    An Entropy Weight-TOPSIS Based Method for e-Commerce Logistics Service Quality Evaluation

    The problem of logistics service quality is the weakness that restricts the high-quality development of rural e-commerce. The paper combines SERVQUAL model and LSQ scale to build a rural e-commerce logistics evaluation system with five first-level indicators of reliability, timeliness, convenience, economy and empathy and 18 second-level indicators. On this basis, the service quality of five typical rural e-commerce logistics enterprises is comprehensively evaluated by using the entropy weight method and TOPSIS method through a questionnaire survey. The results show that the quality of logistics service should be improved from reliability and empathy. The service quality of Enterprise 4 is the highest, and that of Enterprise 5 is the worst

Based on 512 sample data collected from Mianyang, Yibin and other cities, this paper establishes regression equation by setting independent and dependent variables, and uses linear regression methods such as correlation coefficient, parameter estimation, SPSS regression analysis to analyze. Through the investigation and analysis of demand of light intelligent package in intelligent logistics system, this paper studies the logistics process. In terms of informationization, paperless, optimization of benefit and value of logistics enterprises, and packaging flooding caused by the development of e-commerce logistics, four suggestions are put forward to help the future development of logistics industry

    The Impact of Online Logistics Service Quality Review Information on Consumers\u27 Purchase Intention

    This paper constructs the index dimension of online logistics service quality review information from the two aspects of e-commerce logistics service quality factors and online review information characteristic factors, builds a structural equation model of online logistics service quality reviews information on consumers\u27 purchase intention. Empirical method is used to verify and analyze the model and hypothesis. The results show that six variables of e-commerce logistics service quality, including timeliness, reliability, empathy and online review information, such as value, quality and amount, acting on consumers\u27 purchase intention, timeliness indirectly affects consumers\u27 purchase intention through the value and amount of online review information, while empathy indirectly affects consumers\u27 purchase intention through the value of online review information. On this basis, the analysis results are discussed, and relevant suggestions are put forward for logistics enterprises and online shop sellers to create a good environment for consumers online shopping

    Sustainable management for Fresh Food E-Commerce Logistics Services

    This article determines the quality factors that improve the satisfaction of logistics services and the specific evaluation items that customers value. Moreover, this study verifies the moderating effect of consumers on the perceived importance of last-mile logistics services and its impact on logistics service satisfaction. Through literature review, the conceptual model is determined, and measurement scales are developed. Furthermore, we collect data through online surveys and employed structural equation modeling, hierarchical regression analysis, and importance–performance analysis methods to analyze the collected data and test research hypotheses. The findings of this study are as follows. First, the qualities of personal contact, timeliness, and empathy in the fresh food e-commerce logistics service quality evaluation system have a significant positive impact on the fresh food e-commerce logistics service consumer satisfaction, but the delivery quality and information quality are not significant. Second, consumers' perceived importance of last-mile logistics services has a positive and significant impact on consumer satisfaction of fresh food e-commerce logistics services. Moreover, as a moderating variable, its moderating effect has limitations: it only affects the relationship between information quality, timeliness quality, empathy quality, and consumer satisfaction. Finally, in the three evaluation dimensions of information quality, timeliness quality, and empathy quality, specific items that need to be further improved are identified. This study enriches and supplement the empirical research in the field of fresh food e-commerce logistics and provides academic literature with a reference value for fresh food e-commerce logistics enterprises

    Sustainable E-commerce Logistics for Customer Satisfaction: Evidence from Vietnam

    Recent technical development, globalization, and the COVID-19 pandemic have all contributed to an increase in the number of e-commerce logistics activities. However, there has been little investigation on the quality of e-commerce logistics services. This study fills this gap in the existing literature with the evidence from an emerging market like Vietnam, especially in Binh Duong province. It aims to identify the service quality factors of the e-commerce logistics that affect customer satisfaction, such as quality of information, quality of order, delivery quality, price of delivery, and customer service. Results find that: i) customer service has the greatest impact on customer satisfaction; ii) the quality of the order, the quality of the information, and the quality of the delivery come after, respectively; and iii) price of delivery is the final component that has the least impact. Our findings provide useful evidence for businesses in the e-commerce industry in satisfying their customer experiences

However, cross-border logistics which is short slab of cross-border e-commerce restricts the development of cross-border e-commerce. Cross-border e-commerce that has multi-function, multiple frequency operation and comprehensive characteristics require logistics service has the characteristics of agility, high efficiency, low cost and visualization. The model of cross-border logistics in our country has many problems. For example, high cost, long time, incomplete logistics information system, lack of large-scale logistics service enterprises. This factors seriously restrict the development of cross-border e-commerce. In this paper, cross-border electricity development present in our country and its existing problems have been discussed, and we put forward relevant countermeasures.
