Francis turbine runner design

Tato diplomová práce slouží jako podklad pro rekonstrukci malé vodní elektrárny Harta. Součástí této rekonstrukce je detailní zpracování lopatkování oběžného kola na základě hydraulického návrhu na dané parametry lokality. Výsledkem je model dvojité Francisovy turbíny v numerickém zpracování jako předloha pro výrobu odlitku kola slévárnou. Tento model byl zpracován pomocí softwaru SolidWorks.The graduation theses are focused on reconstruction of the small hydro-electric power station Harta. Design of detailed runner blading based on the parameters of the given location is part of the reconstruction. Model of the duplex Francis turbine for cast manufacturing is result of the graduation theses. Numerical description of the model was carried out using SolidWorks software.

Monitoring and calibration of machine tools and coordinate measuring machines

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá rešerší kontroly a kalibrace obráběcích a souřadnicových měřících strojů používaných v mnoha různých odvětvích průmyslu. Hlavními body této práce je představení různých měřicích postupů dle norem, kalibračních postupů a jejich uplatnění.This is a bachelor´s thesis concerning the retrieval of monitoring and calibration of machine tools and coordinate measuring machines, used in many different industries. The main points of the work is introduction to different measurement procedures according to standards, calibration procedures and their application.

Detached House in Štoky

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá řešením projektové dokumentace pro rodinný dům. Navržený objekt je situován na území kraje Vysočina v obci Štoky. Rodinný dům je navržen pro 4-5 člennou rodinu jako třípodlažní s jedním podzemním podlažím a dvěma nadzemními. Svislé konstrukce jsou navrženy z vápenopískových tvarovek. Obytná část objektu je zastřešena pultovou střechou, nad garážovým stáním je střecha plochá jednoplášťová.This thesis addresses is the project documentation of a family house. This building is situated in the region Vysočina, the town Štoky. It is a three-store family house with one underground store and twoo up ground stores. Family house is projected for four-five people. Vertical structures are designed from lime-sand fittings. The residential part of the building is covered with a shed roof over the garage roof is flat.

Application of nanofillers into thermoplastics

Bakalářská práce se v teoretické části zaměřuje na rešerši současného stavu poznání v oblasti přípravy, vlastností a aplikací nanokompozitů s termoplastickými polymerními matricemi a různými typy nanoplniv. Přehledně jsou popsány metody přípravy nanokompozitů a technik používaných pro jejich charakterizaci. První metodou pro přípravu nanokompozitů je aplikace nanoplniva do roztoku polymeru s následným odstraněním rozpouštědla. Druhou metodou je polymerace disperze nanoplniva v monomeru. Poslední zvolenou metodou je aplikace nanoplniva v disperzi ethanolu do taveniny polymeru. Experimentální část se zabývá nejdříve přípravou nanokompozitních fólií pro charakterizaci reologických vlastností. Polymerní matrici byl polystyren a vybraná nanoplniva byla aplikována do roztoku polymeru a následně odstraněno rozpouštědlo. Druhou metodou byla příprava nanokompozitů polymerací disperze nanoplniva v monomeru. Metoda in-situ přípravy nanokompozitu je založena na termicky iniciované polymeraci disperze nanoplniva ve styrenu s vybraným typem radikálového iniciátoru. Třetí navrženou metodou byla aplikace plniva v disperzi ethanolu do taveniny polymeru v mixéru Brabender.Bachelor thesis is focused on the search of the state of knowledge in the preparation, properties and applications of nanocomposites with thermoplastics polymer matrix and different types of nanofillers in theoretical part. Methods for the preparation of nanocomposites and techniques used for their characterization are clearly describes. The first method for preparing nanocomposites is an application of nanofiller to the polymer solution with subsequent removal of the solvent. The second method is the dispersion polymerization of nanofiller in the monomer. The last one is the application of nanofiller in the dispersion of ethanol into the polymer melt. The experimental part deals with the preparation of foils for characterization of rheological properties of nanocomposites at first. Polystyrene was polymer matrix and selected nanofillers was applied to the polymer solution and then it was removed the solvent. The second method was the preparation of nanocomposites dispersion polymerization of nanofillers in the monomer. The method in-situ preparation of nanocomposite is based on the thermal initiated polymerisation of styrene in the dispersion of nanofillers with the selected type radical initiator. The third proposed method was the application of ethanol dispersion of fillers into the polymer melt in the Brabender mixer.

Studying the behavior of concrete at high temperatures

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na chování betonů při působení vysokých teplot. V teoretické části byly popsány procesy, které probíhají v betonu při teplotním zatížení. Bylo popsáno zkoušení betonu při působení vysokých teplot. Dále byl popsán vliv vysokých teplot na jednotlivé složky betonu a návrh vhodných komponent pro betony pro působení vysokých teplot. V experimentální části byly vyrobeny receptury s kamenivem moravská droba, s amfibolitickým kamenivem a s přídavkem polypropylenových vláken. U těchto receptur byl stanoven vliv vysokých teplot na objemovou hmotnost betonu, dynamický modul pružnosti betonu a pevnost betonu v tlaku.This bachelor's thesis is focused on behavior of concrete at high temperatures. The theoretical part describes processes, which take place in concrete at thermal loading and further there was described testing of concrete at high temperatures. Next there was described influence of high temperatures on each component of concrete and design of appropriate components for concrete exposed to high temperatures. In experimental part mixes was made with greywacke aggregate, amphibolite aggregate and with the addition of polypropylene fibers. In these mixes was determined the effect of high temperatures on the density of concrete, dynamic modulus of elasticity of concrete and compressive strength of concrete.

Electronic instrument for environment monitoring during plants growing

Hlavním cílem této práce je vytvoření elektronického zařízení provádějícího monitoring fyzikálních vlastností okolního prostředí, jenž ovlivňují růst a vývoj rostlin. Nové zařízení má nahradit stávající mechanický zapisovač hodnot teploty a vlhkosti na Mendelově zemědělské a lesnické univerzitě v Brně. Nové zařízení je navíc rozšířeno o měření atmosférického tlaku, osvětlení a koncentrace CO2. Hlavním přínosem této nové koncepce zařízení bude přesnější měření veličin a taktéž přehlednější zobrazování získaných hodnot a jejich srovnávání s dřívějšími výsledky uloženými v počítači, než tomu bylo doposud na získaných papírových grafech.The main goal of this project is to make electronic instrument for monitoring environment during plants growing for Mendel University of Agriculture and Forestry in Brno. The new device will replace current analog recorder of temperature and humidity. New device will be extended by measuring atmospheric pressure, illumination and CO2 concentration. Main advantage of electronic measuring is better lucidity of gained values. New concept allows easier comparison new values with earlier measured data.

Family house

Bakalářská práce Rodinný dům je zpracována formou projektové dokumentace obsahující všechny náležitosti dle platných předpisů. Navržený dům se nachází na parcele 479/8 v obci Liběšice. Jedná se o novostavbu nepodsklepeného RD se dvěmi nadzemními podlažími. Dům je nepravidelného půdorysu, postaven ze systému PORTHERM a zastřešen sedlovou střechou.The bachelor project Family house is compiled in a from of project documentation which comprises all the requisites required by current regulations. The designed house is placed on the sites numbered 497/8 in village Liběšice. This is a new building without basement with two floors. The house has an irregular floor plan, is built from the system POROTHERM and is covered with a gable roof.

Import 29/09/2010Bakalářská práce pojednává o postupech při technickém a ekonomickém zpracování poptávky a zakázky. Součástí není jen teoretická část, ale i příklady použití různých metod, které usnadňují tyto práce. V závěru je pak návrh směrnice, která popisuje základní činnosti a odpovědnosti za tyto procesy. Zavedení těchto postupů do praxe má přinést nejen vyjasnění jednotlivých kroků, ale i vyvolat tlak na zvýšení efektivity a zkrácení časů potřebných k realizaci projektů při dodržení standardů kvality u všech spolupracujících oddělení. Toto působení by pak mělo přispět k odhalení kritických míst a přinést návrhy na další optimalizační procesy, jako je například objektivizace normativů nebo nákup moderních výkonných nástrojů.The bachelor work describes the procedures required during technical and economical processing of customer order or inquiry. It includes not only the theoretical parts but also particular examples of various methods making the processing easier. Its conclusion is the proposal for the instruction defining basic activities and responsibilities for these processes. Implementation of these procedures in practise has to bring not only clearing of single steps but also invoke the pressure on increasing of efficiency and shortening of times necessary for realization of projects at observance of standard of quality in all cooperative departments.
