Применение кластеризации k-means и анализа гистограмм для автоматизации предварительной обработки изображений дискомицетов, полученных в среде обитания
The study of biological diversity requires a thorough inventory of all groups of organisms, including destructors, among which fungi play a significant role. Discomycetes, a group of orders of fungi of the Ascomycota phylum, require close attention from researchers due to their low level of knowledge. The paper proposes an approach to automating the process of inventory of representatives of this group of orders and presents a prototype of a software package that allows one to identify the presence of fruit bodies of discomycetes in photographs taken in the natural habitat. A feature of the proposed solution is the application of the k-means clustering method, the use of scaled histograms to determine the presence of an image of the fruit body of Discomycetes in this image, and the prospects for using this tool in machine learning are described using neural networks

Tasmanian Discomycetes
The students of Tasmanian Fungi have very insufficient
means of becoming acquainted with described species, and
further, such a small number of those indigenous in the Stat~
have been described that there is fair reason to justify a
paper to bring our knowledge up to date. It is probable
that some, perhaps many, of those described as new may
eventually be recognised to be identical with forms already
named elsewhere, but if we wait till we shall commit no
errors the purpose of this paper will not have been met. It
is essentially one to afford a student an easy means of
recognising the local species of the large fungus group
known as Discomycetes. The only work already available
to students is Cooke's Handbook of Australian Fungi, and the
information in that book is too fragmentary, and often
erroneous, to be of much assistance. The Gymnoascaceae
have been included at the end of the paper, though they
belong to another group, Plectomycetes. The disc-fruiting
fungi, which have.adopted a parasitic habit, commonly known
as Lichens, are excluded from convenience, and not from any
supposition that they are genetica1ly distinct. The Histeriales
are almost continuous with some of the smaller plants of our
group, but their distinction may soon be recognised
& Schwein.) New species of Lachnum nd Perrotia from Hong Kong, China
Three new species, Lachnum qlindm'cum, L. granulatum, and Perrotia hongkongensis, are described from Hong Kong. Lachnum carneolum is recorded for the first time from China. A key to the long-spored species of Lachnum related to the newr
taxa is provided.published_or_final_versio
Contribution to the knowledge of the Discomycetes of Mexico with special reference to the genus Helvella.
[EN] Within the 29 taxa of Discomycetes from Mexico studied here, 11 species and a variety are new records for the country: Ascobolus stercorarius, Ascocoryne sarcoides, Bisporella citrina, Dasyscyphus
avellaneo-mellea, D. sopitii, Microglossum atropurpureum, Sarcosphaera crassa, Helvella costifera, H. lactea, H. leucomelaena,H. leucopus and H. leucopus varo populina. New data on their taxonomy, ecology and chorology are also added.[ES] Se citan 29 táxones de discomicetos de México, de los cuales 11 especies y una variedad son nuevos para el país: Ascobolus stercorarius, Ascocoryne sarcoides, Bisporella citrina, Dasyscyphus avellaneo-mellea, D. sopitii, Microglossum atropurpureum, Sarcosphaera crassa, Helvella costiJera, H. lactea, H. leucomelaena,H. leucopus y H. leucopus varo populina. First report of pteridocolous discomycetes, Lachnum lanariceps and L. oncospermatum, on decayed tree fern in Bukit Bendera (Penang Hill), Pulau Pinang, Malaysia
Bukit Bendera is 833 m above sea level and situated in the Northern part of Penang Island, Malaysia. Generally an
average temperature is between 20 to 27°C, which is about 5°C cooler than at the sea level. The hill dipterocarp forest dominates
Bukit Bendera and tree fern scatteredly grows at higher altitude. Two Lachnum spp. were observed as pteridocolous
cup fungi on decayed rachides of several tree fern species, Cyathea contaminans, C. latebrosa, and C. hymenodes. Lachnum
oncospermatum is characterized by a wrinkled apothecium and branched stipe. The hairs contain brown colored resinous
materials and are finely granulated. Lachnum lanariceps is characterized by a central and cylindrical stipe and hairs containing
pale yellow pigment with red or garnet resinous matter. These two Lachnum species are new to Malaysia
