    This study aimed to test the Influence of Marketing Mix Customer Satisfaction. The population of the research is that consumers in Zone Steak and Chiness Food Kartasura. The number of samples were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on test results hepotesis product variable (X1) positive effect on customer satisfaction, the price variable (X2) positive effect on customer satisfaction, promotion variable (X3) positive effect on customer satisfaction, and location variables (X4) positive effect on customer satisfaction. F simultaneously test four variables, the product (X1), price (X2), promotion (X3), and location (X4), significantly affect customer satisfaction (Y). Test The coefficient of determination (R2), significantly affect customer satisfaction (Y) and four independent variables that affect customer satisfaction of 89,7% and 10,3% is explained by factors or other variables outside the model

    This study aims to determine the influence of organizational culture and leadership style on employee performance in Puskesmas Sukoharjo. Samples taken in this study were 60 respondents who work in health centers Sukoharjo. Akat analysis used to test classic assumption test data quality, and multiple regression analysis were performed with SPSS 20. The results of the analysis are obtained Dalan is partially or simultaneously organizational culture and leadership style have a significant influence on employee performance. While the value of the coefficient determinant to explain the organizations of the culture and leadership style was 26.5% and the rest there are other variables that influence amounted to 73.5%

    This study aims to determine the influence of fundamentals factors and systematc risk to the stock price on the textile and garment industryon the Exchange in 2011-2015.The data used is secondary data obtained through the annual financial statements published by the BEI. The technique used for sampling is purposive sampling. The sample in this study is the automotive company listed on the Stock Exchange 2011-2015 period. The number of samples taken 30 samples. The statistical analysis used in this study is multiple regression analysiss using SPSS. The study shows thet the fundamental vtariabels consisting of Earning Per Share (EPS), Return On Assets (ROA), Price To Book Value (PBV), Debt Equity Ratio (DER) and systematic risk to the stock price. The results showed 20,4 percent variations in the stock price of the textile and garment industry can be explained by the largeEPS, ROA, PBV, DER and systematic risk, while the remaining 79,6 percent is influenced by other variables beyond the study models

    This study aims to examine, analyze and explain the influence of product quality, brand, promotion and price variables on purchasing decisions. Nowadays teenagers and adults already have the awareness to use cosmetic products in addition to supporting appearance as well as to maintain healthy skin. Consumers will use cosmetic products that have quality products, well-known brands and have affordable prices for consumers. So companies must be able to maintain the quality, brand and price so consumers are not interested in choosing other products. Purchasing decisions will occur if these variables are maintained by the company so that consumers will continue to make repeat purchases of the product. From the results of testing the models in this study, using purposive sampling with the help of IBM SPSS Statistics 21 software, on 100 respondents, can explain the relationship between product quality, brand, promotion, and price on purchasing decisions on Wardah consumers. The results showed that: First, product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Second, the brand has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. Third, promotion does not have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Fourth, prices have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Based on the discussion and conclusion, it is suggested to Wardah company to increase promotion activities to attract consumers to purchase Wardah products

    This study aims to find out whether product quality and brand image have an influence on buying interest. This research took place in the Notoharjo clit market. The population in this study was the buyer of used goods in the Notoharjo market, which was 80 buyers. Samples are taken using prposive sampling technique, sampling with certain considerations. Data collection techniques use questionnaires and literature studies. Data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, R2 test. The results of this study indicate a relationship between variables: 1) Product quality has a positive and significant effect on buying interest. 2) Brand image has positive and significant influence on buying interest. 3) product quality and brand image together have a positive and significant impact on buying interest. The test of the coefficient of determination from buying interest is influenced by product quality variables and brand image, and the model has escaped the results of classical assumptions

    This study tries to analyze the effect of promotion, price discounts, brand image, and social media marketing on purchasing decisions. In this study used sample of 100 students of the University of Muhammadiyah Surakarta. The sample selection method uses purposive sampling and the data used are primary data in the form of questionnaires. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study showed that promotion has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions with t test results with a significance value of 0.049 less than 0.05, price discounts have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with t test results with a significance value of 0,000 less than 0.05 , brand image has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions with the results of the t test significance value of 0.003 smaller than 0.05 and social media marking has no significant positive effect on purchasing decisions with the results of t test with a significance value of 0.483 greater than 0.05. R Square value of 0.483 indicates that variations in promotion (X1), discounted prices (X2), brand image (X3), and social media marketing (X4) are able to explain variations in changes in purchasing decision variables (Y) by 50,4% while the remaining 49,6% is explained by other variables outside the mode

    This study has the purpose of analyzing the effect of job stress on performance. The research population is garment company in Manggung village, sukoharjo. Data collection techniques used questionnaires by taking 60 respondents in accordance with predetermined criteria. This research use multiple linear regression test. The results show that individual stress has a positive effect on employee performance while the stress of group work and organization has a negative effect on employee performance. This is supported by the F test results indicating that the significance level is 0.000 <0.05. This research advises the Company to take note of, as well as maintain the stability of work stress caused by individual, group and organization factors through motivational activities such as ESQ, recreation, out bond, relaxation time, work hour division, communication channels such as discussion forums, suggestion boxes, openness of leadership that ultimately has implications on optimal employee performance.     The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of financial compensation to employee performance Dapoer Beefsteak Sragen, analyze the effect of non-financial compensation to employee performance Dapoer Beefsteak Sragen, and mengnalisis influence financial compensation and non-financial compensation to employee performance Dapoer Beefsteak Sragen. This research is quantitative descriptive. The data used is primary data collection method questionnaire data. The population in this study were all employees Dapoer Beefsteak Sragen some 58 people. Because of the number of employees is less than 100 then, the sample in this penelitaian are a number of population, ie 58 respondents. The data analysis method used: Test Instrument includes: validity and reliability test, classic assumption test include: normality test, multicollinearity, heterokedastisitas test, Tests of Hypotheses include: multiple linear regression test, F test, t test and the coefficient of determination. Research shows that the financial compensation and nonfinancial variables simultaneously significant effect on employee performance Dapoer Beefsteak Sragen with an f count> F table (24.505> 3.18). Through the analysis of the t test each variable X has t> t table ie (4.044 and 3.24> 2.003) which means the compensation of financial and non-financial compensation each have influence on employee performance Dapoer Beefsteak Sragen. The analysis tool used in this study is validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, and F test. The results of the analysis show that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and motivation has a positive and not significant effect on employee performance

    This research used to analyses influence of organizational communications climate and organization cultural to employee’s performance. This research use quantitative method with descriptive approach, as for data collecting method by disseminated of questioner. Sample which used in this research is 50 responders with purposive sampling technique and this research object is management office employees of Beteng Trade Center (BTC) in Solo. The tested of hypothesis in this research use the analyzer which covering; validity test, reliability test, doubled linear regression, t test, F test, and coefficient of determinacy (R2). The result of obtained research indicate that by partial at organizational communications climate and organization cultural have an effect on significant to employee’s performance at management office employees of Beteng Trade Center (BTC) in Solo. Then at test by at a time also have an effect on significant by simultan between organizational communications climate and organization cultural to employee’s performance. Hereinafter at test of coefficient determinacy (R2) indicate that organizational communications climate and organization cultural can give contribution to employee’s performance equal to 34,4%
