    Ефективні способи підтримки фізичної працездатності учнів під час дистанційного навчання

    The objective of the research was to test the effectiveness of the fitness program «WAY TO A HEALTHY LIFE». Indicators of morphofunctional and physical condition of students during quarantine restrictions were studied. The total number of respondents was 926 students (474 girls and 452 boys) from four higher education institutions in Ukraine. To implement the fitness program, the authors developed a model of physical education of students for the period of distance learning. To obtain the necessary information, we used general scientific research methods, namely: analysis of scientific and methodological sources, pedagogical modeling, pedagogical experiment, pedagogical observation, research methods of functional and physical condition of students, expert evaluation method, mathematical statistics methods, SWOT analysis. Five tests characterizing morphofunctional indicators were selected by the method of expert assessment (Stange test; Genchi test; body mass index; Ruffier-Dickson’s index; Harvard step test) and seven tests that characterize the indicators of physical development of students (exercises for arm strength; exercise for dexterity, exercise for speed; exercise for the development of abs; exercise for endurance, standing long-jump, Burpie’s test). The experimental research showed that out of five tests that characterize the level of development of morphofunctional signs of the body’s activity, the girls had improvement in four and the boys in three indicators. Other morphofunctional indicators remained at the previous level. Of the seven tests that characterize the level of development of different physical qualities, significant positive changes were observed in the performance of four exercises in girls and two exercises in boys, maintenance of the level of physical development occurred in the performance of two exercises in girls and four exercises in boys. Only the performance of endurance exercises in girls and boys showed negative dynamics. The SWOT-analysis showed the effectiveness of using the fitness program «WAY TO A HEALTHY LIFE» during distance learning.Метою дослідження було перевірити ефективність фітнес-програми «Шлях до здорового життя». Досліджено 926 студентів (474 дівчат та 452 юнаків) з чотирьох вищих навчальних закладів України. Для реалізації фітнес-програми автором розроблена модель фізичного виховання учнів в період дистанційного навчання. Для отримання необхідної інформації використовувались загальнонаукові методи дослідження, а саме: аналіз науково-методичних джерел, педагогічне моделювання, педагогічний експеримент, педагогічне спостереження, методи дослідження функціонального та фізичного стану учнів, метод експертного оцінювання, методи математичної статистики, SWOT аналіз. Експериментальне дослідження показало, що з п’яти тестів, що характеризують рівень розвитку морфофункціональних ознак діяльності організму, у дівчат покращилося чотири, а у юнаків – три. Інші морфофункціональні показники залишилися на попередньому рівні. Із семи тестів, що характеризують рівень розвитку різних фізичних якостей, позитивні зміни спостерігалися у виконанні чотирьох вправ у дівчат та двох вправ у юнаків, підтримання рівня фізичного розвитку відбулося при виконанні двох вправ у дівчат. і чотирьох вправ для юнаків. Лише виконання вправ на витривалість у дівчат та юнаків показало негативну динаміку. Проведений SWOT-аналіз засвідчив ефективність використання фітнес-програми «Шлях до здорового життя» під час дистанційного навчання

    Effects of Learning Motivation, Playing Activity, and Parental Care on The Children’s Motor Skill

    The poor motor skills of children/students of Islamic schools is a fundamental problem of this research. Namely, at the Ibtidaiyah Tahfizh Makkah Siak Hulu Riau Madrasah. Objective: This study aims to reveal the direct and indirect effects, as well as the simultaneous effect of exogenous variables on endogenous variables. Materials and methods: This type of research is quantitative with a path analysis approach. 44 out of 121 students were used in this study by sorting using the purposive sampling technique. Data was collected using a questionnaire (learning motivation, play activity, and parental attention), while data on children's motor skills used Scott's motor skill test. Result: The results showed that: (1) There is a direct effect of learning motivation on play activities (p21 = 0.866, and a contribution of 75%), (2) There is a direct effect of learning motivation on children's motor skills (py1 = 0.304 with a contribution of 9.24%), (3) There is a direct effect of play activity on children's motor skills (py2 = 0.291 with a contribution of of 8.47%), (4) There is a direct effect of parental activity attention on children's motor skills (py3 = 0.425 with a contribution of 18.06%), (5) There is a effect of learning motivation and play activities simultaneously on parental attention (Rsquared = 0.761 with a contribution of 76.1%), (6) There is an indirect effect of learning motivation through parental attention on children's motor skills (p31.py3 = 0.395 > py1 = 0.304 with a total contribution of 48.9%), (7) There is an indirect effect of play activities through parental attention to children's abilities children's motor skills (p32.py3 = 0.416 > p y2 = 0.291 with a total contribution of 50.12%), and (8) there is learning motivation, play activities and parental attention simultaneously on children's motor skills (Rsquared = 0.960 and the Sig value of the ANOVA table is obtained. = 0.002/2 = 0.001 < α = 0.05 or 96%). Conclusion: The results of the study show that learning motivation, playful activities and parental attention have an influence on the motor skills of students of Tahfizh Makkah Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. Nevertheless, further research is needed with larger numbers of samples to further test each variable. &nbsp

    The impact of target shooting exercise on passing accuracy in soccer games

    This study aims to determine the impact of target shooting training on the level of passing accuracy in soccer games for students in Junior High School. The research method used an experimental approach using randomized pre-test and post-test. It was conducted at State Junior High School 12 Kendari in December 2020. The sampling technique is random. The sample was 30 students. Data is taken from the test. The instrument used to obtain data in this study is the accuracy pass test. Data analysis used descriptive analysis, pre-test and post-test homogeneity, and t-test. Data analysis concluded that shooting target exercise improved the accuracy of the pass in the soccer game.     The Effects of Tissue Flossing on Perceived Knee Pain and Jump Performance: A Pilot Study

    Background: Tissue compression and partial vascular occlusion using band flossing results in reperfusion of blood to the muscle tissue that may ultimately reduce joint pain and increase range of motion, enhancing prevention from or rehabilitation of injury. However, the extent of research examining the effect of tissue flossing in an athletic setting is currently very limited, and the effects of band flossing on knee pain and jump performance have not yet been investigated and remain unclear. Purpose: To investigate the effect of band flossing on perceived knee pain and vertical jump performance in recreational athletes with knee pain. Methods: Five young male recreational athletes with previously reported knee pain took part in this study (age 22±0.5; height 184±6.8cm; weight 79±1.5kg; BMI 23.34±1.2 kg/m2). Participants performed a number of tests pre and post intervention, with the application of a floss band on the knee joint. The experimental protocol consisted in the performance of countermovement jump (CMJ) tests (without occlusion, with occlusion, and after occlusion). Pre and Post intervention measures included a perceived knee pain -by visual analogue scale (VAS)- and CMJ performance -by force platform-. Results: The application of flossing bands in knee joint resulted in enhancements in all test measures pre to post intervention (10% jump height; 4.5% time in the air; 5% jump velocity; 13% jump power; 7.5% jump force). Participants reported a 3.5-point pain enhancement in AVS during performance of CMJ tests. Conclusion: Flossing bands caused a reduction in perceived knee pain and improved vertical jump performance in young male recreational athletes

    Experts’ judgment and perception of android-based materials for sports massage learning

    This study aims to obtain the results of the product validation of the Android-based massage learning material model that has been designed through expert judgment and perception. The experts involved in the research are massage, learning, and media experts. The research method uses quantitative research in order to analyze quantitative data using IBM SPSS 25.0. Descriptive statistical results percentage. The results of the study concluded that the android-based massage learning material was feasible to use. Some inputs for product improvement are the addition of instructions for using the application, a display with a spread pattern, adding instructional content, simplifying the display, a simulation video, adding competence according to the Indonesian National Framework of Qualifications format, and lowering the file capacity to make it easier to access by the Android OS. The results of this study have implications for the understanding of lecturer who have developed appropriate and effective learning material

    Systematic Literature Review: Research on Pencak Silat using Vos Viewers in the Scopus Database for 2018-2022

    Pencak silat is a branch of full body contact martial arts which is categorized as a strenuous sport where the body requires quite a lot of energy to produce excellent physical condition in supporting techniques and tactics. This study uses a descriptive quantitative method with a bibliometrics approach. The research data used for scientific journals or articles spanning 2018-2022 is sourced from the Scopus database. A scientific article search was carried out using the Publish or Perish application with the keyword "Pencak Silat" in the article title, category, abstract, keywords. The map for the development of the Pencak Silat scientific publication model was analyzed using the VOSViewer application. From the search results using the Publish or Perish application, with the maximum number of searches used, namely 1000 articles, there were 200 published articles according to the keywords entered, then by type filtering using articles there were 32 papers written in article form. Based on the results and discussion, it can be concluded that there have been increases and decreases in the last 2 years, namely in 2021 there has been a significant increase of 11 articles or 34.4% as the highest number of publications because in 2022 it has decreased with the publication of articles of 9 articles or 28.1%

    Efforts to Improve The Social Skills of Elementary School Students Through Modified Traditional Crank Games

    The social skills of today's youth are a problem that requires attention, as mobile phones and smartphones are now among the media on which kids spend their free time. The impacts of youngsters playing modern games frequently on handheld devices or other technology lead a child's social level to decline, therefore witnessing this phenomena worries us. The findings of the observations done at SD Negeri 3 Meganti show that children prefer independent activities, that they are challenging to control, that they like to quarrel, and other things. This study aims to determine whether modified versions of conventional hopscotch games might help kids develop their social skills. 20 students from class II of SD Negeri 3 Menganti participated in this study, which used the classroom action research method and the Kemmis &; Taggart model. Four stages of research were carried out, including planning, activity, observation, and reflection. The outcomes demonstrated an improvement in the social skills of class II students at SD Negeri 3 Menganti. Average student learning results from Cycle I were just 15.5%, but after being exposed to the action of a modified classic crankshaft game in Cycle II, there was a notable improvement to average student learning outcomes of 25.5%

    Development of Educational Tool Game (APE) Scooter Board Sensory for Children With Special Needs

    This study aims to develop an educational game tool (APE) that can stimulate the sensor-motor abilities of children with special needs who have problems in motor and movement development. APE was developed in addition to playing but also aims to provide education and other experiences according to their developmental age and needs. The research method used is the ADDIE development research method (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation). The subjects in this study were 20 person children with mild ID and autism, aged 8-12 years consisting of 12 girls and 8 boys. This study involved 4 experts, consisting of 2 learning media experts, 1 psychologist, and 1 Adaptive Physical Educator.
