El redondeamiento consonántico en bereber y sus propiedades fonéticas

Abstract

La labialización consonántica o lo que convendría mejor llamar el redondeamiento consonántico es, junto con la faringalización y la tensión consonántica, uno de los rasgos fonológicos característicos de la lengua bereber. Si la fonologización de este fenómeno fonético queda bien establecida en bereber, sus propiedades fonéticas, sin embargo, están aún por esclarecer. No se sabe a ciencia cierta si fonéticamente se trata de una doble articulación o de una coarticulación de una consonante con una vocal redondeada a sabiendas de que el bereber, a pesar de todo, sigue siendo una lengua oral. El análisis espectrográfico que hemos realizado nos permite afirmar que se trata de una perfecta doble articulación.Palabras clave: bereber; redondeamiento consonántico; doble articulación The labialized consonants or what should be called, for a major accuracy of the mode of the lips intervention, the rounding consonants is, together with the pharyngealization and the consonantal tenseness, one of the typical features of the Berber language. Even if the phonologization of this phonetic phenomenon remains established in Berber, however its phonetic properties are still unknown. We do not know whether we are phonetically dealing with a double articulation or with a coarticulated consonant with a rounded vowel in Berber language which is still used as oral. The spectrographic analysis we have realized allows us to affirm that the rounding consonants is a perfect secondary articulation in Berber. Keywords: berber; consonantal rounding; double articulation
