La BnF et l’ABES partagent plusieurs constats et préconisations préalables relatifs à l’évolution des usages, des collections, des technologies et des organisations dans le domaine de l’information bibliographique et numérique. Elles s’engagent dans une démarche commune de redéfinition à dix ans des modalités de structuration, de production et de diffusion des métadonnées de bibliothèque à l’échelon de la France. A ce stade de leur réflexion, il leur est encore difficile de proposer un calendrier ou un plan d’action concerté pour mettre en oeuvre les évolutions envisagées. Ce document vise avant tout à exposer et partager les principes et les motivations du changement et les premières réalisations et expérimentations qui permettent d’en comprendre et d’en mesurer la portée

Nouveaux modes de lecture-écriture des enseignants chercheurs tunisiens dans l'environnement numérique

We present in this paper the partial results of a survey of faculty Tunisians on their new practices of reading and writing and new forms of appropriation or exchange content in a digital environment emerged. OF RESULTS These are a set of answers to questions related to the types of digital documents most read, the structuring elements most useful to document formats most used and most popular, as well as the representation of hyperlinks in teacher-researchers. Other elements of answers related to collaborative work practices Tunisian researchers such as annotations of documents and participation in online group work are also presented

National audienceDans le domaine de l’histoire des techniques et du patrimoine matériel, l’informatisation est massive, autant sur le plan de l’écriture, que des sources (archives) ou de la valorisation. Cependant les articulations entre ces plans (archive, recherche, valorisation) restent faibles. Ce travail propose un outil numérique de gestion de contenu historique (récits et sources) pour documenter et valoriser les objets du patrimoine technique. En fonction des situations, différentes interfaces permettent d’accéder aux connaissances, une interface de navigation en 3D est ici proposée en exemple. L’objet technique et le travail de l’historien sont conjointement valorisés

Valorisation de l’information et des services du learning center à travers un portail de ressource

This report focuses on the relevance of a documentary portal to promote documentary and educational resources as well as learning center innovating services. Through the present work, we assess different digital tools available on the market (OPACs, discovery tools, protocols for bibliographic metadata exchange, Content Managment Systems) and dealing with specialized information and with new dimensions exploited by augmented libraries. We also discuss about future challenges for specialists in information-documentation, supported by the migration of online catalogues into the cloud and general search engines

Towards an architecture for open archive networks in Agricultural Sciences and Technology

The AGRIS Network is an international initiative based on a collaborative network of institutions, whose aim is to promote free access to information on science and technology in agriculture and related subjects. The paper illustrates how the Open Access (OA) and the Open Archive Initiative (OAI) models can be used within the AGRIS Network as a means of solving the problems of dissemination and exchange of agricultural research outputs. The lack of adequate information exchange possibilities between researchers in agricultural sciences and technology represents a significant weakness limiting their ability to properly address the issues of agricultural development. The OA model promotes the dissemination of research output at international, national and regional levels thus removing the restrictions placed by the traditional scientific publishing model. This paper presents the possibility to address the accessibility, availability and interoperability issues of exchanging agricultural research output
