The closed-loop supply chain (CLSC) management as one of the most significant management issues has been increasingly spotlighted by the government, companies and customers, over the past years. The primary reasons for this growing attention mainly down to the governments-driven and environmental-related regulations which has caused the overall supply cost to reduce while enhancing the customer satisfaction. Thereby, in the present study, efforts have been made to propose a facility location/allocation model for a multi-echelon multi-product multi-period CLSC network under shortage, uncertainty, and discount on the purchase of raw materials. To design the network, a mixed-integer nonlinear programming (MINLP) model capable of reducing total costs of network is proposed. Moreover, the model is developed using a robust fuzzy programming (RFP) to investigate the effects of uncertainty parameters including customer demand, fraction of returned products, transportation costs, the price of raw materials, and shortage costs. As the developed model was NP-hard, a novel whale optimization algorithm (WOA) aimed at minimizing the network total costs with application of a modified priority-based encoding procedure is proposed. To validate the model and effectiveness of the proposed algorithm, some quantitative experiments were designed and solved by an optimization solver package and the proposed algorithm. Comparison of the outcomes provided by the proposed algorithm and exact solution is indicative of high quality performance of the applied algorithm to find a near-optimal solution within the reasonable computational time

Meanwhile, the result of this stage shows that uncertainty factor has not been reviewed in detail. The most common theme as the background research in reverse logistic is environmental and economic aspect. Uncertainty in Close Loop Supply Chain is the most widely used approach, followed by the usage on reverse logistics, reverse supply chain and reverse Model. The most used approach and method on uncertainty are Mixed Integer Linear Programing, mixed integer nonlinear Programing, Robust Fuzzy Stochastic Programming, and Improved kriging-assisted robust optimization method. Customer demand, total cost, product returns are the most widely researched aspects. This paper may be useful for academicians, researchers and practitioners in learning on reverse logistic and reverse supply chain; therefore, close loop supply chain can be guidance for upcoming researches. Research opportunity based on this research combines total cost, quality return product, truck capacity, delivery route, remanufacturing capacity, and facility location got optimum function in uncertainty. The research method and approach for MINLP, IK-MRO and RSFP provide many opportunities for research. For theme and area in reverse logistic, close loop supply chain is the theme that provides the most research opportunities

Purpose: The research objective is to achieve a solution to improve the method of timely providing of parts through the entrepreneurial strategy for super-engine producers. The main question of this research is this: Is there a significant relationship between the entrepreneurial strategy of super-engine producers and the timely providing of parts? The research hypothesis is this: There is a positive relationship between the entrepreneurial strategy of super-engine producers and timely providing of parts. Methodology: The Method of this research is survey research with field study. The data collection tool is a researcher-made questionnaire whose validity has been confirmed by experts in the field. The reliability of the questionnaire was found acceptable by calculating the Cronbach's alpha coefficient. The statistical population of this research is the entrepreneurs in the parts manufacturing industry who are working in Mega motor Saipa company in the industrial towns of Tehran, Karaj, Golpayeghan, and Tabriz, which a total number of those was 400 people in 2016. The statistical sample size is calculated according to Cochran's table and is equal to 196 people. Findings: The AHP method has been used for ranking the effective factors. The software of SPSS 22 and Expert Choice have been used for data extraction and analysis. The results showed that the research hypothesis is confirmed and there is a positive relationship between the entrepreneurial strategy of super-engine producers and the timely providing of parts. This result can be useful in similar manufacturing industries and institutions. It is suggested to be conducted similar researches in other related industries to achieve a definitive conclusion. Originality/Value: In this paper, The Impact of the Entrepreneurial Strategy of the manufacturers on timely providing of parts for super-engine manufacturers is presented

Purpose: Digitalization transforms business processes and benefits enterprises to operate across borders. As a result of digitalization, the business operates internationally through micro firms. These micro firms are smaller entrepreneurial firms identified as micro-multinational (mMNEs) presence in different countries used as a vehicle to artificially reduce taxable income or shift their profits to low or no-tax jurisdiction. Methodology: Although the growing number of research to understand the compliance behavior of taxpayers, there is a lack of research to understand the tax compliance behavior of micro multinationals. Under the phenomenological approach, we uncover the factors that influence on tax compliance behavior of the entrepreneurs in the digital economy. Findings: Broadly, the tax compliance behavior of micro multinational enterprises is influenced by the taxing capability of the authority and taxpayer confidence and Technology adoption in tax compliance increase taxpayer interaction. Originality/Value: In this study we attempted to understand the tax compliance behavior of Micro-Multinational Enterprises

Designing and Solving Location-Routing-Allocation Problems in a Sustainable Blood Supply Chain Network of Blood Transport in Uncertainty Conditions

Purpose: In this paper, a location-routing-allocation problem in a multi-objective blood supply chain network was designed to reduce the total cost of the supply chain network, the maximum unmet demand from distribution of goods, and decline greenhouse gas emissions due to the transport of goods among different levels of the network. The network levels considered for modeling include blood donation clusters, permanent and temporary blood transfusion centers, major laboratory centers and blood supply points. Other objectives included determining the optimal number and location of potential facilities, optimal allocation of the flow of goods between the selected facilities and determining the most suitable transport route to distribute the goods to customer areas in uncertainty conditions. Methodology: Given that the model was NP-hard, the NSGA II and MOPSO algorithms were used to solve the model with a priority-based solution. Findings: The results of the design of the experiments showed the high efficiency of the NSGA II algorithm in comparison with the MOPSO algorithm in finding efficient solutions. Originality/Value: This study addresses the issue of blood perishability from blood sampling to distribution to customer demand areas

Closed loop supply chain network design is of great important due to the legal requirements and economic benefits. Raw material suppliers are of the most important players of this supply chain. Most of the previous researchers studied the design problem separated from the supplier assessment. Some other criteria except for price, like the production process, the features of parts and reliability of supply have long term effects on the performance of supply chains. In this research a general closed loop supply chain network including production centres, disassembly, refurbishing, and disposal sites is considered. An integrated two-phase model is given so that in the first phase, the proposed fuzzy-MOORA-reference point method is applied to suppliers’ assessment and the results from this phase is used in the second phase. In the second phase, a three-objective mixed integer linear programming model is proposed in order to determine the eligible suppliers, the locations of refurbishing sites and the material flows between the supply chain members. The objective functions are maximizing profit, suppliers’ evaluation and resiliency scores. Unsatisfied demand of customers is lost. The numerical results show the validity of the model and the role of stockout option in reaching better solutions based on the LP-Metric method
