    ANALYSIS AND DEVELOPMENT OF ACADEMIC STUDENT INFORMATION SYSTEM BASED ON WEB USING PHP AND MYSQL IN SMA N 1 TAYU

    This research aims to produce software Academic Student Information System Using Web-Based PHP and MySQL in SMA N 1 Tayu and test the feasibility. The information system has been tested to be able to process general academic data such as data administrator, administration, principal, homeroom, teachers, and students. In this study also determined the level of proprietary software that was created to test the feasibility of information systems in SMA N 1 Tayu. This type of research is the Research and Development. The study measures the : potential problems, requirements analysis, design, implementation, validation specialists, product revision, user testing, revision of the product, mass publications. Respondents trial there were 28 students of class XII and 2 teachers IPA2 subjects SMA N 1 Tayu. Method of data collection with the literature and questionnaires. The method used to analyze the data is descriptive analysis techniques such as quantitative scores and percentages on a predetermined grading scale. The results showed that the system is able to process information in general academic data such as data administrator, administration, principal, homeroom, teachers, and students. Feasibility level assessment software by experts indicate that the information system is very feasible. Based on the assessment of students and teachers, the feasibility of information systems is very decent. Percentage viability by software engineering experts and users in order to obtain a percentage of 91.5% and 86.358%.     Information is one of an organization's most important assets. For this reason the development and maintenance of an integrated information system environment is one of the most important functions within a large organization. The Integrated Information Systems Evolution Environment (IISEE) project has as one of its primary goals a computerized solution to the difficulties involved in the development of integrated information systems. To develop such an environment a thorough understanding of the enterprise's information needs and requirements is of paramount importance. This document is the current release of the research performed by the Integrated Development Support Environment (IDSE) Research Team in support of the IISEE project. Research indicates that an integral part of any information system environment would be multiple modeling methods to support the management of the organization's information. Automated tool support for these methods is necessary to facilitate their use in an integrated environment. An integrated environment makes it necessary to maintain an integrated database which contains the different kinds of models developed under the various methodologies. In addition, to speed the process of development of models, a procedure or technique is needed to allow automatic translation from one methodology's representation to another while maintaining the integrity of both. The purpose for the analysis of the modeling methods included in this document is to examine these methods with the goal being to include them in an integrated development support environment. To accomplish this and to develop a method for allowing intra-methodology and inter-methodology model element reuse, a thorough understanding of multiple modeling methodologies is necessary. Currently the IDSE Research Team is investigating the family of Integrated Computer Aided Manufacturing (ICAM) DEFinition (IDEF) languages IDEF(0), IDEF(1), and IDEF(1x), as well as ENALIM, Entity Relationship, Data Flow Diagrams, and Structure Charts, for inclusion in an integrated development support environment

    The administration management as an activity and institute's main task which is also called as Back Office System, supported by several information systems. The data need and information in one information system cannot be fulfilled only by one information source, but it needs a composition from a two or more sources in one institute/organization. To solve this problem, we need an architecture model which can solve integration system between different information systems. This Integrated Information System Design Research Method uses Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) approach as the architecture base, Model View Controller (MVC) method as the model in the programming (coding). The applied development method SOA utilizes Service Oriented Modelling and Architecture (SOMA) development system, it is a system design method which classifies business process in to a service group. The SOA application is because of its loosely coupled, highly interoperable, reusable and interoperability characteristics cause SOA reliable in information development and integration. While the integrated information system which is built using MVC method, easier to be maintained and developed.     The administrative section of Purworejo Muhammadiyah University Information Study Program in processing data payment works and practice work still uses a manual process that is using Microsoft Excel. Furthermore, management should keep payment slips as evidence that the student has already made the payments. As for the weakness of the payment slip that can be lost and after several months the writing on the deposit slip fades. After all, it was not yet effective. Thus, researchers do research and construct Information Systems Payment Services and Practical work on Information Technology Study Programs. This information system was created to make it easier for the governance part in managing the payment data both practical and practical. The method of data collection used in this research is observation, interview, and library study. The method used for system development is the waterfall method. In addition, payment information systems are built with PHP programming language, the framework Code of Igniter, and MySQL databases. Research indicates the waterfall method can be used to design a system of payment information, practical and practical.     This research contributes to the body of knowledge in information systems development (ISD) with an empirical investigation in form of a case study that demonstrates the positive impact of the agile development and project management method Scrum on information systems and software development productivity and it provides a useful operationalization of the concept through seven identified indicators for productivity. Despite the fact that the case unit had challenges with the use of Scrum, the indicators identified the areas where the company had managed to exploit the potential of Scrum and its practices with regard to increasing productivity.
