    全参数全约束优化对钢筋混凝土框架结构设计的造价分析

    目前的优化设计一般是将参数简化为一维问题或多维问题,或为全参数优化设计,但约束条件不够充分.针对这些不足,本文建立了更全面的符合工程设计的全参数全约束优化设计模型,利用MATLAB中的fmincon函数进行寻优计算,它可以同各种结构设计软件链接进行参数优化,如本文算例采用了中国建筑设计研究院开发的PKPM软件中已有的内力计算功能.最后,通过算例将各参数对造价影响程度进行分析比较,得出了定性及定量的结论,优化后的结构造价降低显著.与当前的钢筋混凝土框架结构优化设计相比,本文具有较强的实用性、寻优计算快捷等优点

    A simple non-destructive method to measure leaf area using digital camera and Photoshop software.

    采用数码相机获取叶片的数字图像,用Photoshop图像处理软件计算叶面积,并与目前常用的剪纸法和叶面积仪测定法进行比较分析。结果表明,本方法和上述传统测定方法测定结果存在极显著线性相关;不同拍摄分辨率、单位叶面积存贮像素个数和拍摄角度对测定结果无显著影响。和其它方法相比,本方法具有准确、快速、成本低廉、适合非破坏性动态连续观测等优点,适用于植物生理生态学研究中叶面积的测定。 【英文摘要】 A method for measuring leaf area was developed using digital camera and Photoshop software.The measured data from digital camera was compared with the values from paper-cut and instrumental scanning methods and etc.The results showed that there was highly significant correlation between the results of digital image processing method and other traditional methods.The resolution,pixel number of leaf picture and camera angle had no significant influence on the results of the method.Relative low variation,accur...福建省自然科学基金项目(D0210001);; 国家自然科学基金资助项目(30271065

    Effects of waterlogging on growth and physiology of Spartina alterniflora.

    研究了互花米草在不同没顶水淹时间处理下,株高、叶面积等生长指标以及叶片光合速率与色素、脯氨酸、可溶性糖和蛋白质含量等生理指标变化情况。结果表明,随着水淹时间延长,米草株高和叶面积呈下降趋势,叶片光合速率下降;叶片中自由水/束缚水、叶绿素和类胡萝卜素含量、可溶性糖在不同水淹时长处理之间也存在显著差异;但可溶性蛋白质和游离脯氨酸含量在各处理间差异无显著性。 【英文摘要】 In this paper,the variations of plant height,leaf area,leaf photosynthetic rate,photosynthetic pigment,praline,soluble sugar and protein content for Spartina alterniflora seedlings related to various waterlogging time length were investigated.The results showed that the height and leaf area tended to decrease with the increaseing waterlogging duration.Leaf photosynthetic rate decreased significantly with increaseing waterlogging.There were significant differences between various waterlogging time and the ra...福建省自然科学基金项目(D0210001);; 国家自然科学基金资助项目(30271065,39970438,39870630

    基于并行小种群差分进化算法的水火电力系统短期优化调度

    为解决水火电力系统短期发电优化调度中存在的问题,提出基于MPI平台的并行小种群差分进化算法。该算法将进化种群分为若干个小种群(单个种群规模为3~10个),每个进化种群由不同的CPU进程独立执行差分进化算法,并在种群间引入集合、分散操作以协调各小种群的寻优过程;为降低小种群初始化和进化过程中多样性的损失,引入正交化初始化方法和种群重构技术;最后以典型案例验证了算法的有效性。结果表明,该方法在求解精度、收敛速度和求解耗时上均较有竞争力。国家自然科学基金项目(61403321);;广东省自然科学基金项目(2014A030310003

    Regulation effect of exogenous nitric oxide on anti-oxidation system of Kandelia candel seedlings treated with NaCl

    研究了外源一氧化氮(NO)供体硝普钠(SNP)对NaCl处理下红树植物秋茄(Kan-deliacandel)幼苗叶片中抗氧化酶活性、抗氧化物质及脯氨酸含量的影响。结果表明:NaCl处理下,秋茄幼苗叶片中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)等4种活性氧清除酶的活性均受到明显抑制(P<0.05),SNP可以不同程度地恢复SOD、POD、CAT的活性,但对APX活性影响不大;SNP提高谷胱甘肽(GSH)及类胡萝卜素(Car)的含量,促进脯氨酸含量的上升,显著降低叶片中过氧化氢(H2O2)和丙二醛(MDA)的累积。表明外源NO可以缓解NaCl处理诱导的秋茄幼苗叶片氧化损伤,降低膜脂过氧化水平,有利于秋茄适应盐生环境。By using sodium nitroprusside(SNP)as the donor of exogenous nitric oxide,this paper studied its effects on the antioxidant enzyme activities,anti-oxidation substances,and proline content in the leaves of Kandelia candel seedlings treated with NaCl.The results showed that after treated with NaCl,the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD),catalase(CAT)and ascorbate peroxidase(APX)in K.candel seedling leaves were depressed significantly(P<0.05),while SNP could recover the activities of SOD,POD and CAT to different degrees but showed little effect on APX.SNP increased the contents of glutathione(GSH)and carotenoid(Car),promoted the production of proline,and decreased the accumulation of H2O2 and malondialdehyde(MDA)significantly.It was indicated that SNP could relieve the oxidation damages induced by NaCl via decreasing the level of membrane lipid peroxidation in K.candel leaves,and facilitate K.candel to adapt to saline environment.国家自然科学基金项目(30670317和39970438);; 厦门大学新世纪优秀人才支持计划项目(0000-X07115)资

    SDS聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分析表明 ,不同生境铺地黍叶片中蛋白质的合成有所不同 .海滩植株中 30 .6、73.5和 96 .5k D蛋白质的合成增强 ,而在水湿地植株中 ,39.1、6 8.5和 130 k D蛋白含量较高 .移栽后的植株在 50~ 4 0 0 mmol/ L Na Cl胁迫下 ,原生长于海滩的铺地黍中 30 .6、73.5和 96 .5k D蛋白质的含量随盐度的增加而增加 ;原生长于水湿地的铺地黍中 39.1、6 8.5和 130 k D蛋白质的合成降低 ,但 30 .6 k D的蛋白质被诱导合成 .30 .6 k D的蛋白质可能与铺地黍的盐适应过程有关 .The protein synthesis in leaves of Panicum repens grown in different conditions was investigated by SDS- polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. In Panicum repens grown naturally in sandy beach,the contentof30 .6 ,73.5 and96 .5 k D polypeptides was high,and under 5 0~ 40 0 mmol/L Na Cl stress,their syntheses remained in high level. In Panicum repens grown naturally in water marsh,the content of39.1 ,6 8.5 and1 30 k D polypeptides was high,and under Na Cl stress,the three proteins decreased somewhat,but the30 .6 k D polypeptide was enhanced along with salinity increase.     靶向CIP2A的shRNA对人肠癌细胞生物学特征的影响

    【目的】探讨shRNA介导的CIP2A基因表达对肠癌HT29细胞生物学特性的影响。【方法】采用RTPCR及Westernblot检测重组质粒转染肠癌HT29细胞前后mRNA和蛋白的变化;分别采用CCK8、Transwell小室 法、流式细胞术及裸鼠成瘤实验(n=20)测定其对肠癌HT29细胞增殖、克隆形成、凋亡及侵袭能力的影响。【结 果】shRNA-CIP2A转染肠癌HT29细胞后,肠癌HT29细胞内CIP2AmRNA和蛋白的表达明显下降。实验组肠癌 HT29细胞增殖明显受到抑制,侵袭出的细胞数量明显少于对照组(453.0±7.5vs.152.0±4.7, n=3, P=0.001), 肠癌HT29细胞的增殖、克隆形成能力、侵袭能力及成瘤能力明显下降,凋亡细胞比例(%)增加(11.09±0.32vs. 14.25±0.04, n=3,P=0.001)。【结论】shRNA-CIP2A可以下调mRNA和蛋白的表达,有效抑制肠癌HT29细胞 的增殖、侵袭及诱导凋亡,提示CIP2A基因可能成为一个潜在的肠癌治疗靶标
