Трансформация модели лидерства в компаниях нефтегазового комплекса

Abstract

В работе представлены основные теории лидерства, определены особенности лидерства в России, проведен анализ влияния лидера на развитие АО "ТОМСКНЕФТЬ" ВНК, дана общая характеристика организации, проанализирована безопасность труда на предприятии, оценены проблемы руководства и лидерства в организации, разработаны мероприятия по трансформации модели лидерства в организацииThe paper presents the main theories of leadership, identifies the features of leadership in Russia, analyzes the influence of a leader on the development of JSC TOMSKNEFT VNK, gives a general description of the organization, analyzes occupational safety at the enterprise, evaluates the problems of leadership and leadership in the organization, and develops measures to transform the leadership model in the organizatio
