    Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem a implementací aplikace komiks kamera v reálném čase pro mobilní zařízení s operačním systémem Android. Práce popisuje základy práce s operačním systémem Android, způsob práce s knihovnou OpenGL ES 2.0, možnost zpracování obrazu pro potřeby této práce a jejich následné použití v aplikaci. Výsledkém této práce je aplikace pro platformu Android, která bude zobrazovat komiksovou kameru v reálném čase s efektem napodobující komiks a při vyfocení se obrázek uloží do paměti mobilního zařízení.This bachelor`s thesis deals with the design and implementation of the application Comics camera in real time. The application is designed for mobile device with Android operating system. The thesis describes basic operations with Android, way of working with the OpenGL ES 2.0 library, the possibility of image processing and using this library in the application. The result of thesis is an application for Android platform, which will display Comics camera in real time with the comics effect. After taking a picture the application saves it to the device memory.

    An Assortment of Woody Plants Produced in the Manor of Nové Dvory at the Turn of the 18th and 19th Centuries: European, Asian and North African Taxa

    Lists of woody plants produced in nurseries were preserved from the years 1794, 1800 and 1814 in the manor of Nové Dvory of the noble family of Chotek. 276 taxa of woody plants in the current concept, permanently cultivated outdoors, have been determined in these lists at least to the level of the species. According to the existing findings, for 241 of them were documented for the first time their production for the needs of the landscape architecture in the territory of the Czech Republic. In the case of foreign natural and all cultural taxa, it is also the oldest evidence of their presence in this territory; for native taxa it is the first evidence of their usage in garden culture. Approximately 21.5% of taxa are autochthonous in the Czech Republic, 24% have at least part of their native territory in Europe and 1.5% in the Middle East, 2% come from Central Asia and Siberia and 4% from East Asia. Taxa produced in culture account for approximately 13%. Woody plants of North American origin (they are given a separate contribution) are represented by 34%.O

    The (B0+?)+O6 system FN CMa: A case for tidal-pulsational interaction?

    FN CMa is visually double with a separation of about 0.6arcsec. Sixty high-cadence VLT/UVES spectra permit the A and B components to be disentangled, as the relative contribution of each star to the total light entering the spectrograph fluctuates between exposures due to changes in seeing. Component A exhibits rapid line-profile variations, leading us to attribute the photometric variability seen by HIPPARCOS (with a derived P=0.08866d) to this component. From a total of 122 archival and new echelle spectra it is shown that component A is an SB1 binary with an orbital period of 117.55 days. In the first part of my work I would like to introduce the company and its sale in the last five years. In the second part of the work I will discuss results of my marketing research. The aim of this research was to determine, how should the company modify or extend its produced assortment. The research is also focused on the propagation of the goods and their sale. In the last part of my work I have proposed possible recommendations for the company, which will lead to the increase of sales. To get idea, what type of products the company produces, almost complete assortment of products is shown in supplement.Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá firmou Bapon-Štepon, která vyrábí a prodává punčochové zboží a zejména ponožky. V první části práce Vás seznámím s firmou a s jejím prodejem za posledních pět let. V druhé části bakalářské práce provedu marketingový výzkum. Tento výzkum měl zjistit, jak má firma upravit, případně doplnit svůj vyráběný sortiment. Výzkum se také zabývá propagací výrobků a jejich prodejem. V poslední části práce jsem navrhl možná doporučení pro firmu. Tato doporučení vedou ke zvýšení odbytu.     Differential interferometric phases at high spectral resolution as a sensitive physical diagnostic of circumstellar disks

    Context. The circumstellar disks ejected by many rapidly rotating B stars (so-called Be stars) offer the rare opportunity of studying the structure and dynamics of gaseous disks at high spectral as well as angular resolution. Aims. This paper explores a newly identified effect in spectro-interferometric phase that can be used for probing the inner regions of gaseous edge-on disks on a scale of a few stellar radii. Methods. The origin of this effect (dubbed central quasi-emission phase signature, CQE-PS) lies in the velocity-dependent line absorption of photospheric radiation by the circumstellar disk. At high spectral and marginal interferometric resolution, photocenter displacements between star and isovelocity regions in the Keplerian disk reveal themselves through small interferometric phase shifts. To investigate the diagnostic potential of this effect, a series of models are presented, based on detailed radiative transfer calculations in a viscous decretion disk. Results. Amplitude and detailed shape of the CQE-PS depend sensitively on disk density and size and on the radial distribution of the material with characteristic shapes in differential phase diagrams. In addition, useful lower limits to the angular size of the central stars can be derived even when the system is almost unresolved. Conclusions. The full power of this diagnostic tool can be expected if it can be applied to observations over a full life-cycle of a disk from first ejection through final dispersal, over a full cycle of disk oscillations, or over a full orbital period in a binary system

    Studium modelových membrán, proteinů a protein-membránových interakcí pomocí různých fluorescenčních technik

    Membránové rafty (také často uváděny jako nanodomény) jsou membránové struktury, které jsou zodpovědné za spoustu buněčných procesů. Jejich charakterizace je velice složitá, protože nanodomény jsou opticky průhledné, jejich velikost je pod rozlišením optických mikroskopů a dynamika je veliká. Navíc vysoká různorodost buněk ještě více komplikuje jejich studium. Pro zjednodušení buněk jsou velice často používány membránové modelové systémy jako obrovské unilamelární vezikuly (GUVs) nebo podporované fosfolipidové dvojvrstvy (SPBs). V mé disertační práci byly vyvinuty, testovány a vylepšovány různé fluorescenční techniky ke studiu těchto membránových domén v modelových systémech. Fázorová analýza, metoda pro analýzu dat dob dohasínání fluorescence, byla teoreticky a experimentálně testována a následně použita k charakterizaci membránových nanodomén v GUVs. Nejdříve jsme využili fázorovou analýzu v lipidových vezikulech ke studiu procesů excitovaných stavů, jako je jev relaxace rozpouštědla a Försterův rezonanční přenos energie (FRET). Dále jsme aplikovali fázorovou analýzu k charakterizaci interakcí mezi proteiny a ligandy, ke studiu sbalování a denaturace proteinů. Nakonec jsme použili fázorovou analýzu dat z FRET v kombinaci s fluorescenční korelační spektroskopií (FCS) k charakterizaci membránových...Membrane rafts (also referred as nanodomains) are membrane structures responsible for many cell processes. Their characterization is challenging because of the transparency, dynamics and small size of those structures. Moreover, high variability of cells makes their study even more complicated. In order to simplify the studies of membrane processes including the formation of those rafts often model membranes like Giant Unilamellar Vesicles (GUVs) and Supported Phospholipid Bilayers (SPBs) are used. In this Thesis new fluorescent tools for studying such membrane processed were developed, tested, or improved. Specifically, the phasor plot an approach applicable to the analysis of the fluorescence lifetime data, was theoretically and experimentally tested and afterwards applied to the characterization of the membrane nanodomains in GUVs. First, we introduced the phasor plots to the excitation state processes like solvent relaxation and Förster resonance energy transfer (FRET) in lipid vesicles. We also employed the phasor plots in protein-ligand interaction, protein folding and denaturation studies.
