The role of physiotherapy in the spa treatment of diabetic neuropathy

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tím, jaký má vliv úloha fyzioterapie v lázeňství. Práce obsahuje teoretickou i praktickou část. V teoretické části je úzce popsaný diabetes mellitus a jeho přidružené komplikace s největším důrazem na diabetickou neuropatii. Je stručně uvedena anatomie orgánů ovlivňující toto onemocnění a vysvětleny základní pojmy. Další část pojednává převážně o pohybové a lázeňské léčbě diabetu. V praktické části je uvedeno celkem 6 kazuistik v rámci kvalitativního šetření. Je popsán pečlivě sledovaný průběh lázeňské léčby v krátkodobém či dlouhodobém časovém úseku od začátku do ukončení lázeňského pobytu.ObhájenoThis bachelor thesis deals with the influence of the role of physiotherapy in spa. The thesis contains a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part closely describes diabetes mellitus and its associated complications with the greatest emphasis on diabetic neuro-pathy. The anatomy of the organs influencing this disease is briefly presented and the basic concepts are explained. The next part deals mainly with exercise and spa treatment of dia-betes. In the practical part there are a total of 6 case studies within the qualitative survey. The carefully monitored course of spa treatment in the short or long term from the be-ginning to the end of the spa stay is described
