    安全级数字化系统软件测试用例生成方法研究

    基于概率风险评价(PRA)和物理仿真模型,本文提出了一种针对核电厂安全级数字化控制系统的软件测试用例生成方法。所产生的测试用例包含了风险指引信息,能定性描述软件实际操作场景。文中以某核电厂保护系统子系统软件为例,分析系统的故障模式和子系统软件输入空间,建立软件的运行剖面,结合RELAP5仿真模型,获得了可用于测试核电厂安全级数字化控制系统软件可靠性的测试用例。该方法产生的测试用例为开展核电厂安全级数字化控制系统的软件可靠性定量评估研究奠定了基础。厦门大学能源学院发展基金(2017NYFZ01);福建省科技计划(2016H0034)资助

    核电站主蒸汽系统冗余压力传感器异常检测

    为保障核电站运行安全,电站设置冗余传感器对重要系统的关键参数进行测量,传感器的健康状况将直接影响测量结果.在被测冗余传感器个数较少,为3个左右时,目前核电站常用的传感器校准方法很难区分故障传感器.将独立成分分析和序贯概率比检验(independent component analysis-sequential probability ratio test,ICA-SPRT)相结合的方法用于冗余传感器故障检测,使用核电站主蒸汽系统冗余压力传感器数据进行验证.与简单平均法的结果进行对比可知,该方法在冗余度不高的情况下明显优于简单平均法,能及时准确地检测到传感器信号的漂移

    H_2S gas sensitivity of UV light activated WO_3 gas sensors

    以热氧化钨丝法制备的WO3纳米材料为基材制备了厚膜气敏元件,在常温、紫外光激发条件下实验测试了所制纯WO3气敏元件对不同体积分数的H2S气体的气敏特性曲线,探讨了元件对H2S的灵敏度与紫外光的辐射通量密度的依赖关系。结果表明,常温、无紫外光照下WO3气敏元件对H2S不敏感,而在常温及紫外光激发下WO3气敏元件对H2S的灵敏度显著增大,且随着紫外光辐射通量密度增加,元件对H2S的灵敏度先增大而后减小。The thick film gas sensors were prepared by using WO3 nano-materials that prepared by the method of thermal oxidation of tungsten.Under the condition of room temperature and UV excitation,gas sensing characteristic curves of the prepared pure WO3 gas sensors to H2S gas with different volume fractions were tested.Dependencies between sensitivity of WO3 gas sensors to H2S and UV radiant flux density were investigated.The results show that under the room temperature condition,the WO3 gas sensors are not sensitive to H2S without UV irradiation,while the WO3 gas sensors are significantly sensitive to H2S with UV excitation,and with the increase of UV radiant flux density,the sensitivity of gas sensors to H2S first increases and then decreases.福建省省属高校科研专项资助项目(No.JK2011039); 福建省自然科学基金资助项目(No.2012D110;No.2013J05014); 国家级大学生创新项目资助(No.201310395003

    本文提出一种基于COrTEX-A8和zIgbEE的智能餐厅系统设计方案,构建了无人餐厅模型,系统通过zIgbEE无线网络连接自助点菜终端、PC主机端、网关端、厨房端、送餐车、清洁车等模块,最终实现了通过WEb服务器、CgI接口、云计算平台等方式提供远程订餐服务。经测试,本方案可实现包括自助点菜、送餐、清洁、结算、网页微信订餐等功能。The paper proposes an intelligent restaurant system based on Cortex-A8 and ZigBee,and constructs the model of an unmanned restaurant.In the system,the hand-held order terminals,PC host,gateway terminal,kitchen terminal,delivery car,rubbish car,and the other modules are connected through ZigBee.Finally the system can supply remote ordering service with the methods of Web server,CGI interface,cloud computing and etc.According to the test,the system has many functions such as self-help order,delivery,cleaning,billing,web and wechat ordering services.闽南师范大学杰出青年基金(SJ1113); 福建省自然科学基金资助项目(2013J05014

    Development of the New Integrator System Controller on the EAST Tokamak

    为了满足EAST托卡马克的实验需求,提升积分器系统的可维护性和可测试性,研制了新型积分器系统控制器。该控制器采用ArM微控制器和轻量级IP协议栈,实现了积分器系统的网络化控制。所提供的参数设置指令可远程设置和读取积分器板卡上放大器的放大倍数,而控制指令则提供了初始化、标准信号积分、脉冲积分、积分保持、标定和探针测试功能。经实验和EAST现场测试,该积分器系统控制器可满足EAST装置的实验要求。In order to meet with the requirements of the experiments on EAST Tokamak,and improve the maintainability and testability of the integrator system,a new integrator system controller is developed,The controller uses an ARM micro- controller and the lightweight IP protocol stack to realize the network control of the integrator system.The provided parameter setting instructions are able to remote set and fetch the amplifiers' gain parameters,and the provided control instructions provide functions including: initialization,standard signal integration,pulse signal integration,integration hold,calibration and probe test,Compared with the original design,the new controller simplifies the design of hardware and software,and improves the system performance,usability,maintainability and testability,Through laboratory and EAST field test,the integrator system controller is stable and available to meet with the requirements of EAST experiments.福建省自然科学基金(2013J05014); 国家“973”计划(2012GB105000)资

With modular design method, the integrator system is composed of the integrator cards, a control card, a linear power card and the BNC interface cards, and it uses the PC control software to conduct network control. An integrator system provides 32 integrator channels, and all integral channels have four kinds of integral time constants for remote selection and provide three kinds of integrator running control methods. According to laboratory and J-TEXT field testing, it shows that the output voltage range is -10-10 V, output noise is not more than 5 mV, and for the four kinds of integral time constants, the integral output drifts are all less than 5 mV within 100 s for each integrator channel

    化石燃料的过度使用引发了一系列能源和环境问题,氨作为可再生环保燃料可有力缓解石油资源短缺的现状和改善大气环境。文章试验研究了氨气/液化气混合燃料发电机的性能和低碳处理效果。在改造汽油、液化气双燃料发电机组的基础上,研究了混合燃料中氨百分比逐渐增大时发动机性能的变化以及氨水装置对尾气的净化效果。研究结果表明,氨气/液化气混合燃料发电机在一定程度上可以保持其负载性能,氨气比例增加到一定值时,发电机的输出功率和电压会逐渐下降;氨发动机的尾气经过氨水装置后,二氧化碳的浓度可以降低到1%左右,实现低碳排放。Overuse of fossil fuel has caused a series of energy and environmental problems.However,ammonia is a kind of renewable and environment-friendly fuel and it can greatly relieve shortage of petroleum resources and improve atmospheric environment.Study on performance of generator that runs on ammonia/LPG mixture fuel and its low carbon emission is put forward in this paper.The influence of various percent of ammonia and LPG mixture on engine performance is studied and the effect of ammonium hydroxide purification for emission reduction is investigated based on a reformed Gasoline/LPG dual fuel generator set.Experimental results showed that the engine with load could maintain its dynamic performance when the proportion of ammonia was small, however, as the proportion of ammonia increased to some extent, the generator power and voltage would decrease;meanwhile, the percentage of carbon dioxide would reduce to 1% when the engine emission was ventilated into ammonium hydroxide device, in this way the engine carbon emission was low.福建省科技厅平台项目(2007H2002); 福建省科技计划项目(2013I0007
