Each transport of hazardous substance entails some risk of incident. This article deals with problems of transporting of dangerous goods by rail. The paper describes the Directive, which forms the basis of the transport of dangerous goods. In the next chapter, article describes of procedure for international rail transport of dangerous goods (RID) and the system of risk identification for railway transport. Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na práci zdravotnických záchranářů u pacienta s infarktem myokardu. Infarkt myokardu je stále jedním z nejčastějších příčin úmrtí. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na diagnostiku, postupy zdravotnického záchranáře v přednemocniční péči u pacienta s akutním infarktem myokardu, komplikace spojené s akutním infarktem myokardu a na farmakologickou léčbu. Výsledky dotazníkového šetření jsou analyzovány ve výzkumné části. Cílem práce je zjistit, jak zdravotničtí záchranáři postupují u pacienta s akutním infarktem myokardu, jestli mají přehled o komplikacích s ním spojených a jestli se vyznají v jeho farmakologické léčbě. Dotazník byl zaměřený na znalosti zdravotnických záchranářů o problematice akutního infarktu myokardu a jejich postupy při ošetřování těchto pacientů. Výsledky dotazníkového šetření jsou analyzovány ve výzkumné části. Acute myocardial infarction is still one of the most frequent causes of death. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on diagnostics, working procedure of a paramedic in pre-hospital care with a patient who suffered an acute myocardial infarction, complications related with an acute myocardial infarction and on pharmacologic treatment. The objective of the bachelor´s thesis is to find out how paramedics approach to the patients with an acute myocardial infarction. Another objectives are to check paramedic´s knowledge of a pharmacologic treatment and complications related with an acute myocardial infarction. The questionnaire surwey was focused on paramedic´s knowledge about an acute myocardial infarction and on their working procedures with patients with acute myocardial infarction. Deposits of old blast-furnace slag are an environmental problem. The slag’s hardness is an important for calculation of the energy cost for crushing and grinding process. UTILIZATION OF STATISTICAL METHODS WITHIN THE EUROPEAN PERFORMANCE SATISFACTION INDEX (EPSI) RATING METHODOLOGY

The paper deals with the customer satisfaction quantification and factors influencing customer satisfaction. It describes the EPSI Rating methodology, the EPSI causal model and statistical methods, which can be used for estimation of components and magnitude of the connections between components in the EPSI model. This methodology allows to quantify customer satisfaction and to estimate the impact magnitude of factors influencing it. The results of customer satisfaction measurement realized in the service organization according to EPSI Rating methodology are presented in the paper
