    Artificial intelligence has a theatrical effect on management of the workforce in the future. This paper has highlighted the benefits and challenges to adoption of artificial intelligence approach in human resource management functions in Pakistan. Artificial intelligence-based human resource applications have robust potential to increase employee performance, engagement & retention while it also helps to reduce turnover, errors, time & biases in HR decision making. Artificial Intelligence needs to be incorporated by the organization in Pakistan for effective people management and HR decisions. Reluctance to the adoption of artificial intelligence in human resource management functions can demonstrate the devastating effect on the overall growth of the organization; thus, human resource leaders should prepare and train the human resource for the adoption of artificial intelligence & also address the concerns regarding man & machine interactions at the workplace. Yet, artificial intelligence cannot substitute the human element in human resource management, although if artificial intelligence united with capabilities of a human, would fetch on more intelligent solutions for HR.     This article is motivated by the emergence of negative narratives on technological developments, including artificial intelligence technology. Artificial intelligence technology is often associated as a threat that will threaten the existence of human life. This mindset is certainly wrong and naive, because technology exists to facilitate human performance. This paper wants to explore fundamentally about the origins of artificial intelligence technology and how it is used for the practice of learning Christian religious education both in schools and in churches in the context of developing spirituality by using a descriptive qualitative approach based on literature. One of the goals to be achieved from this article is how artificial intelligence technology can be integrated as a learning medium to form student knowledge as a whole and integral.     FUTURE MARKETING IN B2B SEGMENT: INTEGRATING ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE INTO SALES MANAGEMENT

    The technological phenomenon of artificial intelligence transforms B2B marketing and approaches to the formation of product value, sales and service. The case study allowed the author to examine and summarize the experience of large companies in integrating artificial intelligence into the sales management system, marketing and service. The article identified three problems of B2B companies’ sales system: incomplete, unreliable data, lack of interaction between marketing and sales systems, dynamic growth of personal data volume. The study proves economic efficiency of the integration of artificial intelligence, which solves these problems. The future of marketing was identified based on the latest trends in the B2B segment. In the future, industrial marketing will be determined by the accuracy, reliability of customer information, a high level of accuracy of demand forecasts, a shortened cycle of trade agreements, increasing level of effectiveness of cooperation between marketing and sales departments. The integration of artificial intelligence into sales management will finally complete the era of digital marketing in the B2B segment and will be the beginning of the era of “human” marketing. For a sustainable working environment, the value of emotional and social competencies has increased day by day while Emotional Intelligence (EI) has captured as a pinnacle in Human Resource Development literature. The study focused on the significance of Emotional Intelligence from an occupational perspective.  The findings reveal why an organization should care about the emotional intelligence of its employees. Since an organization can attain a competitive advantage through the people, hence Emotional intelligence could make a difference from an average performer to high-value performer.  In this study, the role of Emotional Intelligence has critically analyzed with the evidence of empirical researches published in peer-reviewed journals.  The study underlines the essentials of EI in job performance, job satisfaction, Organization citizenship behavior, leadership effectiveness, Team Management, Work-life balance and Employee wellbeing.
