    A Study on Career Support for Paralympians from the perspective of Social Cognitive Career Theory

    研究成果の概要 (和文) : 本研究は、パラリンピアンにおけるキャリア構築の実態と、問題解決にむけた必要とされる支援の解明を目的とした。実態調査は社会認知的進路理論(SCCT)に基づき実施し、パラリンピアンのキャリア選択阻害要因を顕在化することで、キャリアアップ及び競技力向上へ貢献することを目的とした。パラリンピアンのキャリア選択の過程を明らかにすることで問題を発見することを目標としてパラリンピアンのキャリア実態調査を行い、多くのパラリンピアンが抱えているキャリア選択時のポジティブ因子・ネガティブ因子を調査し、それらの因子がどのようにキャリア選択に影響を与えるかを検討することを目的とした。研究成果の概要 (英文) : By clarifying the social/psychological and organizational/environmental factors that narrow career options, this study aims to validate the evidence of various career supports that can cope with those factors in order to broaden the possibilities of career selection for both Paralympians after retirement and for those who are still active athletes. Actual condition survey was conducted to aim for the improvement of career development and athletic ability by making apparent the obstructive factors that stand above the career selection for Paralympians. The purpose of disclosing the process of Paralympian’s career selection was to discover the issues surrounding them, identify both the positive and negative factors that many Paralympians experience during career selection, and investigate how those factors influence Paralympians when selecting their athletic careers

    Effect on Exciting Moment by Bank Angle Error of V-Type Engine for Automobile

    Recently, an automobile engine advances toward higher power and the powers per unit weight and unit displacement tend to increase. On the other hand, the compact design of the engine is desired for the fuel efficiency and habitability improvement. The compact design have been developed the structure of the engine from Straight-type to V-type, VR-type and W-type. One of the present authors has previously reported the compact design and the reduction of vibration of V-type engine. Then, it has been clarified that the number of the effective bank angle increases in the design, when the cylinder number of the V-type engine increases. The 45 kinds of bank angle have been obtained V-type 12 cylinder engine with the transposition crank pin. The bank angle required by the calculation has the fraction under decimal point. In this report, when the bank angle(V-angle) which decides the basic structure of V-type engine has the angle error, the effect of the error on the exciting moment is described. (author abst.)近年,乗用車用機関は高出力化が進み,単位重量・単位排気量当りの出力が増加の傾向にある。同時に,低燃費化や居住性向上のために,機関のコンパクト化も進められている。機関のコンパクト化は,機関の構造を直列形からV形化,VR形化,W形化へと進化させている。著者の一人は,これまでV形機関のコンパクト化と振動の低減化に関する研究に取り組んできた。V形機関の気筒数が増加すると,それに伴って設計上有効なバンク角(V角度)が多数存在することがわかった。転位形クランク構造をもつV形12気筒機関では,45種類ものバンク角が得られている。その際,理論的に求められるバンク角は,度(deg)以下に端数を生じる。そこで本報告では,V形機関の基本構造を決定するバンク角の角度誤差,すなわち加工誤差が,機関の起振モーメントなどに与える影響について検討した

    大規模Vehicle Routing Problemに対するエリア分割と段階的統合に基づく新たな探索アプローチの提案

    A proposed approach is specialized for large scale vehicle routing problems (VRPs) and based on area segmentation and gradual area integration mechanisms so as to avoid combinatorial explosion. The purpose of the proposed approach is to deconstruct large scale problem into small size sub-problems and gradually restore these to original state. Firstly, an original large scale problem is divided into some small sub-areas and optimal solutions in each sub-area are derived. When a best incumbent solution remains unchanged for a certain period, sub-areas are gradually integrated and new optimal solutions in a new integrated sub-area are newly searched through use of the obtained solutions in previous sub area. This gradual integration and optimization are iterated until every sub-area are integrated into the one (the original problem), and the optimal solution of original problem can be obtained at this time. The proposed approach aims to deconstruct large scale problem into small size sub-problems and perform more efficient search. Through some typical test problems, it was demonstrated that our approach could derive better results more effectively than conventional approach.ROMBUNNO.SS15-
