Moral leadership highlights the importance of serving the community, of thinking about the collective well-being as it can be felt in our present day with the theme of improving healthy habits and lifestyles, caring for the environment, social responsibility of improve the quality of life by prioritizing the general interest on the subject (Donaires Sánchez, 2003).With the leadership in values ​​the importance that the leader produces over his followers, provoking changes from the awareness about the importance and the value of the results obtained after the realization of the assigned tasks, this can be related to the responsibility that it has the leader regarding printing on its followers the care towards environmental management, the care of the environment, as a value to organizational objectives, seeking a balance between environmental, social and economic (Nader & Castro Solano, 2007). Para dirigir los aspectos ambientales de una organización, elegir un tipo de liderazgo como si fuera un menú o fórmula secreta para resolver un problema, sería necesario analizar algunos tipos de liderazgo. Del liderazgo moral se resalta la importancia de servir a la comunidad, de pensar en el bienestar colectivo como se puede sentir en nuestra actualidad con el tema de mejorar los hábitos y estilos de vida saludable, del cuidado del medio ambiente, de la responsabilidad social de mejorar la calidad de vida primando el interés general sobre el particular (Donaires Sánchez, 2003). Con el liderazgo en valores la importancia que produce el líder sobre sus seguidores, provocando cambios a partir de la concientización acerca de la importancia y el valor de los resultados obtenidos tras la realización de las tareas asignadas, a esto se puede relacionar con la responsabilidad que tiene el líder respecto a imprimir en sus seguidores el cuidado hacia la gestión ambiental, el cuidado del medio, como valor a los objetivos organizacionales, buscando el equilibrio entre lo ambiental, lo social y lo económico (Nader & Castro Solano, 2007)

La competitividad en una empresa forestal comunitaria

Forest utilization plays a fundamental role for the supply of raw material to the forest industry and the socio-economic development of forest communities, given its natural potential in providing goods and services. There are several studies of forest management, but few on competitiveness of productive chains. The present investigation was carried out in the forest community of Capulalpam de Méndez, Ixtlán, Oaxaca, Mexico and is considered a non-experimental design because the phenomenon was observed as it occurs in its natural context, to later analyze it without manipulating variables The results obtained show that the indicators: Productivity, product quality, profitability and market share, with values ​​of 0.75, 0.75, 0.70 and 0.62 respectively, are the most important indicators that determine the achievement of the company's competitiveness.El aprovechamiento forestal desempeña un papel fundamental para el abastecimiento de materia prima a la industria forestal y al desarrollo socioeconómico de las comunidades forestales, dado su potencial natural en proporcionar bienes y servicios. Existen diversos estudios del manejo forestal, pero, pocos sobre competitividad de las cadenas productivas. La presente investigación se llevó a cabo en la comunidad forestal de Capulalpam de Méndez, Ixtlán, Oaxaca, México y se considera un diseño no experimental debido a que se observó el fenómeno tal y como se da en su contexto natural, para posteriormente analizarlo sin manipular variables. Los resultados obtenidos muestran que los indicadores: Productividad, calidad del producto, rentabilidad y participación en el mercado, con valores de 0.75, 0.75, 0.70 y 0.62 respectivamente, son los indicadores más importantes que determinan el logro de la competitividad de la empresa
