    The physiological and ecological responses of the seed germination of Casuarina equisetifolia to chromic stress

    试验研究不同浓度CrCl3 胁迫对木麻黄种子萌发初期一些生理生态特征的影响结果表明 ,随CrCl3 处理浓度的加大而木麻黄种子萌发率逐渐降低 ,幼苗株高、根长、鲜物质量和干物质量均逐渐降低 ;脯氨酸、超氧负离子含量先升后降 ,蛋白质含量逐渐升高 ;超氧化物歧化酶活性 (SOD)先升后降 ,过氧化物酶活性 (POD)和过氧化氢酶活性 (CAT)则逐渐增加 ,SOD、POD、CAT活性可作为毒物的敏感指示者。环境胁迫条件下植物体形态特征的响应常滞后于生理特征。Effects of CrCl_3 stress with different concentrations on some earlier physiological and ecological characteristics of seed germination of Casuarina equisetifolia were studied. The results show that the seed germination percentage,the plant height, root length, fresh biomass, and dry biomass of seedlings all gradually decrease with the treatments of increased CrCl_3 concentrations. At the meantime, the contents of proline and superoxide anion (O A-·D_2) increase firstly and decrease afterwards, and the content of protein gradually increases. Furthermore, the activity of the protective enzyme SOD increases firstly and decreases afterwards, and the activities of POD and CAT both gradually increase.     Experimental Research on Scour Protection Range and Protection Effect of Large Diameter Monopile Foundation

    [Introduction] Under the wave-current combinations during the service period of offshore wind turbine, local scour inevitably occurs around pile foundation, which threatens the overall stability and safety of offshore wind turbine. [Method] In this paper, the normal physical model test at a scale of 1∶30 was carried out for the wind power foundation with a diameter of 8.0 m to study the scour depth, sand cover, solidified soil protection range, and protection effect. [Result] The results show that due to the good hydrodynamic conditions considered in this test, the maximum scour depth is 0.133 cm. In this case, the 1 cm-thick sand cover with a splicing size of 1.0 m×1.0 m can meet the stability requirements. When solidified soil is adopted for protection, the protection range shall not be less than 5 times the pile diameter, and block stones shall be laid at the edge of solidified soil to avoid scouring at the lower part of solidified soil. [Conclusion] The test results can provide reference for scouring test and engineering design of similar projects

    马普替林对CUMS抑郁模型大鼠血清铜锌钙镁含量的影响

    目的探讨部分金属元素铜、锌、钙、镁与抑郁症之间的关系。方法健康雄性SD大鼠36只,随机分为3组。采用Katz刺激方法制备CUMS抑郁模型。结果采用孤养和CUMS刺激方法成功制备动物抑郁模型。模型组血清铜含量较正常组明显升高、模型组血清锌含量较正常组明显降低;而马普替林组较模型组比较均能够逆转上述改变;关于钙和镁未发现其差异性。结论微量元素锌和铜与抑郁症密切相关,其机制可能与突触可塑性、内分泌、神经递质等因素相关

    A Comparative Study of Dry Milling and Little Quantity Lubricant Milling of Aeronautic Aluminum Alloy Based on AE Signals

    为了揭示少量润滑的机理,在建立切削液供应系统和数据采集系统实验平台的基础上,采集航空铝合金7050-T7451干铣削和少量润滑铣削过程中的声发射信号,并对信号从时域、能量角度进行了分析研究。研究结果表明:(1)航空铝合金铣削过程中使用切削液可以加速声发射信号的衰减;(2)主轴转速的提高使得AE信号的强度随之提高,且AE信号的能量成分向高频区域增加;(3)切削液的加入使得AE信号能量向低频区域移动,随着切削液流量的增大,这种作用将逐渐减弱。In order to reveal the mechanism of little quantity lubricantion,an experimental platform of cutting fluid supply system and signal aquasition system was established.AE signals in dry milling and LQL milling of aeronautic aluminum alloy 7050-T7451 were sampled and analyzed through time domain and energy distribution.The results show that:(1)cutting fluid can speed the attenuation of AE signal in milling process;(2)the increase of main spindle speed results in the increase of AE signal intensity,and results in the increase of energy of AE signal in high frequency band;(3)the introduction of cutting fluid in milling process makes the energy ratio of AE signal increase in low frequency band,and this function will gradually weaken with the increase of the flow rate of cutting fluid.国家自然科学基金(50875120
