In today's information age, strong brands can prolong the life cycle of products and enhance the competitiveness and overall value of pharmaceutical enterprises. Therefore, this study hopes to build a set of brand value evaluation system suitable for Chinese pharmaceutical industry, and dig deep into the connotation of brand value of Chinese pharmaceutical industry. Through a brief analysis of the advantages and limitations of the current mainstream brand value assessment methods at home and abroad, this study selects the relatively authoritative Interbrand model to optimize and improve. The improvement of Interbrand model mainly involves the following three aspects: First, for the determination of the brand function index, the analytic hierarchy process is used instead of the expert scoring method to determine the excess return that the brand brings to the enterprise. The second is to introduce consumer strength and socio-cultural strength when calculating brand strength. Thirdly, the weight of each factor of brand strength is adjusted, and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to calculate the evaluation index. Finally, Y Company is taken as an example to apply the adjusted Interbrand model, and the rationality of the results of this study is expounded. This study modifies the Interbrand model as the basic model, and preliminarily constructs the brand value evaluation system of Chinese pharmaceutical industry, hoping to enrich the research of brand value of Chinese pharmaceutical enterprises with a certain reference significance.

As global economic integration deepens and enterprises scale up their business, the enterprise groups have become the mainstream of the company's development form. Subsidiaries of the Company have grown in size and increasingly diversified. Thus how does the parent Company control its subsidiaries effectively has become an urgent challenge, especially for the state-owned enterprises in China. This thesis studies the management and control of state-owned enterprises in China, carrying certain theoretical and practical significance. The research examined the theory and mechanism of management of SOEs, and evaluation on employee performance. It also analyzed performance evaluation, coordination and risk control strategies of SOEs' subsidiaries. The same studies were repeated on state-owned enterprise groups and extended to the strategies of risk management and risk control. The thesis first examined the conundrum of effective cooperation between subsidiaries of different departments and the parent company for efficient allocation of resources. To tackle this headache, the IAHP and DEA model were adopted to help group decision makers better measure the performance of employees and organizations. The thesis used the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) tool as the main principle and the combination of fuzzy mathematics and Delphi and entropy weight methods as the main methodology to assess the performance. In addition, a novel method of using multi-reasoning, multi-dimensional and dynamic factors was developed to assess the performance of SOE employees, and this method was proven to be effective. Moreover, the super-efficiency DEA model which takes into account work performance, work ability, work attitude, job potential and other factors in the evaluation on employee performance was developed and tested. Finally, risk map for SOEs was proposed and evaluated

A Review of the Criteria and Methods of Reverse Logistics Supplier Selection

    Get PDF
This article presents a literature review on reverse logistics (RL) supplier selection in terms of criteria and methods. A systematic view of past work published between 2008 and 2020 on Web of Science (WOS) databases is provided by reviewing, categorizing, and analyzing relevant papers. Based on the analyses of 41 articles, we propose a three-stage typology of decision-making frameworks to understanding RL supplier selection, including (a) establishment of the selection criteria; (b) calculation of the relative weights and ranking of the selection criteria; (c) ranking of alternatives (suppliers). The main discoveries of this review are as follows. (1) Attention to the field of RL supplier selection is increasing, as evidenced by the increasing number of papers in the field. With the adaption of circular economy legislation and the need resource and business resilience, it is expected that RL and RL supplier selection will be a hot topic in the near future. (2) A large number of papers take “sustainability” as the theoretical approach to carry out research and use it as the basis for determining the criteria. (3) Multi-criteria decision making (MCDM) methods have been widely used in RL supplier selection and have been constantly innovated. (4) Artificial intelligence methods are also gradually being applied. Finally, gaps in the literature are identified to provide directions for future research. (5) Value-added service is underrepresented in the current study and needs further attention

This paper analyses the firms\u2019 chances to consider circular economy as a part of the corporate strategy. The analysis of four Italian firms engaged in circular economy programs allows us to detect its connections with the corporate strategy, the real activities involved, the supply chain network ensuring circularity, the industrial symbiosis, as well as the links with performance. Our findings highlight that circular economy is a true business lever when the corporate strategy complements and supports its development. This allows firms to achieve high level targets that go beyond the traditional targets of social, environmental, and economic performance, and include circular supply chain, eco-innovations, and industrial symbiosis

The (Not Entirely) Financialized Enterprise - A Conceptual Proposal

    Get PDF
Against the background of financialization being applied as a sort of catch-all category for corporate reorganization and especially the deterioration of labor and working conditions the paper presents the concept of the "multi-referential enterprise." Capital market expectations put established labor relations under a new pressure, but competing ideas remain relevant as a reference in both institutional reform processes and everyday decision making at firm level, including labor relations. Respective power positions also depend on rights anchored in labor law, collective bargaining, and labor market regulations as well as on what happens to sources of primary power of the respective workforce due to labor market conditions, technological change, and pressures from value chain reorganization and globalization. Hence, what unions and works councils eventually have to concede in negotiations is not just a matter of the degree of financialization but of a variety of other structurations of the field and respective companies

Stem from the United States of 1950s, equity incentive plan was introduced into China as a method for enterprises to solve the principal-agent problem and to motivate key technical staffs to speed up innovation after reform and opening-up. This article is divided into three main parts. Firstly a broad introduction to all the Zhuhai enterprises that have carried out the equity incentive plan and analysis on their implementation from five different perspectives , namely rate of progress、industry distribution、pattern、source of stock and the period of validity. Then based on the case of Livzon Group, we conduct survey on both its financial performance and non-financial performance and discuss the effectiveness of its plan by data analysis, according to which we could draw a conclusion that the equity incentive plan works well in Livzon Group, then we continue a further study on the reason behind it. In the last part, feasible policy suggestion is provided from respectively government and enterprise side on the basis of the analysis of the former two parts
