A társas-érzelmi vagyon (röviden: TÉV) kitüntetett szerepet élvez a családi vállalkozási elméletek között, köszönhetően a családi vállalkozásokat a nem családiaktól megkülönböztető szerepének. A társas-érzelmi vagyon koncepciója 2007 óta széles körben használt a családi vállalkozások sajátosságainak magyarázatára, miközben a nemzetközi tudományos közösségben az elméletet kritizáló hangok is erősödtek. A tanulmány célja egy friss, magyar nyelvű szakirodalmi áttekintést adni a társas-érzelmi vagyonról, fókuszáltan a TÉV prioritásainak változásáról a többgenerációs családi vállalkozásokban, mely méltatlanul elhanyagolt kutatási terület, figyelembe véve a családi vállalkozások dinasztikus aspirációt és a családi kontroll megőrzésére gyakorolt következményeket. A szerzők az eredményeik ismertetését követően propozíciókat és jövőbeni kutatási irányokat fogalmaznak meg

The alexander romance tradition: Ahmedi, his sources, and the reception of his sources in the 15th-16th century

From Antiquity to modernity, Alexander lived his second life as a legendary hero in the Alexander Romances composed around the third century CE that quickly promulgated all over the world and its languages from East to West. Alexander the Great is discussed in several cultures including Muslim literature, both Arabic and Persian. One of the most important representation of the Alexander Romance is in 10th century, Firdawsi’s Shahnama that presents some details about Alexander the Great. In the Ottoman Empire, one the earliest accounts are found in Ahmedi’s work, İskendername. Ahmedi was the greatest poet of the late fourteenth century and also of Turkish Divan Literature and one of the crucial representations of Alexander Romance tradition. This thesis is firstly to investigate the scholar Ahmedi and his source of information on Alexander the Great. Briefly, what was the reason for Ahmedi Alexander Romance tradition appearance in the Islamic world? Secondly, in the fourteenth century Ahmedi authored the first İskendername, which later became a tradition and there are receptions of the Ahmedi’s İskendername by Ahmed-i Rıdvan and Figani. In 16th century these works were written and presented and one of the parts of this thesis is investigates the translation issue of these texts. Following the Ahmedi’s tradition did they receive Ahmedi’s İskendername roughly or did they adhere to some other Persian version

Towards a permeable Spirit ecclesiology in the context of North India

This research offers permeable Spirit ecclesiology as a viable way forward for the churches in the context of the challenges in North India. Broadly, the challenges of the church in North India are twofold: one, to be an Indian Christian church amidst the plural religio-cultural context; second, to be in solidarity with the struggles of the marginalised. In other words, the church arguably ought to be relational with other communities and rooted in the North Indian context; on the other, it should critically and distinctly witness for Christ as a community of liberation in the context of the struggles of the marginalised. Thus, the church in North India arguably needs a relational-distinctive dialectics to address the challenges. This calls for a church with permeable borders to uphold the above in tension. I show that such dialectics can be upheld if ecclesiology in North India is construed from a pneumatological perspective with a Christological dimension. In dialogue with both Western and Indian theologians I show that a permeable Spirit ecclesiology is a viable way forward for the churches in North India

This report provides an analysis of digital transformation (DT) in a selection of policy areas covering transport, construction, energy, and digital government and public administration. DT refers in the report to the profound changes that are taking place in all sectors of the economy and society as a result of the uptake and integration of digital technologies in every aspect of human life. Digital technologies are having increasing impacts on the way of living, of working, on communication, and on social interaction of a growing share of the population. DT is expected to be a strategic policy area for a number of years to come and there is an urgent need to be able to identify and address current and future challenges for the economy and society, evaluating impact and identifying areas requiring policy intervention. Because of the very wide range of interrelated domains to be considered when analysing DT, a multidisciplinary approach was adopted to produce this report, involving experts from different domains.
