared by co-precipitation method using transition metal acetate and lithium hydroxide as starting materials.The surface of cathode material was modified with carbon.The cathode material was characterized by XRD and SEM techniques.The results showed that Li[Li0.2Mn0.54Ni0.13Co0.13]O2 has α-NaFeO2 layered structure and that carbon coating did not cause structure change.Electrochemical measurements showed that the carbon-coated material was able to deliver higher initial discharge specific capacities of 259.0 mAh/g in the voltage range 2.0 ~ 4.8 V at 0.1 C(1 C=180 mA/g) rate.Besides the rate capability,the cycling performance was also improved after carbon coating.EIS technique was utilized to investigate the charge transfer resistance of the pristine and carbon-coated materials.The results showed that the carbon-coated material displaied lower charge transfer resistance,which contributed to the improved electrochemical performance.国家基础科学人才培养基金(J0630429)资

    [中文文摘]以RedHat 6.2为操作系统建立基于DQS(Distributed Queueing System,分布式队列管理系统)的计算集群系统(Pc Cluster)。该系统提供Gaussian98、GAMESS2000、Xiamen99给用户进行的量子化学计算,用户根据作业的大小选择所要使用的CPU的个数,如单CPU计算、双CPU并行计算、四CPU并行计算(由2台服务器来完成)。本文主要对构建过程中出现的有关技术和解决方法进行深入的探讨。整个PC Cluster有良好的性价比,且安全可靠、运算速度快,它有望发展成为一个重要的科学计算系统。[英文文摘]A PC Cluster based on DQS (Distributed Queueing System) for scientific computation has been established with Red-Hat6.2 operation system. Gaussian98, GAMESS2000, Xiamen99 are provided for quantum chemistry calculation. Users can choose the number of CPU in terms of their tasks, such as single,, dual, quadruple CPUs. The technical aspect for the PC Cluster was discussed in details. The whole system which costs little and has good quality is reliable and safe. It is anticipated that it would be an important system for scientific computation

    Construction of a Neotype Controllability Magnetic Targeting Restructuring Truncated Tissue Factor

    目的:构建新型的具有可控性且能诱发动物血栓的栓塞剂磁靶向凝血蛋白,从而为动物血栓模型的建立提供新工具。方法:使用化学共沉淀法合成磁流体(; magnetic nanoparticles, MNPs),通过透析对其纯化后用超导量子干涉磁强针(; SQUID)测定其磁性能;利用基因工程方法表达截短组织因子( truncated tissue factor,tTF); (又称为凝血蛋白)并纯化与鉴定;采用戊二醛交联法构建磁靶向凝血蛋白(; MNPs-tTF),体外分析其磁控靶向性及凝血效力。结果:成功构建了磁靶向凝血蛋白MNPs-tTF,体外实验证实其保留有磁流体MNPs的磁控靶向; 性,以及凝血蛋白tTF的凝血效力。结论:成功构建了磁靶向凝血蛋白MNPs-tTF,为血栓模型动物的建立提供一种新工具。Objective: To establish a neotype controllability magnetic targeting; restructuring truncated tissue factor s for establish animal models of; thrombosis. Methods: Magnetic nanoparticles ( MNPs) were prepared by; chemical coprecipitation,and employed the superconducting quantum; interference device to characterized the MNPs magnetization. The; truncated tissue factor ( tTF) were expressed efficiently in E. coli and; purification by gene engineering technology. MNPs conjugated the tTF by; glutaraldehyde to compose MNPs-tTF. In vitro analysis the effects of; magnetic targeting and blood coagulation of MNPs-tTF. Result: The; magnetic targeting restructuring truncated tissue factor composites were; build successfully. They are reserve efficient coagulation effect and; magnetic targeted ability in vitro. Conclusion: We have successfully; prepared magnetic targeting thrombin system MNPs-tTF have been; successfully prepared,which maybe provide a basis for developing the; establish animal models of thrombosis.福建省科技计划重点项目; 福建省属公益类项
