Slicing: A New Access to Isolation Preserving Data Publishing

    Get PDF
There are several anonymizing techniques like Abstraction, Containerization for isolation preserving small data publishing. The Abstraction loses amount of information for high spatial data. Containerization does not avoid enrollment acknowledgment and does not give clear separation between aspects. We are presenting a technique called slicing which partitions the data both horizontally and vertically. We also show that slicing conserves better data service than abstraction and can be used for enrollment acknowledgment conservation. One more important advantage of slicing is that it can handle high-spatial data. Slicing can be used for aspect acknowledgment conservation and establishing an efficient algorithm for computing the sliced data that obey the l-diversity concern. Our experiments confirm that slicing conserves better service than abstraction and is more active than containerization in loads affecting the conscious aspect and also demonstrate that slicing can be used to avoid enrollment acknowledgment. A matrix dispersion type transdermal drug delivery system of domperidone was developed using different ratios of rosin with Eudragit RL and Eudragit RS. The effect of the polymers on the technological properties, i.e., drug release, water vapor transmission rate, percentage moisture loss and thickness were investigated. The patch containing Eudragit RL: Eudragit RS (8:2) showed a release of 87.10% in 12 h. Formulation D1 emerged as the most satisfactory formulation as far as the technological properties were concerned. Further skin permeation and skin irritation studies were carried out on rat skin and rabbit respectively. Therefore it can be concluded that the patch containing Eudragit RL: Eudragit RS in the ratio 8:2 achieved the desired objectives of transdermal drug delivery systems, such as overcoming of first pass effect, extended release and reduced frequency of administrationSe ha desarrollado un sistema de administración de fármaco transdérmico de matriz de dispersión de domperidona utilizando diferentes coeficientes de resina con Eudragit RL y Eudragit RS.

“O/O solvent evaporation” technique was used for preparation of microspheres using (methanol + acetone)/liquid paraffin system. Magnesium stearate was used as the droplet stabilizer and n-hexane was added to harden the microspheres. The prepared microspheres were characterized for their micromeretic properties and entrapment efficiency; as well by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and thin layer chromatography (TLC). Photomicrographs were taken to study the shape of microspheres. The best fit release kinetics was achieved with Higuchi plot. Mean particle size, entrapment efficiency and production yields were highly influenced by the type of polymer and polymer concentration. It is concluded from the present investigation that various Eudragit and Ethylcellulose are promising controlled release carriers for 5-FU
