Penulisan Terminologi Sejarah ini mencakup dua periode, yaitu periode 1945-1950 dan 1950-1959. Periode pertama yang memfokuskan kajian pada tahun 1945-1950 memuat aspek politik dan pemerintahan, sedang pada periode kedua memuat istilah-istilah sejarah tahun 1950-1959 khususnya pada masalah-masalah kemiliteran, politik dan ekonomi

The Changes in the Constitution Republic of Indonesia in the science of law is called the amendment of the Constitution that has been done four times has affected substantially and basically has changed state system of Indonesia. After Indonesia's independence in 1945, the legal system does not has changed. At the 1950 to 1959, Indonesia using the Temporary Constitution 1950 as the basis country. The temporary constitution began on August 17, 1950 until the birth of the decree of the President on July 5, 1959 issued by President Soekarno. This research have a purpose to know about (1) the background of the formation of the Temporary Constitution 1950 in Indonesia. (2) the process of implementation of the the Temporary Constitution 1950 in Indonesia. (3) the end of the 1950 the Temporary Constitution after the issuance of Presidential Decree of July 5, 1959 in Indonesia. This research use a qualitative method with approach history and data collection techniques in the form of literature and documentation. The results of this research indicate that the period of the Temporary Constitution 1950 was also marked by the process of dissent and discord. The split occurred in the political parties. Then followed the ideological conflict between the political parties. Consequently, there is an unstable political situation so that at the time this happened in 1950 the Temporary Constitution seven changes from the cabinet for nine years

Die Erfassung der Höhenänderung von Ostalpengletschern in den Zeiträumen 1950-1959-1969

In a continuation of Richard Finsterwalder's work of 1950 eight selected glaciers in the Eastern Alps have been photogrammetrically surveyed and mapped on a scale of 1:10.000 in the years 1959 and 1969 in order to establish a record of glacier variation. From a comparison of isohypses of the 1950, 1959 and 1969 surveys the height changes of the glacier surfaces have been determined for approximately two decades. This yielded an average raise of 0,1 m per year, while an average sinking of glacier surfaces of 0,6 m per year had been found for the period 1920-1950

KEHIDUPAN SOSIAL EKONOMI MASYARAKAT KOTA SURABAYA TAHUN 1950-1966

Abstrak Penulisan ini difokuskan pada Perkembangan ekonomi Kota Surabaya Tahun 1950-1966. Penulis tertarik dengan penulisan ini dikarenakan pada tahun 1950-1966 terjadi dua masa pemerintahan yaitu demokrasi parlementer dan demokrasi terpimpin yang memiliki kebijakan berdasarkan kabinet masa itu serta terjadinya defisit dan inflasi. Latar belakang kota Surabaya sebagai pusat ekonomi  mempengaruhi kehidupan sosial ekonomi masyarakat kota Surabaya. Rumusan masalah yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah (1) Bagaimanakah kehidupan sosial ekonomi masyarakat kota Surabaya tahun 1950-1959 (2) Bagaimanakah kehidupan sosial ekonomi masyarakat kota Surabaya tahun 1959-1966. Tujuan dari penelitian tentang perkembangan ekonomi kota Surabaya dalam dua pemerintahan. Secara pedagogis, tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan wawasan keilmuan mengenai perkembangan ekonomi kota saat terjadi defisit dan inflasi besar-besaran. Metode yang digunakan penulis dalam penelitian ini adalah metode sejarah, yang terdiri dari heuristik, kritik, interpretasi dan historiografi. Mengumpulkan sumber-sumber yang berkaitan dengan kehidupan sosial ekonomi kota Surabaya, setelah itu melakukan kritik agar menemukan fakta dari sumber-sumber tersebut, selanjutnya menghubungkan fakta satu dengan fakta lainnya, kemudian merangkai fakta-fakta tersebut ke dalam karya tulis sebagai sejarah akademik tentang Kehidupan Sosial Ekonomi Kota Surabaya tahun 1950-1966. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwasannya pada Pada tahun 1950-1966 kondisi sosial kota Surabaya memiliki penduduk berbagai etnis yang menimbulkan pemukiman-pemukiman di kota Surabaya. Pada tahun 1950-1966 terdapat dua masa pemerintahan yaitu demokrasi parlementer (1950-1959) kehidupan sosial ekonomi masyarakat kota Surabaya banyak masyarakat yang telah melakukan lisensi perusahaan, kredit pinjaman dan nasionalisasi perusahaan milik modal asing. Pada masa demokrasi terpimpin (1959-1966) kehidupan sosial ekonomi masyarakat kota Surabaya telah banyak dilakukan pembangunan-pembangunan, pembangunan tersebut berupa perusahaan-perusahaan milik daerah yang terletak di kota Surabaya.  Kata kunci: Kehidupan Sosial Ekonomi, Kota Surabay

Recent changes in the efficiency of vessels fishing for yellowfin tuna in the eastern Pacific Ocean

ENGLISH: Since the inception of the Inter-American Tropical Tuna Commission in 1950, one of the primary tasks of its scientific staff has been the collection and analysis of the statistics of total catch, effort expended in obtaining this catch, and the apparent abundance of yellowfin tuna (Neothunnus macropterus) and the skipjack tuna (Katsuwonus pelamis) in the Eastern Pacific Ocean. A concentrated effort by the staff during 1951 and 1952 resulted in the compilation of a series of historical data on the catch and catch-per-effort of tropical tunas for the years 1934-1950, and in the establishment of a detailed logbook system to monitor the current activities of the tuna fleets. Schaefer (1953) and Shimada and Schaefer (1956) have reviewed in detail the methods of collection and analysis of these data. Further studies, based on these and subsequently collected records, are contained in publications by Schaefer (1957), Shimada (1958), Alverson (1959, 1960), Griffiths (1960) and Calkins (1961). SPANISH: Desde que la Comisión Interamericana del Atún Tropical comenzó sus funciones en 1950, entre las más importantes tareas de su personal científico incluyó la recolección y análisis de las estadísticas de la captura total, del esfuerzo empleado en obtener esta captura y de la abundancia aparente de los atunes aleta amarilla (Neothunnus macropterus) y barriletes (Katsutvonus pelamis) en el Océano Pacífico Oriental. El concentrado esfuerzo del personal científico de la Comisión durante 1951 y 1952 dió como resultado la compilación de una serie de datos históricos sobre la captura de atunes tropicales y sobre la captura según el esfuerzo durante los años 1934 a 1950, así como el establecimiento de un sistema detallado de registro de las anotaciones en los cuadernos de bitácora para vigilar las actividades diarias de las flotas atuneras. Schaefer (1953) y Shimada y Schaefer (1956) han expuesto detalladamente los métodos de recolección y análisis de dichos datos. Otros estudios, basados en estos registros y en los recolectados posteriormente, se encuentran en las publicaciones de Schaefer (1957), Shimada (1958), Alverson (1959, 1960), Griffiths (1960) y Calkins (1961)
