Modelling and Segmenting the Future Value of Cruise Tourists: Empirical Study of China Mainland, Hong Kong, and Taiwan
自20世纪80年代以来,现代邮轮旅游作为一种休闲度假方式,已经成为欧美国家中产阶级出游的重要选择之一。深入了解中国邮轮旅游者的特点并进行市场细分,有助于推动中国邮轮旅游市场开发。本研究根据顾客终身价值理论,测算了邮轮旅游者的未来价值,并通过探索性因子分析和验证性因子分析研究了邮轮旅游者的消费偏好,建立了邮轮旅游者未来价值评估模型。基于中国大陆、香港和台湾邮轮旅游者的相关数据,通过AMOS21.0对邮轮旅游者未来价值模型进行了检验,发现了对邮轮旅游者未来价值有显著影响的因素;通过R13.0软件进一步对显著影响邮轮旅游者未来价值的因素进行了潜类分析,识别出了未来价值较高的邮轮旅游市场,进而为有效地市场开发提供依据。Abstract: Since the 1980s, modem cruise, as a leisure vacation, has become one of the most popular options for middle-class in Europe and North America. According to the theory of customer lifespan value, our research estimated the future value of cruise tourists, and upgraded the previous research scale of foreign cruise tourists' preference by exploratory factors analysis and confirmatory factors analysis, in order to build the model of cruise tourists' future value. Based on the dataset of cruise tourists from China mainland, Hong Kong, and Taiwan, the measurement model of cruise tourists' future value was tested through structural equa- tion modelling in program of AMOS21.0. Ultimately, our study found some significant impact factors of cruise tourists' future value and applied the empirical result into cruise market segmentation, using of R13.0 to do latent cluster analysis of the significant determinants of cruise tourists' future value, in order to recog- nize the most valuable segment and efficient marketing strategy.Specific results show that the cruise tourism income level, revisit frequency, the route length, consume preference for infrastructure and recreational facilities have a significant positive impact on the future value of cruise tourists. Effects of a combination therapy with a compound Chinese medicine and an enteral nutrition powder in the treatment of mice with chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases
目的 评估健脾益气复方中药颗粒剂联合肠内营养粉剂安素治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的有效性与安全性。方法 选取雄性小鼠96只,其中24只作为正常对照组,其余72只采用烟熏小鼠法建立COPD模型,随机分3组:COPD模型组、安素治疗组(0.558 g/m L安素,0.1 m L/10 g小鼠)及中药联合安素治疗组(0.558 g/m L安素,0.1 m L/10 g小鼠+2.5 g/m L中药,0.06 m L/10 g小鼠)。所有小鼠在实验全程进行体重监测,并分别在治疗前、治疗后2周及5周进行血清学检测及肺组织切片检查。结果 与正常对照组小鼠相比,COPD模型组小鼠体重增加明显减缓,血清总蛋白和白蛋白含量均明显降低(P〈0.05),血清谷草转氨酶和谷丙转氨酶含量均明显升高(P〈0.05)。与COPD模型组小鼠相比,中药联合安素治疗组小鼠的体重明显回升,治疗后5周,血清总蛋白和白蛋白含量均显著增加(P〈0.05),血清谷草转氨酶和谷丙转氨酶含量均明显下降(P〈0.05)。病理切片结果也证实了中药联合安素治疗对COPD肺部病理改变具有明显改善作用。结论 健脾益气复方中药联合肠内营养粉剂安素可明显改善COPD营养不良状况,并有效改善其肺组织受损情况。Objective To evaluate the validity and safety of a combination therapy with a compound Chinese medicine and an enteral nutrition powder ensure on chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases (COPD). Methods Among 96 male mice, 24 mice were randomly selected as a normal control group, the other 72 mice were induced as COPD mice after 60-day smoking. These COPD mice were then randomly divided into 3 groups: COPD positive group, Ensure treatment group (0.558 g/mL Ensure, 0.1 mL/10 g mice), combina- tion therapy group (0.558 g/mL Ensure, 0.1 mL/10 g mice+2.5 g/mL traditional Chinese medicin, 0.06 mL/10 g mice). The weights of all mice were monitored during the whole experimental period. The serologic tests were carried out before and at different time points (2 weeks or 5 weeks) after the treatments began. Meanwhile, histological examinations of their lungs were performed. Results Compared with the normal control group mice, COPD mice showed a lower amount of serum albumin (P 〈 0.05) and a higher level of serum aminotransferase activity (P 〈 0.05) with a much slower rate in weight gaining. After 5-week treatments with the combination albumin were increased gradually (P 〈 0.05) therapy, compared with the COPD positive group, the amounts of serum and the serum aminotransferase activities were returned to normal (P 〈 0.05). Results from histological examinations confirmed the efficacy of the combination therapy on COPD mice. 试论上市公司高管薪酬的粘性——基于我国金融业上市公司的研究视角
本文以中国股票市场中金融业上市公司为样本,对高层管理人员薪酬粘性问题展开研究。研究发现,高管薪酬存在粘性,即在公司绩效上升时高管薪酬增加幅度显著高于公司绩效下降时的减少幅度。进一步研究还发现,公司规模、股权安排、负债比例等一系列特征对高管薪酬粘性具有显著的影响关系。本文研究不仅揭示我国上市公司高管薪酬变动特征,同时也为学术界进一步研究高管薪酬粘性问题提供理论基础与数据支持
聚合物纳米杂化材料的控制合成、自组装及功能化
聚合物纳米杂化材料的制备及功能化是当前国际前沿研究课题之一.特殊结构的聚合物可以通过分子间特殊相互作用,在纳米尺度上自发地组装成具有特殊结构和形态的集合体,这类材料在新材料、电子以及生物医学等领域具有广泛的应用前景.本文介绍国内外,特别是厦门大学在双亲性分子及嵌段共聚物的模板自组装、基于POSS单体纳米构筑单元以及POSS嵌段聚合物自组装的有机/无机纳米杂化材料、模板控制导电高分子材料纳米形态构筑等领域材料的可控合成和组装,与此同时对相关材料的性能及功能化应用进行了简要的讨论
Room-temperature quantum interference in single perovskite quantum dot junctions
钙钛矿材料由于其高量子产率、载流子迁移率和独特的光致发光特性而在光电材料领域存在诸多潜在的重要应用。研究钙钛矿材料在纳米尺度下电荷输运的独特尺寸效应对钙钛矿光电器件的设计和开发具有重要的指导意义。洪文晶教授课题组基于机械可控裂结技术自主研发了具有皮米级位移调控灵敏度和飞安级电学测量精度的精密科学仪器,对南开大学李跃龙副教授团队合成的钙钛矿量子点进行了深入表征,研究工作成功将量子干涉的研究体系拓展至在光电领域具有重要应用的钙钛矿材料领域,为未来制备基于量子干涉效应的新型钙钛矿器件提供了一种全新的思路。
这一跨学科国际合作研究工作是在化学化工学院洪文晶教授、英国Lancaster 大学物理系Colin J. Lambert教授以及南开大学电子信息与光电工程学院李跃龙副教授的共同指导下完成的。化工系硕士研究生郑海宁、Lancaster University大学Songjun Hou博士、南开大学硕士研究生辛晨光为论文第一作者。博士后林禄春,博士研究生谭志冰、郑珏婷,硕士研究生蒋枫、张珑漪,本科生何文翔、李庆民等参与了论文的研究工作。刘俊扬特任副研究员、师佳副教授和萨本栋微纳米研究院杨扬副教授也参与了部分指导工作。The studies of quantum interference effects through bulk perovskite materials at the Ångstrom scale still remain as a major challenge. Herein, we provide the observation of roomtemperature quantum interference effects in metal halide perovskite quantum dots (QDs) using the mechanically controllable break junction technique. Single-QD conductance measurements reveal that there are multiple conductance peaks for the CH3NH3PbBr3 and CH3NH3PbBr2.15Cl0.85 QDs, whose displacement distributions match the lattice constant of QDs, suggesting that the gold electrodes slide through different lattice sites of the QD via Auhalogen coupling. We also observe a distinct conductance ‘jump’ at the end of the sliding process, which is further evidence that quantum interference effects dominate charge transport in these single-QD junctions. This conductance ‘jump’ is also confirmed by our
theoretical calculations utilizing density functional theory combined with quantum transport theory. 类泛素蛋白及其中文命名
泛素家族包括泛素及类泛素蛋白,约20种成员蛋白.近年来,泛素家族领域取得了迅猛发展,并已与生物学及医学研究的各个领域相互交叉.泛素家族介导的蛋白质降解和细胞自噬机制的发现分别于2004和2016年获得诺贝尔奖.但是,类泛素蛋白并没有统一规范的中文译名. 2018年4月9日在苏州召开的《泛素家族介导的蛋白质降解和细胞自噬》专著的编委会上,部分作者讨论了类泛素蛋白的中文命名问题,并在随后的\"泛素家族、自噬与疾病\"(Ubiquitinfamily,autophagy anddiseases)苏州会议上提出了类泛素蛋白中文翻译草案,此草案在参加该会议的国内学者及海外华人学者间取得了高度共识.冷泉港亚洲\"泛素家族、自噬与疾病\"苏州会议是由美国冷泉港实验室主办、两年一度、面向全球的英文会议.该会议在海内外华人学者中具有广泛影响,因此,参会华人学者的意见具有一定的代表性.本文介绍了10个类别的类泛素蛋白的中文命名,系统总结了它们的结构特点,并比较了参与各种类泛素化修饰的酶和它们的生物学功能.文章由45名从事该领域研究的专家合作撰写,其中包括中国工程院院士1名,相关学者4名,长江学者3名,国家杰出青年科学基金获得者18名和美国知名高校华人教授4名.他们绝大多数是参加编写即将由科学出版社出版的专著《泛素家族介导的蛋白质降解和细胞自噬》的专家
高职院校基于研发外包的校企合作研究与实践
现代企业为降低成本、提高效率,产生将研究与开发工作外包的需求,而高职院校为了实现自身更好的发展,也希望与企业进行校企合作,培养高层次、创新性人才。但高职院校基于研发外包服务的校企合作始终有“模式单一、深度不够、难以持续发展”等问题,我校通过与工程机械行业企业深度合作,对研发外包服务内容,合作模式,运行机制、研发创新团队建设、学生研发人才培养等方面进行了实践探索,取得了显著的经济与社会效益,为高职院校深入发展产教融合、校企研发外包合作提供了经验。</jats:p
基于Linux的B2级安全操作系统中的Trusted IP的设计与实现
本文详细论述了基于Linux的安全操作系统中的Trusted IP设计与实现。Trusted IP是强制存取控制在网络上的延伸,它是通过对IP option进行扩展来实现的。本文分为六个部分:第一部分讲了国际互联网的发展状况和趋势以及越来越令人注目的网络安全问题;第二部分讲了安全操作系统在解决网络安全问题时所处的核心地位和重要意义;第三部分指出Trusted IP解决了安全操作系统的一个严重的安全问题;第四部分讲了安全操作系统的总体结构和基本原理;第五部分集体讲述了Trusted IP的设计与实现;第六部分对Trusted IP的设计与实现做了总结并进行了展望。In this paper, we present the comprehensive and detailed information about the design and implementation of Trusted IP in Linux based security operation system. Trusted IP is the extension of MAC (Mandatory Accesses Control) from hosts to networks, it's implemented by extension of IP option.
