Türkiye Gençlik Makaleleri Bibliyografyası (1953-2021)

Kitap (Açık Erişim)Gençlik, bütün toplumların üzerine titrediği bir dönemdir. Bu sebeple gençlikle ilgili akademik çalışmalar akademinin bigâne kalamayacağı bir alanı oluşturmaktadır. Türkiye’de gençlik konulu çalışmaların giderek arttığı gözlenmektedir. Gençlik konulu çalışmaların artan hacmi zamanla bir bilgi karmaşası oluşturmakta, araştırmacıların konuyu çalışmasını zorlaştıran bir unsura dönüşmektedir. Bu çalışmanın öncelikli amacı gençlikle ilgili çalışma yapan araştırmacılara, gençlik çalışması yapan resmî kurumlara ve sivil toplum kuruluşlarına kolaylık sağlayacak bir çalışma ortaya koymaktır. Bu amaçlarla Sakarya Üniversitesi Gençlik Çalışmaları Uygulama ve Araştırma Merkezi (SAÜ GENÇMER) tarafından yürütülen bir çalışma kapsamında, Türkiye’de gençlik konulu makaleler belirli bir hedefe matuf olarak incelenmektedir. Bu çalışmanın çıktılarından yola çıkarak hazırlanan eser, Türkiye’de sosyal bilimler alanında yayınlanan ve belirlenen indeks ve veri tabanlarında yer alan gençlik konulu makalelerin yıllara göre alfabetik bir kataloglamasını yapmaktadır. Çalışmanın girişinde çalışmanın verilerini değerlendiren bir bölüm yer almaktadır. Elinizdeki çalışma yazar tarafından sürdürlen gençlik literatürü ile ilgili çalışmaların ilk aşaması olarak görülebilir

Synthesis of new pyrazolium based tunable aryl alkyl ionic liquids and their use in removal of methylene blue from aqueous solution

In this study, two new pyrazolium based tunable aryl alkyl ionic liquids, 2-ethyl-1-(4-methylphenyl)-3,5- dimethylpyrazolium tetrafluoroborate (3a) and 1-(4-methylphenyl)-2-pentyl-3,5-dimethylpyrazolium tetrafluoroborate (3b), were synthesized via three-step reaction and characterized. The removal of methylene blue (MB) from aqueous solution has been investigated using the synthesized salts as an extractant and methylene chloride as a solvent. The obtained results show that MB was extracted from aqueous solution with high extraction efficiency up to 87 % at room temperature at the natural pH of MB solution. The influence of the alkyl chain length on the properties of the salts and their extraction efficiency of MB was investigated

Mastery of Hanyu Pinyin of Non-native Speakers

Proficiency in third language is a much-needed added value present day. Third language learning has been highlighted in the Malaysia Education Blueprint 2013 - 2025. One of the skills that needs to be mastered by students is communication in social situations using Malay, English and an additional language. There is an increase of trend in primary and tertiary educational institutions in Malaysia offering foreign language courses. Mandarin has become one of the most popular elective course options among students due to the factor of better career opportunities in the future. Hence, the purpose of this study is to examine the non-native speakers’ mastery in Hanyu Pinyin at the early stage. This study uses a survey to answer the main research questions. With the aim of achieving the research main goal, a survey will be conducted accordingly. Questionnaire instruments will be given to the students taking Mandarin language subjects at a public university. The findings of this study are expected to elevate the university, especially the for the academicians to produce high quality graduates with the ability to speak a third language fluently. On top of that, it will also enhance the university's reputation with outstanding student achievement, thus benefiting national development especially in international relations
