Technology has played an immense role in the evolution of healthcare delivery for the United States and on an international scale. Today, perhaps no innovation offers more potential than artificial intelligence. Utilizing machine intelligence as opposed to human intelligence for the purposes of planning, offering solutions, and providing insights, AI has the ability to alter traditional dynamics between doctors, patients, and administrators; this reality is now producing both elation at artificial intelligence\u27s medical promise and uncertainty regarding its capacity in current systems. Nevertheless, current trends reveal that interest in AI among healthcare stakeholders is continuously increasing, and with the current COVID-19 pandemic highlighting institutional flaws, it is reasonable to assume that many industry changes proposed by artificial intelligence will be further considered in the coming years. Therefore, this research aims to assess the changes proposed by AI and how they might impact relations between doctors, patients, administrators, and other relevant parties. It ultimately finds that the U.S. cannot certify artificial intelligence as its definitive future for healthcare, nor should it overlook other viable options to better health services, so long as a firm definition of AI is not clarified and the understructure of the American healthcare system - mainly represented through electronic health records - lingers behind those achieved in Europe and Asia. The research culminates in recommendations for addressing barriers to achieving healthcare AI so that, if AI tools can one day integrate into medical practices, an optimal relationship may flourish between technology and healthcare

Many governments, including Indonesia, consider Artificial Intelligence (AI) as an essential tool for promoting economic growth and improving national competitiveness. However, the rate of AI adoption remains sluggish and the Indonesian Tax Administration is either not completely ready for AI adoption. This paper investigates the early stage of Artificial Intelligence’s (AI) function in Indonesian Tax Administration using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The researcher explores tax administrator’s perceptions, attitudes, ease of use, usefulness, intentions to use, and system utilization. An in-depth qualitative interview with four tax administrators shed light on the formation of AI through two technologies: Business Intelligence (BI) and chatbots. The research highlight diverse views on AI's ease of use due to unclear definitions, emphasizing the need for a shared understanding aligned with the national AI strategy. AI's perceived usefulness is recognized while varied attitudes toward AI adoption underscore the significance of training and data quality management. The informants revealed positive intentions for AI integration, particularly in compliance analysis and taxpayer supervision. While acknowledging limitations, future research must involve a wider variety of AI applications and a more diverse participant cohort in order to address the unique aspects of AI integration in taxation

Empower Children in Nigeria to Design the Future of Artificial Intelligence (AI) through Writing

This paper presents a new approach to engaging children in Nigeria to share their views of AI. This approach is centered on an inclusive writing contest for children in a secondary school in Abuja to write about AI to compete for prizes and share their writings with others. A preliminary analysis of the first 11 articles we received exhibits diverse gender and ethnic representation that conveys cultural values and perspectives distinct from those of the children in the western countries. This finding suggests future work to conduct in-depth cross-cultural analysis of the articles and to replicate similar writing contests to engage children in other underrepresented countries
