Purpose: The aim is to examine to what extent does the professional activity of the population and the economic activity of entrepreneurs affect the development of the apartments‘ market. The subject of the study are local real estate markets – the sector of commercial investments – residential seaside apartments. Design/Methodology/Approach: We analysed data about real estate markets of Polish communes located in Central Pomerania. The values of the analysed indicators were calculated using Excel program and the results were presented in the form of Tables and Figures in Microsoft Excel and ArcMap. Findings: The results show that there is a relationship between the professional activity of the population and the economic activity of entrepreneurs in the tourist communes and the development of the primary and secondary real estate markets. The analysis shows that economic effects of tourism development can influence the income of the commune, an increase in local revenue achieved by entities that manage tourism, high professional activity of the population and economic activity of entrepreneurs as well as the diversification of the economy thus allowing to obtain independence from the economic instability. Practical Implications: The most important practical implication is the statements that there is a need to make new investments in seaside towns in which the tourist market is developing. Originality/Value: The analysis shows that economic effects of tourism development can influence the income of the commune with an increase in the local revenue achieved by entities that manage tourism.peer-reviewe

Stochastically positive structures on Weyl algebras. The case of quasi-free states

We consider quasi-free stochastically positive ground and thermal states on Weyl algebras in Euclidean time formulation. In particular, we obtain a new derivation of a general form of thermal quasi-free state and give conditions when such state is stochastically positive i.e. when it defines periodic stochastic process with respect to Euclidean time, so called thermal process. Then we show that thermal process completely determines modular structure canonically associated with quasi-free state on Weyl algebra. We discuss a variety of examples connected with free field theories on globally hyperbolic stationary space-times and models of quantum statistical mechanics.Comment: 46 pages, amste

Burgers velocity fields and dynamical transport processes

We explore a connection of the forced Burgers equation with the Schr\"{o}dinger (diffusive) interpolating dynamics in the presence of deterministic external forces. This entails an exploration of the consistency conditions that allow to interpret dispersion of passive contaminants in the Burgers flow as a Markovian diffusion process. In general, the usage of a continuity equation tρ=(vρ)\partial_t\rho =-\nabla (\vec{v}\rho), where v=v(x,t)\vec{v}=\vec{v}(\vec{x},t) stands for the Burgers field and ρ\rho is the density of transported matter, is at variance with the explicit diffusion scenario. Under these circumstances, we give a complete characterisation of the diffusive matter transport that is governed by Burgers velocity fields. The result extends both to the approximate description of the transport driven by an incompressible fluid and to motions in an infinitely compressible medium.Comment: Latex fil

A "Garden of Forking Paths" - the Quantum Mechanics of Histories of Events

We present a short survey of a novel approach, called "ETH approach", to the quantum theory of events happening in isolated physical systems and to the effective time evolution of states of systems featuring events. In particular, we attempt to present a clear explanation of what is meant by an "event" in quantum mechanics and of the significance of this notion. We then outline a theory of direct (projective) and indirect observations or recordings of physical quantities and events. Some key ideas underlying our general theory are illustrated by studying a simple quantum-mechanical model of a mesoscopic system.Comment: 26 pages, 3 figure
