Knockdown of TBP-2 promotes Snail and Slug induction by TGF-β.

Abstract

<p>Induction of Snail (A) or Slug (B) transcription was examined in A549 cells under the condition of TBP-2 knockdown (black bars) or not (gray bars) cultured with TGF-β (2.5 ng/ml) for the indicated times. Snail or Slug mRNA were determined by quantitative real-time PCR. N.C. means negative control.
