    Neste trabalho tradutório com o ciclo de poemas Para Akhmátova, de Marina Tsvetáieva, somos levados, de uma reflexão acerca do gênero de homenagem poética, passando por poemas escolhidos de Anna Akhmátova, até chegar a um exercício de “tradução comparada”. Nosso objetivo aqui será situar os poemas de Tsvetáieva em um contexto maior de dedicatórias, endereçadas a Akhmátova entre os anos de 1910-1920, e buscar pontos de relação que ajudem a entender o papel dessas obras na construção por Akhmátova de sua auto-imagem poética. Para tanto traçaremos um percurso associativo, no qual se apresentarão alguns trechos de nossas traduções de ambas as autoras.This translational article about the circle of Marina Tsvetáieva’s poems For Akhmátova proceeds to an analysis of this poetic homage genre, passing through a selection of Anna Akhmátova’s poems, to get to a “comparative translation” exercise. Our aim in this work is interpreted Tsvetáieva’s poems in a broader dedicatory context, addressed to Akhmátova in the years 1910-1920, and look for connections and relationships that help us understand these works in the poetic auto-image processes of Akhmátova. In order to accomplish our goal by means of associative interpretation, we’ll offer translations of some poems of both authors

    Women's Pseudonyms in Russian Modernism

    The purpose of this research was to explore the phenomenon of a literary pseudonym in different countries with the main focus on Russia at the end of the 19th and the beginning of the 20th centuries. This thesis also discussed in depth the pseudonyms taken by Russian female writers of the Silver Age, the reasons for having the pseudonyms, and how their pseudonyms affected their lives and literary careers. This study highlighted the three examples of pseudonym-creation during the said period: it demonstrated the cases of Elizaveta Dmitrieva (the pseudonym "Cherubina de Gabriak"), Zinaida Gippius (the pseudonym "Anton Krainii"), and Anna Gorenko (the pseudonym "Akhmatova"). The results showed that each pseudonym manifested itself in the works of each writer as well as in their personal and professional lives in quite different ways and that both the pseudonym and the real name played a significant role in the creative activity of the three female writers
