AGILE SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT ON DESIGN AND LAYOUT OF BOOKING ROOM WEBSITE (CASE STUDY: WITEL TELKOM YOGYAKARTA)

Online booking is one way to find and order easily using media connected using the internet network so that it can be accessed anywhere and anytime easily so that it can increase time effectiveness. One of the applications is Telkom Room which functions to help Telkom employees to book meeting rooms online to make them easier to use and don't need to come to the office and contact them to use them. The Booking Room website also uses the agile development method because the software development process requires a relatively short period and does not require enormous resources. Therefore, changes can be handled more quickly according to client needs and provide feedback to the development team in the manufacturing process. The existence of this Booking Room website can help facilitate the user in the room booking process so that the user does not have to come directly to the office and so that it is fast and easy to carry out the meeting process that will be held

Pengembangan Sistem Informasi Repository Data Akreditasi Institut Teknologi Kalimantan

Accreditation is an assessment activity based on predetermined standards and requirements to guarantee the quality and performance of education for every university in Indonesia. The Study Program Accreditation Instrument version 4.0 is needed to compile performance into reports. The nstrument is the Study Program Performance Report. Institut Teknologi Kalimantan (ITK), as one of the institutions, ITK preparing the Study Program Performance Report with manual method so that during the preparation of the report, there was duplication of accreditation data. Because thedata is made from more than one source, collecting accreditation data is still using email. This causes data not stored, and it is not easy to find historical data every year. Therefore, this research was conducted to develop an accreditation management information system, especially Study Program Performance Report, so that accreditation data can be archived and managed by each Study Program at ITK. This system also makes it easier for the Pusat Jaminan Mutu to monitor the performance. The software development method used in this research is the Agile methodology with ScrumMethod. The development uses the Laravel framework, which has implemented a Model, View, Controller architecture. This research resulted in an information system accreditation for the Study Program Performance Report.Akreditasi merupakan kegiatan penilaian berdasarkan standar dan syarat yang sudah ditentukan, untuk menjamin mutu dan kinerja pendidikan tinggi untuk program studi di setiap Perguruan Tinggi di Indonesia. Dalam melakukan penyusunan laporan kinerja menggunakan Instrumen Akreditasi Program Studi (IAPS) versi 4.0 dibutuhkan nstrumen utama yaitu Laporan Kinerja Program Studi (LKPS). ITK sebagai salah satu perguruan tinggi di Indonesia masih manual dalam menyusun LKPS, sehingga saat penyusunan laporan terjadi duplikasi data akreditasi. Selain itu, karena data akreditasi dibuat lebih dari satu sumber jadi mengumpulkan data akreditasi masih menggunakan email. Hal ini menyebabkan data akreditasi tidak tersimpan dan sulit mencari data histori setiap tahunnya. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi repository akreditasi khususnya LKPS, sehingga data akreditasi bisa diarsipkan dan dikelola setiap Program Studi di ITK. Selanjutnya pengembangan sistem informasi ini juga memudahkan Pusat Jaminan Mutu (PJM) ITK dalam memonitoring kinerja setiap Program Studi. Metode pengembangan perangkat lunak yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metodologi Agile dengan metode Scrum. Pengembangan sistem informasi repository akreditasi ini juga menggunakan framework Laravel yang sudah menerapkan arsitektur Model, View, Controller. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sistem informasi repository akreditasi untuk instrumen LKPS

Implementasi framework scrum dalam pengembangan sistem informasi manajemen kesantrian berbasis odoo erp (studi kasus pada pondok pesantren Daruttauhid)

INDONESIA: Pondok pesantren Daruttauhid merupakan salah satu pondok yang memiliki 2 kurikulum berbeda dengan mekanisme proses bisnis yang dilakukan secara manual. Adanya perbedaan kurikulum dalam pondok mengakibatkan munculnya beberapa permasalahan dalam proses bisnisnya seperti data-data yang rentan hilang, kesalahan dalam penginputan data, kesalahan dalam rekap pembayaran, serta menghabiskan waktu yang cukup lama dalam proses pendataan santri baru. Oleh karena itu, penyajian informasi yang tepat mengenai data-data pondok menjadi hal yang sangat penting. Di lain pihak, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) menawarkan penyajian informasi yang terintegrasi dan penyebaran informasi yang cepat kepada pengguna. Masalah yang diselesaikan dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana menyajikan data pondok yang efektif dan efisien kepada santri, orang tua santri, maupun pengurus pondok pesantren Daruttauhid. Untuk menyelesaikan masalah tersebut, diusulkan pengembangan sistem informasi manajemen kesantrian berbasis Odoo ERP. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah framework Scrum. Tahapan dalam scrum meliputi product backlog, sprint planning, sprint backlog, daily scrum, sprint review, dan sprint restropective. Sistem informasi manajemen kesantrian ini telah melalui serangkaian pengujian fungsionalitas menggunakan black box testing. Perhitungan hasil pengujian menggunakan skala likert yang menyatakan bahwa sistem yang digunakan telah sesuai dengan nilai rata-rata pengujian 95,5 %. ENGLISH: Daruttauhid Islamic Boarding School is one of the boarding schools that has 2 different curricula with business process mechanisms that are carried out manually. The existence of differences in the curriculum in the boarding school resulted in the emergence of several problems in its business processes such as data that was prone to loss, errors in data input, errors in payment recapitulation, and spent a long time in the data collection process for new students. Therefore, it is very important to present the right information regarding the cottage data. On the other hand, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) offers an integrated presentation of information and rapid dissemination of information to users. The problem solved in this research is how to present data on boarding schools effectively and efficiently to students, parents of students, and administrators of Daruttauhid Islamic boarding schools. It is proposed to develop a student management information system based on Odoo ERP to solve this problem. The method used in this research is the Scrum framework. This strain management information system has gone through a series of functionality testing using black-box testing. The test results stated that the system used followed the average test value of 95,5 %. ARABIC: ‫ مدرسة دار التوحيد هي إحدى المدارس التي لديها مقررين مختلفين مع آليات وقائع الأعمال التي يتم تنفيذها يدويًا. بوجود اختلافات في المقررات داخل المدرسة، يسبب ظهور المشاكل، في الوقائع الأعمال, مثال : المعرضة البيانات للضياع ، والأخطاء في إدخال البيانات ، والأخطاء في تلخيص المدفوعات و استغرق كثير من الأوقات في جمع البيانات لطلاب الجدد. فلذلك ، من المهم جدًا تقديم المعلومات الصحيحة فيما يتعلق ببيانات المدرسة . من ناحية أخرى ، يوفر تخطيط موارد المؤسسات (ERP) عرضًا تقديميًا متكاملًا للمعلومات ونشرًا سريعًا للمعلومات للمستخدمين. المشكلة التي حللت في هذا البحث هي كيفية تقديم بيانات عن المدارس بفعالية وكفاءة للطلاب و أولياءهم و لجميع أمين المدرسة دار التوحيد. لحل هذه المشكلة ، يُقترح تطوير نظام معلومات إدارة الطلاب على أساس Odoo ERP. الطريقة المستخدمة في هذا البحث هي فريموورك سكرم. خضع نظام معلومات إدارة الطلاب هذا لسلسلة من اختبارات الوظائف باستخدام اختبار الصندوق الأسود. بينت نتائج الاختبار أن النظام المستخدم كان متوافقا مع متوسط قيمة الاختبار95.1٪.
