    Digitalization Capability and Organizational Performance: The Mediating Role of Organizational Agility

    Digitalization is prominent for companies and businesses, especially in the era of modern information technology. Digitalization can increase efficiency in business processes, including manufacturing, supply chains, inventory management, and administrative processes. Hence, this study aims at investigating the role of organizational agility in mediating the relationship between digitalization capability and business performance. A purposive sampling was used to gather the data from managers in PT. Mayora Indah Tbk. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using structural equation modeling. The findings indicate that digitalization capability has a significant effect on organizational performance and organizational agility. In addition, this study showed that digitalization capability has an effect on organizational agility. This study also confirms the role of organizational agility in mediating the link between digitalization capability and organizational performance.     THE EFFECT OF DIGITALIZATION ON LANGUAGE AND CULTURE IN MANAGEMENT PRACTICE MODERN EDUCATION

    This research is motivated by the important role of digitalization in language and culture in modern management practices. This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of digitalization on language and culture in modern educational management practices. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this research is the Miles and Huberman interactive analysis model which consists of data reduction, data presentation or data display and drawing conclusions. The results of this research explain that 1) Digitalization is the process of changing various information or news from analog format to digital format so that it is easier to produce, manage, store or distribute to the general public, 2) Language is not only a communication tool, but also a cultural expression that reflects worldview, values, and identity of a group or society, 3) Modern educational management practices take steps to integrate technology, personalization, collaboration, and skill development in learning and 4) The influence of digitalization on language and culture in educational management practices modern is combining the use of technology with efforts to preserve and respect local language and culture, as well as the development of holistic communication skills in an increasingly connected era

    Property Management Leadership in Digital Era

    Leaders’ efforts to sustain a competency advantage are tightly connected to their company’s ability to implement technology innovation. Property management allows decision making and team-leading processes to unfold new shapes again and again. However, little research has examined these dynamics. This study examines the relationship between leadership styles and property management firm performance in the digital era. We focus on two leadership styles: Transactional Leadership and Transformational Leadership and propose that digitalization will moderate the relationship between different leadership styles and property management effectiveness. Using transactional and transformational leadership theories, we propose that both transformational and transactional leadership styles are positively related to the performance of property management organizations. However, with the higher level of digitalization, the relationship between transactional leadership and property management outcomes will be weakened, but the relationship between transformational leadership and property management will be strengthened. We propose to collect survey data from the property management leaders in a mid-western city and conduct regression analysis to analyze the data. The implications of this research are discussed

    This paper is a literacy study with descriptive analysis method. This paper provides an overview of the effects of digitalization on management accounting in its implementation practice. The results illustrate that the effect of digitization does not only affect management accounting in terms of managing and reporting the internal conditions of a company or organization. The results obtained that the effect of digitization does not only affect management accounting in terms of managing and reporting the internal conditions of a company or organization, but it is broader. If companies want to make progress, then digital transformation in management accounting is needed and this can be realized with the influence of several factors. In practice, digitization of management accountants has an effect on the implementation of accounting that is more environmentally friendly (paperless), more integrated and fast through technology, real-time reporting, big data, cloud computing, blockchain, AI, and others. Changes in the world of education are also fundamental to carry out in order to prepare reliable prospective accountants who are ready to face digitalization.     Digitalization of Islamic Philanthropy: Effectiveness of Management of Zakat and Waqf in Contemporary Indonesia

    The digitalization of Islamic philanthropy in Indonesia is a topic that needs to be seen from its effectiveness and efficiency aspects. Moreover, in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic and advances in information technology, zakat and waqf services are one of the central issues to achieve the best goals. This article focuses on case studies with various data from the internet to determine the causes of this problem and effective methods for managing zakat and waqf. In general, this problem's cause is the Indonesian people's lack of knowledge about digital-based management for people's welfare and supporting the country's economy. Good and effective management of zakat and waqf can be realized with computer-based and integrated management compared to manual methods considering that the world has entered the Industrial Revolution 4.0. On the other hand, the community also has optimism that effective management of zakat and waqf can improve Indonesia's economy.     In the era of digitalization, healthcare has become highly dependent on data management. As a result, health data management systems have become increasingly important in cost reduction, treatment improvement, and healthcare procedures enhancement. This study explores blockchain-based health data management systems and their development factors in the context of smart city assets. The features and challenges of blockchain-based development solutions are explored based on the General Data Protection Regulation act and Regulations for the Directorate for e-Health of Norway. Latent Semantic Analysis correlation examination and word cloud analysis were conducted on scholarly documents and Tweets and a conceptual smart asset development framework for health data management systems has been proposed from a Scandinavian point of view.     This research was conducted with the aim of finding out how the management of news websites within conventional television media companies carries out the transformation process to increase competitiveness in the digital era. The focus of this research problem is on changes made by the management of the tvOnenews.com website as a website that focuses on news and sports within the tvOne company to increase competitiveness in the digital era. The theories used in this research are Kotter's change management model, Grundy's types of change, Kreitner and Kinicki's organizational change factors, Holt et al.'s change readiness, Robbins and Coulter's organizational structure, John's organizational types, and Osterwalder et al.'s value proposition canvas to see the management transformation that has occurred due to digitalization and the rapid development of technology. The research paradigm used is postpositivism with a qualitative approach. The research results were obtained using interview and observation techniques with the research subjects, namely tvOne and tvOnenews.com management, who were directly involved in the process of increasing website competitiveness, as well as other data from reliable sources. The results and analysis of the research show the transformation that occurs in the management of tvOnenews.com by increasing competitiveness in the digital era
