VIDES BŪTĪBA

Rietumu filosofijā jau pagājušajā gadsimtā parādījās virziens, kas pievērsa lasītāju uzmanību padziļinātai dabas izpratnei, kā arī nepieciešamībai uzturēt līdzsvaru starp dabu un sabiedrību. Tomēr domas un idejas par dabiskās vides saglabāšanu un attīstību loģiskā kopsakarībā ar cilvēka radīto antropogēno vidi ilgu laiku palika bez ievērības. Līdz pat šā gs. sešdesmitajiem gadiem valdīja uzskats, ka cilvēka radītais un ievadītais dažāda veida piesārņojums dabiskajā vidē transformēsies un neietekmēs nedz cilvēku, nedz dabu kopumā. Kā zināms, daudzos gadījumos visā pasaulē šāda pieeja bija par cēloni ļoti ievērojamai vides degradācijai. Pēdējos 30 - 40 gados ir radikāli mainījies sabiedrības (plašākā nozīmē) uzskats par cilvēka un dabas (vides) savstarpējām attiecībām. Vides aizsardzības problēmas ir ieguvušas prioritāru nozīmi gan lokālā, gan globālā mērogā. Izveidojusies ļoti plaša kustība, kurā ir iesaistīti ne tikai zinātnieki un vides speciālisti, bet arī ražotāji, uzņēmēji, pedagogi, visu līmeņu valsts pārvaldes darbinieki, politiķi, radīta vides likumdošana, vides piesārņojuma kontroles valsts un sabiedriskās institūcijas u.c. Tiek realizētas Eiropas Savienības, NATO, Pasaules Bankas finansētas vides aizsardzības programmas un projekti, ir izstrādātas HELCOM vides aizsardzības rekomendācijas, kas galvenokārt attiecas uz Baltijas jūras valstīm, un daudzi citi pasākumi, ieskaitot pasaules valstu valdību konferences tieši par vides aizsardzības un saglabāšanas problēmām. Tādējādi arvien lielāka sabiedrības daļa ir iesaistīta to risināšanā, kurā, kā zināms, cilvēks, tieši cilvēka apziņa, ieņem noteicošo lomu. Tāpēc paradoksāla liekas situācija, ka, risinot dažādus vides aizsardzības un saglabāšanas jautājumus, cilvēka un vides savstarpējās attiecības tiek analizētas tikai no dabzinātniskā viedokļa, neievērojot to, ka cilvēks ir sociāla būtne.Sakarā ar to raksta autori pievērsās tieši jēdziena “vide” analīzei, akcentējot, kas ir vide, kāda ir vides jēdziena būtība, kā mēs to saprotam, kāda ir un kādai jābūt mūsu pieejai (no dabzinātniskā un psiholoģijas viedokļa), risinot vides aizsardzības un tās saglabāšanas problēmas

"Por mis ideas liberales". Mujer, ideología y compromiso político en Navarra (1868-1876)

La presente comunicación tiene por objeto analizar tres aspectos de la mujer en Navarra. Primeramente, descubriremos la imagen que se desprende en la prensa y otras publicaciones, seguidamente veremos su ideologización y, por último, el compromiso político liberal de algunas navarras durante este periodo. Premièrement, nous découvrirons l'image qui se détache dans la presse et autres publications, ensuite nous verrons leur idéologisation et, pour terminer, le compromis politique libéral de quelques navarraises durant cette période. Nous défendons le fait que de nombreuses femmes s'inscrivirent au libéralisme bien qu'elles manquent de libertés politiques.This communication has the objective of analysing three aspects of women in Navarre. Indonesia is a country that is rich in language, culture, customs and is also rich in traditional houses or traditional houses. A traditional or traditional house is a building with a structure or shape that has its own characteristics as a characteristic or identity of an area and in general, traditional houses are built using local materials. One of the traditional houses in Riau that still exists and is well maintained is the Lontiok House. The Lontiok house has ornaments and architecture like a stilt house which has stairs, steps and a gate in front which signifies respect for every guest who comes to the Lontiok house and also respects the host himself. The philosophy and value of the gate or pavilion of the lontiok house is to respect one another. This study discusses the social values ​​of Lontiok Houses with the aim of describing the social values ​​contained in Lontiok Houses. The benefits obtained from this research can make a foothold to the general public that the Lontiok house is one of Riau's cultural heritage. The research method used in this research is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. Collection of library research data and field research. Library research relies almost entirely on data from libraries. Characterization of Genes Involved in the Formation of Aroma Volatiles in "Charentais" Melon Fruit

Volatiles esters impart distinct characteristics to the fruit quality. "Charentais" cantaloupe melon (Cucumis melo "cantalupensis") is characterized by abundant sweetness and aromatic flavour. Plant alcohol acyl transferase (AAT) genes have been identified and shown to be involved in aromas production. Recently,two cDNAs (Cm-AAT1 and Cm-AAT2) putatively involved in the formation of aroma volatile esters have been isolated from melon fruit. Cm-AAT1 protein exhibit alcohol acyl transferase activity while no such activity could be detected for Cm-AAT2. Two new cDNAs (Cm-AAT3 and Cm-AAT4) have been isolated from melon fruit that showed 69% and 36% similarity, respectively, with Cm-AAT1. The percentage similarity over the whole amino acid sequence between them is 34%. Cm-AAT3 and Cm-AAT4 show the highest similarity to the tobacco Nt-HSR201 protein and a rose alcohol acyltransferase Rh-AAT1, respectively. All Cm-AATs genes, share three conserved regions common to the BAHD acyltransferase gene superfamily. Heterologous expression in yeast revealed that some of the encoded proteins have a wide range of specificity while others are specific to a narrow range of substrates
