HERRAMIENTAS TECNOLÓGICAS EN LA ENSEÑANZA EN EL CENTRO REGIONAL UNIVERSITARIO DE BOCAS DEL TORO

The objective of this work was to identify which were the digital tools most used by the professors of the Bocas del Toro Regional University Center during the pandemic caused by COVID-19. This research has a quantitative approach and descriptive scope, analyzing the following question: What were the technological tools most used by CRUBO teachers in their teaching-learning processes during the Covid-19 pandemic? A research instrument composed of an estimation scale divided into four classes was developed, which was applied to a sample of 121 teachers from all areas of knowledge in CRUBO, during the months of August to December 2022. The results found in the four classes showed that teachers consider that the use of digital tools favors the teaching process, WhatsApp is the main communication tool; Moodle and Classroom are used for teacher monitoring; Google Meet presented the greatest demand for videoconferences and Classroomscreen and Quizizz were the most collaborative tools with students. In addition, the resulting limitations most presented in virtuality were the problem of internet connection and lack of device by some students.El objetivo de este trabajo fue identificar cuáles fueron las herramientas digitales mayormente utilizadas por los profesores del Centro Regional Universitario de Bocas del Toro (CRUBO) durante la pandemia causada por el COVID-19. Esta investigación tiene un enfoque cuantitativo y alcance descriptivo, analizando la siguiente pregunta: ¿Cuáles fueron las herramientas tecnológicas mayormente utilizadas por los profesores del CRUBO en sus procesos de enseñanza aprendizaje durante la pandemia Covid-19? Se desarrolló un instrumento de investigación compuesto de una escala estimativa dividido en cuatro clases, el cual se aplicó a una muestra de 121 profesores de todas las áreas de conocimiento en el CRUBO, durante los meses de agosto a diciembre de 2022. Los resultados encontrados en las cuatro clases demostraron que los profesores consideran que la utilización de las herramientas digitales favorece el proceso de enseñanza, WhatsApp es la herramienta de comunicación principal; Moodle y Classroom se utilizan para el seguimiento docente; Google Meet presentó mayor demanda para videoconferencias y Classroomscreen y Quizizz resultaron las herramientas más colaborativas con los estudiantes. Además, las limitaciones más presentadas en la virtualidad fueron el problema de conexión a internet y falta de dispositivo por algunos estudiantes

Derechos de las personas en tiempo de pandemia por Covid-19 en Panamá

Esta investigación fue realizada aún en tiempos en que el que se manifiesta la situación de pandemia por la Covid-19, tratando de recopilar información legal para el conocimiento y educación de cómo ha sido el proceder del país desde que inicio la pandemia en términos derecho y legislación. Se investigó más que nada en diferentes páginas web por lo nuevo del tema, también documentos de revistas en la web y la Gaceta Oficial. Esto nos deja muy claro que los derechos de las personas no se desplazan en tiempos de crisis, se deben respetar y mantener porque son inalienables, indivisibles e interdependientes.This research was carried out even at a time when the Covid-19 pandemic situation manifests itself, trying to collect legal information for the knowledge and education of how the country has proceeded since the start of the pandemic in terms of law and legislation. It was investigated more than anything in different web pages for the news of the subject, also documents of magazines on the web and the Official Gazette.
