El pensamiento urbanístico del arquitecto Mauricio Cravotto

Abstract

El acceso al fondo documental perteneciente a los arquitectos Mauricio y Antonio Cravotto ha permitido desarrollar el proyecto de investigación “El pensamiento urbanístico de Mauricio Cravotto”. El proyecto enfrenta un doble desafío, por una parte, la reconstrucción del pensamiento urbanístico de Cravotto a través del análisis de sus proyectos, escritos y demás documentación disponible en el Fondo Cravotto. Por otra parte, establecer las múltiples interacciones entre ese pensamiento, el campo disciplinar y el resto de los procesos de modernización que tienen lugar simultáneamente en Uruguay.
