Симметрия и асимметрия бросков в единоборствах (на примере дзюдо).
В статье на основе анализа литературных источников и собственных экспериментальных данных дается характеристика симметрии и асимметрии бросков в единоборствах(на примере дзюдо). Обсуждаются результаты, полученные при проведении научных исследований с целью отражения уровня технико-тактической подготовленности новичков-дзюдоистов по показателям активности, эффективности и результативности атаки. Представлены закономерности симметрии и асимметрии наилучших бросков с учетом23 наименований приемов. Предлагаются пути решения выявленных проблем в условиях соревновательной деятельности. = On the basis of the analysis of references and personal experimental data the characteristic of symmetry and asymmetry of throws in single combats (on a judo example) is given in the article. The results received at carrying out of scientific researches for the purpose of reflexion of level of tehniko-tactical qualification of beginners-judoists with a glance to activity, efficiency and productivity indexes of attack are discussed. Laws of symmetry and asymmetry of the best throws taking into account 23 names of holds are presented. Ways to solve the revealed problems in the conditions of competitive activity are offered
Некоторые экспериментальные данные по нормированию тренировочных нагрузок силовой направленности у студенток, занимающихся дзюдо.
В данной статье рассматривается проблема здоровья человечества с ранних периодов истории его существования. На примере подготовки начинающих спортсменок-дзюдоисток в условиях обучения в вузе поставлена проблема здоровья на первое место путем научного обоснования нормирования тренировочных нагрузок. Этот подход в определенной степени обеспечил надежный контроль за состоянием здоровья и полностью исключил физические перегрузки организма, особенно при решении задач силовой подготовки. Проведенные исследования с привлечением современных методик(биорадиотелеметрическая система регистрация частоты сердечных сокращений(ЧСС) в процессе работы и отдыха, в том числе и в водной среде) позволили рекомендовать начинающим дзюдоисткам оптимальные режимы силовой нагрузки и обезопасить их организм от перегрузок в состоянии сердечно-сосудистой системы(ССС), а значит, сохранить здоровье. = Health problem has been of interest to the mankind sinse the early periods of history of its existence. It was and remains an object of attention of different scientific schools, first of all, medical and pedagogical. The ways undertaken to create health-improving systems are indicative in this respect. The majority of great sportsmen who put sport achievements, instead ofhealth, on the first place have become sick, and some – disabled. This approach has also partially influenced the rising generation and deprived it a possi-bility of fully enjoying life at the expense of excellent health. In this article we tried to focus on a health problem on the example of preparation judo women newcomers under the condition of training in a high school by a scientific substantiation of regulating training loads. Toa certain degree this approach has provided a reliable control over the level of health and has completely excluded physical overloads of an organism especially regarding solving the problems of strength training. The carried out researches together with the use of modern methods (bioradiotelemetering system of heart rate registration in the process of work and rest including work and rest in water) have allowed to recommend judo women newcomers optimum modes of strength load and to secure their organisms from overloadsin the condition of the cardiovascular system therefore to keep health

System of preparation of weightatlifters at the initial stage under the functioning conditions of SDYUSHOR
The article presents materials reflecting the system of sports training for weightlifters in the context of the functioning of the Sports Sports School, when the systematization of scientific data and practice in organizing and conducting the educational and training process makes it possible to improve work in this direction. The development of weightlifting in the Republic of Belarus occurs in conditions of fierce competition, especially in the later stages of sports selection. At the same time, the problem of early selection is often not consistent with the regulatory framework, practice is ahead of the regulatory framework, therefore it is necessary to make adjustments to the training of weightlifters at an early stage.В статье представлены материалы, отражающие систему спортивной подготовки тяжелоатлетов в контексте функционирования СДЮШОР, когда систематизация научных данных и практики по организации и проведению учебно-тренировочного процесса дает возможность совершенствовать работу в этом направлении. Развитие тяжелой атлетики в Республике Беларусь происходит в условиях жесткой конкуренции, особенно это наблюдается на более поздних этапах спортивного отбора. Вместе с тем, проблема раннего отбора часто не согласуется с нормативной базой, практика опережает нормативную базу, поэтому необходимо вносить коррективы в подготовку тяжелоатлетов уже на ее раннем этапе
Youth physical education and sports: visions of future, problems and prospects
Objective of the study was to identify psychological and pedagogical features of perception of the future in adolescents during their physical education and sports activities. Methods and structure of the study. The study involved the 17-20 year-old full-time students of Smolensk Academy of Professional Education (Regional State Budget Professional Educational Institution SmolAPE), who were engaged in various sports (n=47). Creativity as a personality trait was tested in the 15-16 year-old male (n=18) and female (n=17) schoolchildren (tenth-graders) of Smolensk, who were engaged in team sports. Results of the study. We determined the overall level of meaning in life, total life satisfaction and irrational attitudes of university students, as well as the correlation between the scales of irrational attitudes and levels of life satisfaction index. Conclusion. The study showed that in the 10th grade, it was the hyperthymic type of accentuation of personality traits that prevailed in the students (34%). 23% of sporting school graduates belonged to the cyclothymic type of accentuation, and 20% - to the emotive one
Physical and sports activity under self–sufficiency and profitability
In the article, the authors reveal the characteristics of physical education and sports activity in the frame of pedagogical process, services rendered under multi-level education system. The issues of physical education, which becomes increasingly interesting for the commercial sector of economics, are covered. The conditions of using sports facilities for preparing sports reserve which are connected with the problems of selecting children for chosen sports and using effective means and methods of training at all stages of long-term preparation are highlighted. The basic selection criteria for young volleyball players and forecasting their potential opportunities based on morphological indicators and speed-strength qualities are given. The characteristics of the rates of biological maturation that affect physical development, level of physical fitness and young athletes’ sports achievements are given.В данной статье авторы раскрывают особенности физкультурно-спортивной деятельности с позиций педагогического процесса, сервисных услуг в процессе функционирования многоуровневой системы образования. Освещены вопросы физического воспитания, которое все больше входит в круг интересов коммерческого сектора экономики. Рассмотрены условия использования спортивных сооружений для подготовки спортивного резерва, что отражает проблемы отбора детей для занятий избранным видом спорта и применение эффективных средств и методов тренировки на всех этапах многолетней подготовки. Приведены основные критерии отбора юных волейболистов и прогнозирования их потенциальных возможностей на основе морфологических показателей и скоростно-силовых качеств. Дана характеристика темпам биологического созревания, которые влияют на физическое развитие, уровень физической подготовленности и спортивные достижения юных спортсменов
Process of individuation of the technical and tactical actions of young football players aged 12-13 years based on the competitive activity
At the present stage of development of football it is necessary to integrate the acute attack and game in the defense, which is problematic due to the use of a wide range of motor skills for successful gaming activities during the possession time. Technical and tactical actions, their conditions of realization in the form of «live» motions depend on the ability to analyze the own and the enemy's physical actions within a short period of time. Most of the scientific-theoretical and methodological studies in football reflect technical and tactical actions as levels of the mental and physical characteristics development, the use for the training process of the typology of the competitive situations, technical and tactical execution of the motor actions under time pressure. Despite the controversy, the solution of this problem is possible on the basis of the simulation conditions and situations of competitive activity in the context of the process of individualization of the technicaland tactical actions of the young football players aged 12-13 years old based on the competitive activity.На современном этапе развития футбола необходимо интегрировать остро атакующие действия и игру в обороне, что является проблематичным в силу использования широкого спектра двигательных умений и навыков для успешной игровой деятельности в течение игрового времени. Технико-тактические действия, их условия реализации в форме«живых» движений зависит от умения анализировать свои и противника двигательные действия в короткий промежуток времени. Большинство научно-теоретических и методических работ по футболу отражают технико-тактические действия как уровни развития психофизических характеристик, использование в тренировочном процессе типологии соревновательных ситуаций, выполнение технико-тактических двигательных действий в условиях дефицита времени. Несмотря на противоречия, решение данной проблемы представляется возможным на основе моделирования условий и ситуаций соревновательной деятельности в контексте процесса индивидуализации технико-тактических действий юных футболистов 12-13 лет на основе соревновательной деятельности
Azimuthal anisotropy and correlations in p+p, d+Au and Au+Au collisions at 200 GeV
We present the first measurement of directed flow () at RHIC. is
found to be consistent with zero at pseudorapidities from -1.2 to 1.2,
then rises to the level of a couple of percent over the range . The latter observation is similar to data from NA49 if the SPS rapidities
are shifted by the difference in beam rapidity between RHIC and SPS.
Back-to-back jets emitted out-of-plane are found to be suppressed more if
compared to those emitted in-plane, which is consistent with {\it jet
quenching}. Using the scalar product method, we systematically compared
azimuthal correlations from p+p, d+Au and Au+Au collisions. Flow and non-flow

Azimuthal anisotropy: the higher harmonics
We report the first observations of the fourth harmonic (v_4) in the
azimuthal distribution of particles at RHIC. The measurement was done taking
advantage of the large elliptic flow generated at RHIC. The integrated v_4 is
about a factor of 10 smaller than v_2. For the sixth (v_6) and eighth (v_8)

Pion, kaon, proton and anti-proton transverse momentum distributions from p+p and d+Au collisions at GeV
Identified mid-rapidity particle spectra of , , and
from 200 GeV p+p and d+Au collisions are reported. A
time-of-flight detector based on multi-gap resistive plate chamber technology
is used for particle identification. The particle-species dependence of the
Cronin effect is observed to be significantly smaller than that at lower
energies. The ratio of the nuclear modification factor () between
protons and charged hadrons () in the transverse momentum
range GeV/c is measured to be
(stat)(syst) in minimum-bias collisions and shows little
centrality dependence. The yield ratio of in minimum-bias d+Au
collisions is found to be a factor of 2 lower than that in Au+Au collisions,
indicating that the Cronin effect alone is not enough to account for the
