ID-based Ring Signature and Proxy Ring Signature Schemes from Bilinear Pairings

In 2001, Rivest et al. firstly introduced the concept of ring signatures. A ring signature is a simplified group signature without any manager. It protects the anonymity of a signer. The first scheme proposed by Rivest et al. was based on RSA cryptosystem and certificate based public key setting. The first ring signature scheme based on DLP was proposed by Abe, Ohkubo, and Suzuki. Their scheme is also based on the general certificate-based public key setting too. In 2002, Zhang and Kim proposed a new ID-based ring signature scheme using pairings. Later Lin and Wu proposed a more efficient ID-based ring signature scheme. Both these schemes have some inconsistency in computational aspect. In this paper we propose a new ID-based ring signature scheme and a proxy ring signature scheme. Both the schemes are more efficient than existing one. These schemes also take care of the inconsistencies in above two schemes.Comment: Published with ePrint Archiv

Proxy Signature Scheme with Effective Revocation Using Bilinear Pairings

We present a proxy signature scheme using bilinear pairings that provides effective proxy revocation. The scheme uses a binding-blinding technique to avoid secure channel requirements in the key issuance stage. With this technique, the signer receives a partial private key from a trusted authority and unblinds it to get his private key, in turn, overcomes the key escrow problem which is a constraint in most of the pairing-based proxy signature schemes. The scheme fulfills the necessary security requirements of proxy signature and resists other possible threats

A Novel Identity Based Blind Signature Scheme using DLP for E-Commerce

Abstract— Blind signatures are used in the most of the application where confidentiality and authenticity are the main issue. Blind signature scheme deals with concept where requester sends the request that the signer should sign on a blind message without looking at the content. Many ID based blind signature are proposed using bilinear pairings and elliptic curve. But the relative computation cost of the pairing in bilinear pairings and ID map into an elliptic curve are huge. In order to save the running time and the size of the signature, this paper proposed a scheme having the property of both concepts identity based blind signature that is based on Discrete Logarithm Problem, so as we know that DLP is a computational hard problem and hence the proposed scheme achieves all essential and secondary security prematurity. With the help of the proposed scheme, this paper implemented an E-commerce system in a secure way. E-commerce is one of the most concern applications of ID based blind signature scheme. E-commerce consisting selling and buying of products or services over the internet and open network. ID based blind signature scheme basically has been used enormously as a part of today’s focussed business. Our proposed scheme can be also be used in E-business, E-voting and E-cashing anywhere without any restriction DOI: 10.17762/ijritcc2321-8169.15060

Secure Mobile Agents in Electronic Commerce by Using Undetachable Signatures from Pairings

It is expect that mobile agents technology will bring significant benefits to electronic commerce. But security issues, especially threats from malicious hosts, become a great obstacle of widespread deployment of applications in electronic commerce based on mobile agents technology. Undetachable digital signature is a category of digital signatures to secure mobile agents against malicious hosts. An undetachable signature scheme by using encrypted functions from bilinear pairings was proposed in this paper. The security of this scheme base on the computational intractability of discrete logarithm problem and computational Diffe-Hellman problem on gap Diffle-Hellman group. Furthermore, the scheme satisfies all the requirements of a strong non-designated proxy signature i.e. verifiability, strong unforgeability, strong identifiability, strong undeniability and preventions of misuse. An undetachable threshold signature scheme that enable the customer to provide n mobile agents with ‘shares’ of the undetachable signature function is also provided. It is able to provide more reliability than classical undetachable signatures

Certificateless Blind Signature Based on DLP

The most widely used digital signature in the real word application such as e cash e-voting etc. is blind signature. Previously the proposed blind signature follow the foot steps of public key cryptography(PKC) but conventional public key cryptography uses an affirmation of a relationship between public key and identity for the holder of the corresponding private key to the user, so certificate management is very difficult. To overcome this problem Identity based cryptography is introduced. But Identity based cryptography is inherited with key escrow problem. Blind signature with certificateless PKC(CLBS) used widely because it eliminate the problem related to certificate management of cryptography and the key escrow problem of ID based PKC. Because of large requirement of CLBS scheme in different applications many CLBS scheme is proposed, but they were based on bilinear pairing. However, the CLBS scheme based on bilinear pairing is not very satisfiable because bilinear pairing operations are very complicated. In our proposed scheme, we designed a certificateless blind signature scheme based on the discrete logarithmic problem. The proposed scheme fulfills all the security requirements of blind signature as well as certificateless signature. We analyzed security properties such as blindness, unforgeability and unlinkability. The proposed scheme has less computational cost. The hardness of discrete logarithmic problem (DLP) is used to prove the security of the proposed scheme

Certificateless Signature Scheme Based on Rabin Algorithm and Discrete Logarithm

Certificateless signature can effectively immue the key escrow problem in the identity-based signature scheme. But the security of the most certificateless signatures usually depends on only one mathematical hard problem, which makes the signature vulnerable when the underlying hard problem has been broken. In order to strengthen the security, in this paper, a certificateless signature whose security depends on two mathematical hard problems, discrete logarithm and factoring problems, is proposed. Then, the proposed certificateless signature can be proved secure in the random oracle, and only both of the two mathematical hard problems are solved, can the proposed signature be broken. As a consequence, the proposed certificateless signature is more secure than the previous signatures. On the other hand, with the pre-computation of the exponential modular computation, it will save more time in the signature signing phase. And compared with the other schemes of this kind, the proposed scheme is more efficient

One of the important objectives of information security systems is providing authentication of the electronic documents and messages. In that, blind signature schemes are an important solution to protect the privacy of users in security electronic transactions by highlighting the anonymity of participating parties. Many studies have focused on blind signature schemes, however, most of the studied schemes are based on single computationally difficult problem. Also digital signature schemes from two difficult problems were proposed but the fact is that only finding solution to single hard problem then these digital signature schemes are breakable. In this paper, we propose a new signature schemes base on the combination of the RSA and Schnorr signature schemes which are based on two hard problems: IFP and DLP. Then expanding to propose a single blind signature scheme, a blind multi-signature scheme, which are based on new baseline schemes
