No full text用改良抗酸性染色法对采自上海地区野生蛇类的胃内容物进行了隐孢子虫感染情况调查。结果表明,上海地区野生蛇类隐孢子虫的感染率高达45.2%,显著高于动物园驯养的爬行动物的感染率(4.5%)。同时揭示了野生蛇类驯养死亡率极高的重要原因,并给喜食蛇类等野生动物者提出了严重的警示

No full text在等离子体增强化学气相淀积(PECVD)系统中,以高纯H_2高度稀释SiH_4为反应气体源,在射频和直流双重功率源的激励下制备成功具有纳米结构的nc-Si:H薄膜,利用高分辨率电子显微镜(HREM),Raman散射谱(RSS),扫描隧道电子显微镜(STM)等实验技术对nc-Si:H薄膜样品作了研究.基于对薄膜制备过程的动力学分析,提出nc-Si:H薄膜的分形生长模型:扩散与反应限制凝聚模型.其结果与实验符合得很好

No full text用等离子体增强化学汽相淀积法系统制备了发光纳米硅(nc-Si:H)薄膜。讨论了晶粒尺寸和表面结构对光致发光(PL)谱的影响。用量子限制-发光中心模型解释了nc-Si:H的PL。研究了PL谱的温度特性。温度从10K上升到250K,PL峰值红移了54meV,且PL强度衰减了两个数量级
