Abstract

<p>The chimeric molecules are cleaved by HCV NS3/4A protease and the released fragments inhibit propagation of HCV through induction of IFN after translocation into the nucleus (cIRF7) or disruption of the replication complex (cVAP-C), whereas the molecule is stably anchored in the ER within uninfected cells.</p
