Information Accountability Framework for a Trusted Health Care System
Trusted health care outcomes are patient centric. Requirements to ensure both the quality and sharing of patientsâ health records are a key for better clinical decision making. In the context of maintaining quality health, the sharing of data and information between professionals and patients is paramount. This information sharing is a challenge and costly if patientsâ trust and institutional accountability are not established. Establishment of an Information Accountability Framework (IAF) is one of the approaches in this paper. The concept behind the IAF requirements are: transparent responsibilities, relevance of the information being used, and the establishment and evidence of accountability that all lead to the desired outcome of a Trusted Health Care System. Upon completion of this IAF framework the trust component between the public and professionals will be constructed. Preservation of the confidentiality and integrity of patientsâ information will lead to trusted health care outcomes
Double Secret Protection: Bridging Federal and State Law To Protect Privacy Rights for Telemental and Mobile Health Users
Mental health care in the United States is plagued by stigma, cost, and access issues that prevent many people from seeking and continuing treatment for mental health conditions. Emergent technology, however, may offer a solution. Through telemental health, patients can connect with providers remotelyâavoiding stigmatizing situations that can arise from traditional healthcare delivery, receiving more affordable care, and reaching providers across geographic boundaries. And with mobile health technology, people can use smart phone applications both to self-monitor their mental health and to communicate with their doctors. But people do not want to take advantage of telemental and mobile health unless their privacy is protected. After evaluating the applicability of current health information privacy law to these new forms of treatment, this Note proposes changes to the federal regime to protect privacy rights for telemental and mobile health users
Description and Experience of the Clinical Testbeds

the 6WINIT Project, including the adapted clinical applications, project components and network transition technologies

Knowledge management: Using a knowledge requirements framework to enhance UK health sector supply chains
The gaps of mismatch both knowledge and understanding of beneficiaries and solution providers at the
initial stage of developing projects have led to the failures of many projects including supply chains
(SC) and related information technology systems (ITS) projects (Lyytinen and Hirschheim, 1987) . The

Towards Authentication and Authorization â Electronic Medical Records
The Technological intervention in field of Computer Science and Information Technology has made it possible to access medical records of Individuals electronically. Electronic Health Records systems which are distributed and need to be interoperable too. Important Business drivers for such kind of high level of interoperability introduce unique citizen ID. Though citizen have access to data from central repository and they can directly communicate with health care providers, but when it comes to security and confidentiality, technology fails to meet the requirements. In this paper we suggest a framework for authentication and authorization of Electronic medical Records System in consideration .It will help to build An Secure-Privacy Protected Electronic medical Record System
