Reposisi Politik Hukum Perjanjian Internasional Dalam Rangka Mewujudkan Tertib Hukum Di Indonesia

Periodic remeasurement of the Gus Pearson Natural Area
The 240-acre Gus Pearson Natural Area in Fort Valley Experimental Forest, Arizona, comprises an important historical and ecological site because of the presence of dense stands of old-growth trees and detailed records of stand growth and mortality since 1920. Permanently tagged trees were remeasured after the 2000 growing season. This measurement is the twelfth decadal or bi-decadal measurement since establishment of the study area. This report includes electronic files with tree data and data summaries for selected subplots . Inventory procedures and tree condition codes used in 2000 are documented. The major trends in the 80-year measurement period were: (1) long-term decline in basal area growth, (2) shifts in the relative growth of larger versus smaller trees, and (3) reduced growth and increased mortality, especially since 1945. These trends are consistent with other research findings at the site

Foreign Language Pedagogy (Fremdsprachendidaktik) ca. 1970-2000: Context of and milestones in the development of an emerging academic field in (Western) Germany
This chapter traces the genesis of foreign language teaching and learning pedagogy (Fremdsprachendidaktik) as an academic discipline in (Western) Germany between 1945 and 2000 with a focus on the decades between 1970 and 1990. The focus is on English language pedagogy, since this (sub-)discipline in many regards led the way and because it was the largest sector. Against the backdrop of the historical context (section 2), it shows how this development can be considered a crucial step in the recent history of language teaching research and theoretization. Strategic and structural milestones as well as the discussion of key ideas in this process are presented in section 3 in the context of the institutionalization of foreign language education disciplines. This process had started with the establishment of distinct professorships for modern language pedagogy, that is French and English, at the so-called Universities of Education (PĂ€dagogische Hochschulen) after 1945. Using English language education, the largest subdiscpline, as an example, this chapter shows how the academic identity of a rather young field developed in post-WWII (Western) Germany. The theory-practice-relationship as well as the dialogue with so-called referential disciplines can be identified as main factors that have played a decisive role in this process. The paper continues this line of argument into the 1990s and 2000s in a closing section (4) with a brief overview of new horizons in the development in the field.

Human Rights Arrangement on Indonesian Law
Article 1 paragraph (3) of the Constitution of 1945 (UUD 1945) stated that Indonesia is a Rule of Law. One feature of the Rule of Law is the existence of human rights in the state administration. Indonesia, since independence on August 17, 1945 has asserted the defense of human rights as stated in the opening clause and in the torso of the 1945 Constitution Article 27-34. In the era of reform, on the Government of President Habibie, the President and the Parliament ratified the UN convention against torture and other cruel, inhuman, or degrading human dignity into Law number 5 of 1998. Then the MPR also publishes the statutes of MPR No. XVII/MPR/1998 on Human Rights, which was followed up with the appearance of Law No. 39 of 1999 on human rights. In accordance with the law in Indonesia based on the sort of Law No. 12 of 2011, the actual products that have been issued by the Government (the MPR, DPR and President) that follow up the substance of Human Rights in the Constitution with established Assembly and the law is already correct. But when the MPR then does the second amendment to the Constitution on August 18, 2000 by adding a special article chapters and contains about Human Rights (as mentioned in Chapter X-A section 28 A-J), have made the complexity hierarchy of law in Indonesia because it is not in accordance with the substance of article 7 of Law No. 12 of 2011. Pengaturan Hukuman Mati dalam Materi Muatan Undang-undang Dikaitkan dengan Pasal 28i Undang-undang Dasar Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 1945
The right to life is protected by the constitution inspired by human values in Pancasila, but today, in the legal system in Indonesia is still valid regarding the death penalty. It seems contradictory to the concept of humanity in Pancasila. The purpose of this thesis, namely; First, How will the death penalty in the Act in force in Indonesia, Second, Do arrangement death penalty in accordance with Article 28 of the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia Year 1945, Third, How implications of Article 28 of the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia Year 1945 the implementation of the death penalty in Indonesia. This type of research can be classified in this type of normative legal research , legal research literature by researching legal principles , the data source used , primary data , secondary data and data tertiary , technical analysis of legal materials in this study with qualitative analysis , outlines descriptive and emphasis on deductive method. From the research there are three main issues that can be inferred . First , setting the death penalty in law prevailing in Indonesia that the death penalty is one of the special penalty is applied cautiously , selectively majored in certain cases. Setting the death penalty in law in Indonesia can be found in the Criminal Code , Law No. 1 Year 1946 on the draft Criminal Code , Act No. 35 of 2009 on Crime Narcotics , Law Number 26 Year 2000 Crime Against Human Rights , Law No. 20 of 2001 on Corruption , Law Number 15 Year 2003 on Anti Terrorism. Second , setting the death penalty in accordance with Article 28 of the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia Year 1945. Because of its restrictions on the death penalty should preferably be set so as not to cause inconsistency and multiple interpretations. Third , the implication of Article 28 of the Law of 1945 on the implementation of the death penalty at least will have an impact on three (3) things: first, impact against the Constitution itself , which provides for the death penalty , that it would be difficult to implement consistently because it is constrained by arrangements contained in Article 28 of the 1945 Constitution so that it is possible for citizens to make a Judicial Review against the law . Second , the emergence of legal uncertainty regarding the legality of the death penalty . Third , the impact on human rights
