Soft Computing and Decision Support System for Software Process Improvement: A Systematic Literature Review

Software project development is very crucial, and measuring the exact cost and effort of development is becoming tedious and challenging. Organizations are trying to wind up their project of software development within the agreed budget and schedule successfully. Traditional practices are inadequate to achieve the current needs of the software industry. Underestimation and overestimation of software development effort lead to financial implications in the form of resources, cost of staffing, and budget of developing the software project. Soft computing (SC) approaches and tools deliver an addition of techniques for anticipating resistance to the deception, defect, incomplete truth for traceability and ambiguity, low arrangement cost, and strength. A large amount of SC approaches is prevailing in the literature to accomplish way-out to difficulties precisely, practically, and speedily. The approaches of SC can give better prediction, high performance, and dynamic behavior. SC deals with computational intelligence which integrates the concept of agent paradigm and SC. The proposed study presents a systematic literature review (SLR) of the approaches, tools, and techniques of SC used in the literature. The study presented a comprehensive review by searching the defined keywords in the popular libraries, filtered the paper, and obtained most relevant papers. After the selection of the papers, the quality assessment process of the included papers has been done in order to determine the relevancy of the papers. Особливості керування в режимах стеження

The paper deals with research of systems for control by orientation of lines-of-sight ofinformation and measuring devices on moving base. Automated control laws of researched systems intracking modes are proposed. Control algorithm with the local feedback by the current of motor armaturecircuit is given. The integral assessment of the plant acceleration based on current of the motor armaturecircuit is obtained and the possibility of its usage in control laws is shown. The mathematical model of thesystem assigned for operation on the ground vehicles is represented. The simulation results are given andtheir analysis is carried out. The obtained control laws can be used in low cost systems with nonstabilizeddrive, and also in tracking modes of multi-mode systems of control by orientation of lines-of-sight ofinformation and measuring devices operated on vehiclesИсследована система управления ориентации осей визирования информационно-измерительных устройств на подвижном основании. Предложены законы автоматизированного управления систем исследуемого типа в режимах слежения. Предложен алгоритм управления с локальной обратной связью по току цепи якоря двигателя. Получена интегральная оценка ускорения объекта на основании тока цепи якоря двигателя и показана возможность ее использования в законах управления. Представлена математическая модель системы, предназначенной для эксплуатации наназемных подвижных объектах. Приведены результаты моделирования и выполнен анализ егорезультатов. Полученные законы управления могут быть использованы в недорогих системах с нестабилизированным приводом, а также в режимах слежения многорежимных систем управления ориентацией линий визирования информационно-измерительных устройств, эксплуатируемых наподвижных объектахДосліджено систему керування орієнтації осей візування інформаційно-вимірювальних пристроїв нарухомій основі. Запропоновано закони автоматизованого керування систем досліджуваного типу у режимах стеження. Запропоновано алгоритм керування з локальним місцевим зв’язком за струмом ланцюгу якоря двигуна. Отримано інтегральну оцінку прискорення об’єкта на підставі струму ланцюга якоря двигуна та показано можливість її використання в законах керування. Представлено математичну модель системи, призначеної для експлуатації на наземних рухомих об’єктах. Наведено результати моделювання та виконано аналіз його результатів. Отримані закони управління можуть бути використанні в недорогих системах з нестабілізованим приводом, а також в режимах стеження багаторежимних систем керування орієнтацією ліній візування інформаційно-вимірювальних пристроїв, що експлуатуються на рухомих об’єкта
