    超臨界流體抗溶沉澱製備管柱分劃的擬球藻玉米黃素

    本研究探討以半製備反相管柱劃分結合超臨界二氧化碳抗溶沉澱技術,進行擬球藻玉米黃素的純化與微粒化,並獲得高純度及高回收率玉米黃素粉末。首先3克擬球藻以80:1(v/w)溶固比的超音波輔助攪拌萃取,得濃度24.3mg/gext玉米黃素粗萃物,再以體積比98:2之乙醇/丙酮溶液沖提,獲得管柱流析物,其中玉米黃素濃度與回收率分別達349.4 mg/g與85%。最後導入應答曲面實驗設計的超臨界二氧化碳抗溶沉澱法,探討進料流速與抗溶時間,分別對沉澱率、玉米黃素濃度、總玉米黃素回收率及顆粒粒徑的影響。應答實驗結果發現,經由超臨界抗溶沉澱程序後,成功獲得純度達845 mg/g的固態片狀玉米黃素奈米粉末,顆粒粒徑分佈在211nm 及2567nm之間。藉由2,2-二苯基-1-苦味胼基(DPPH)抗氧化活性測定,發現樣品中玉米黃素濃度越高,其抗氧化能力越高。 英文摘要 This study examined column elution fractionation and supercritical anti-solvent (SAS) process applied for purification and micronization of zeaxanthin from micro-algal Nannochloropsis Oculata. Crude extract containing 24.3 mg/gext zeaxanthin obtained from ultrasonic stirred extraction subjected to a pilot-scale column chromatography was successfully to yielding the product containing zeaxanthin with purity of 349.4 mg/g and recovery of 85%. Response surface methodology designed supercritical anti-solvent process with feed flow rates ranged from 0.1ml/min to 0.3ml/min and injection times ranged from 12min to 48min were investigated afterwards. Nanoparticles with mean sizes ranged from 211nm to 2567nm having high purity of 84.5% (wt) were obtained from the SAS process at suitable conditions. Anti-oxidative ability of the 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl was also studied. This work provided a low cost and environmental friendly process to produce pharmaceutical grade algal zeaxanthin using supercritical fluid micronization

    1)IFN-γの投与により, 原発巣浸潤リンパ球サブセットは非投与群に比較してCD8, CD11bが有意に上昇し, CD3, CD4も有意ではないが上昇する傾向がみられた。2)IFN-γの投与により, 投与前に比較してADCC活性は有意に上昇し, NK活性も有意ではないが上昇する傾向が認められた。特に, high stage症例で両者の活性は, 投与前および非投与群と比較しても上昇する傾向がみられ, high stage症例でのIFN-γの手術前投与の有用性を示唆するThe immunological effect of interferon-gamma (IFN-gamma) was investigated in 18 cases of renal cell carcinoma before and after the operation. In 6 patients, IFN-gamma was administered preoperatively for 21 days (administration group), while 12 patients underwent nephrectomy alone without preoperative treatment (control group). The peripheral immunological effects were measured at before and 12 days after the operation in the administration group and at 11 days in the control group. In the administration group, a marked increase was noted in the test of antibody dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity (ADCC) activity and natural killer (NK) activity, and slight increase in CD4/8 and CD11b. In low stage cases, no appreciable effect was obtained by the administration of IFN-gamma. However, in high stage cases, IFN-gamma tended to increase the value of ADCC activity and NK activity. Immunohistochemical studies of tumor infiltrating lymphocytes in renal cell carcinoma showed a high incidence of CD8 and CD11b in the administration group. Moreover, the presence of CD8 was higher than that of CD4 in the administration group in contrast to the results of the peripheral blood analysis

    The Vaginal Metastasis of Ureteral Carcinoma after Left Nephroureterectomy : A Case Report

    69-year-old woman underwent left nephroureterectomy for left ureteral cancer (urothelial carcinoma (UC), high grade, pT3pN0) in September 2013. She returned to our hospital presenting with asymptomatic macrohematuria in July 2014. Cystoscopy showed tiny papillary tumors in the bladder. We also found genital bleeding from multiple papillary tumors on the vaginal wall. We performed transurethral resection of the bladder tumor and a biopsy of the vaginal wall demonstrated non-invasive UC, high grade. Pelvic magnetic resonance imaging after the operation showed no infiltration outside the bladder wall and vaginal wall. Therefore, we performed endoscopic excision of the vaginal tumor. However we could not resect all vaginal tumors. Irradiation of the vagina and uterus was performed under the diagnosis of metastasis of UC tovagina. Vaginal UC is extremely rare and this is the 26th case report in the literature

    Due to the convergence between the Eurasian and North American/Okhotsk plates and possibly due to the westward motion of the Kuril fore arc sliver, a N-S trending fold-and-thrust belt was formed in the western part of the Hokkaido axial zone. In the frontal part of this thrust system, the Umaoi hills were formed as a fault-related fold. To reveal the activity of the thrusting in late Cenozoic and the mechanisms forming the Umaoi hills, high-resolution shallow seismic reflection profiling was undertaken across the western part of the Umaoi Hills. The seismic source was a Mini-vibrator truck, and shot and receiver intervals were 10 m. On the western flank of the Umaoi hills, west-dipping flexures are recognized on the geomorphic surfaces of late Quaternary ages. The seismic reflection profile demonstrates growth folding in the western flank of the Umaoi hills. The basal horizon of the growth strata almost corresponds to the top of the Nina Formation dated at 3.5 Ma. Thus the uplift of the Umaoi hills began after the deposition of the Nina Formation and continued in the late Quaternary. Near the summit of the Umaoi hills, a west dipping active fault (Izumizato fault) is cropping out. A seismic reflection profile shows that the Izumisato fault is a bedding-slip fault and the fault is not connected directly with the subsurface master thrust
