Analisis Kemampuan Dan Status Kesuburan Lahan Pada Beberapa Kelerengan Di Desa Sumberejo, Kabupaten Pasuruan, Jawa Timur
Declining productivity of coffee and annual crops in Sumberejo Village, Pasuruan, is closely linked to soil fertility degradation on sloping lands. This study aimed to assess land capability and soil fertility status to develop management recommendations. Research (June–November 2023) involved secondary data collection, field surveys, and laboratory analyses. Seven land mapping units (LMUs) were delineated, and 30 soil samples (0–30 and 40–60 cm depths) were collected using purposive random sampling. Soil physical and chemical properties were analyzed following the Soil Research Institute (2009) procedures, while fertility ratings were based on LPT (1983) criteria and the Fertility Capability Classification (FCC) system. Results indicated all LMUs are Andisols with slopes of 9–41%, slightly acidic pH (5.68–5.97), medium organic C (1.0–1.9%), medium available P (but low in steep units), low exchangeable K, moderate CEC (20–24 cmol(+)/kg), and low base saturation (14–22%). Overall fertility is classified as Low, with acidity, low K, and slope erosion as key constraints. Recommended management includes dolomitic liming, addition of local organic matter, site-specific K and P fertilization, and vegetative soil conservation

The issue of sustainable development continues to be a challenge for the government, the public, and the private sector, including state-owned enterprises (BUMN). One way to achieve sustainable development is through a CSR program, also known as the TJSL (Social and Environmental Responsibility) program in the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises Regulation PER-05/MBU/04/2021. This program is implemented by all state-owned enterprises, including PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. Region VIII Surabaya. This study aims to examine the performance of BUMN CSR in terms of the CSR/TJSL Program Implementation indicators in the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises Regulation PER- 05/MBU/04/2021. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method using interviews and documentation to collect data. This study found that in the planning process, PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. Region VIII Surabaya only follows the SOPs established by the central government, and most CSR/TJSL distribution is carried out through branch offices, so that clear SOPs are actually present at the branch offices. In terms of implementation indicators, monitoring and evaluation are carried out well, but in the reporting process, it was found that PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. Region VIII Surabaya does not yet have a CSR report specifically conducted by the Region VIII Surabaya regional office that is easily accessible to the public
PELAKSANAAN PEMERIKSAAN SETEMPAT DALAM PENYELESAIAN PERKARA PERDATA PERMOHONAN PENETAPAN PENGAMPUAN DI PENGADILAN NEGERI MALANG KELAS IA
The determination of guardianship is a form of legal protection that aims to place a person who is an adult to be equal to those who have not reached adulthood, with the aim of protecting their civil rights. One of the cases related to the determination of guardianship is case number 156/Pdt.P/2024/PN Mlg which has been accepted and resolved by the Malang Class IA District Court, but in the process of resolving the case the judge suggested that a local examination be conducted, due to the limitations of the evidence submitted by the applicant, namely written evidence and witness statements. Although the evidence submitted by the applicant is in accordance with the provisions of Article 164 HIR and Article 1866 of the Civil Code, the judge has assessed that the evidence submitted is not sufficient to determine the guardianship application. Therefore, it is necessary to further analyze the position of the local examination in the guardianship application case. The research method uses empirical juridical research by collecting data and information through interviews with judges and substitute clerks of the Malang Class IA District Court. The results of this research discussion are that the local examination functions as the validity of the direct facts against the prospective guardian and supporting written evidence. The research findings confirm that, although on-site inspections are not formal evidence, on-site inspections play an effective role in ensuring the objectivity of guardianship decisions, while also protecting the rights of vulnerable groups in accordance with the principles of justice and legal certainty

Evaluasi Penerimaan Teknologi Telemedicine Dengan Model UTAUT 2 (Studi Kasus Aplikasi Alodokter)
The use of the internet is no longer limited to communication or entertainment but has expanded into all areas of life. One such technology is telemedicine, which includes consultations via chat or video, the transmission of medical data, and remote health monitoring. According to the 2022 KIC survey, the Alodokter app has become one of the most popular telemedicine service platforms since its launch in 2013, offering features such as online consultations, scheduling offline consultations with doctors, laboratory tests, health articles, and an online pharmacy called Aloshop. However, the adoption of telemedicine services in Indonesia is not yet widespread, as some users doubt doctors' ability to diagnose illnesses virtually and there is a lack of digital literacy regarding telemedicine technology. As a result, many areas still struggle to access timely and accurate medical services, leading to delayed early diagnosis and management of chronic conditions. The objective of this thesis is to evaluate the adoption of telemedicine technology using the UTAUT 2 model on the Alodokter app. The analysis was conducted using the PLS-SEM method. The sample for this thesis consisted of 483 respondents selected using purposive sampling techniques.
The results show four variables that have a significant effect on Behavioral Intention, namely Performance Expectancy, Social Influence, Habit, and Trust. Five other variables namely Effort Expectancy, Facilitating Conditions, Price Value, Hedonic Motivation, and eHealth Literacy proved to have no significant effect. KERTAS ANTI RAYAP BERBAHAN LIMBAH KULIT KACANG TANAH DAN BULU AYAM DENGAN EKSTRAK DAUN SIRSAK
Paper made from cellulose-based materials is often targeted by termites. To address this issue, an innovation was
developed in the form of termite-resistant paper. Soursop (Annona muricata) leaves contain approximately 49%
acetogenin compounds, which act as stomach poisons to kill termites. This study aims to produce termite-resistant
paper from peanut shells and chicken feathers with the addition of soursop leaf extract, in accordance with the
Indonesian National Standard (SNI) 01.7207-2006. The parameters evaluated include paper weight loss, lethal time
(LT₅₀), and termite mortality. Termite-resistant paper was produced with soursop leaf extract concentrations of 2%,
4%, 6%, 8%, and 10%, with termite mortality observed over a period of 1 to 5 days. The results showed that the
addition of soursop leaf extract effectively increased termite resistance in accordance with SNI standards. A
concentration of 8% yielded the best results, achieving 100% termite mortality within four days, and LT₅₀ was
reached within three days at concentrations of 6%, 8%, and 10%. Response Surface Methodology (RSM) analysis
identified the optimal condition at 8% concentration and 5 days of observation, resulting in 95.22% termite mortality
and a paper weight loss of 0.22%. Soursop leaf extract is thus proven to be an effective anti-termite additive in paper
production with an optimal concentration of 8%
ANALISIS PENGARUH TINGKAT PENGANGGURAN TERBUKA, INDEKS PEMBANGUNAN MANUSIA, DAN PERTUMBUHAN EKONOMI TERHADAP TINGKAT KEMISKINAN DI KABUPATEN KLATEN
Poverty remains a major issue in Klaten Regency despite the region’s positive economic growth trend, indicating that such growth has not fully translated into poverty reduction. This study aims to analyze the influence of the Open Unemployment Rate, Human Development Index (HDI), and Economic Growth on poverty levels in Klaten Regency. A quantitative approach is employed using multiple linear regression analysis, based on secondary data from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) for the period 2007–2024. Classical assumption tests and hypothesis testing (t-test, F test, and coefficient of determination) are used to evaluate the model. The results show that the Open Unemployment Rate, HDI, and Economic Growth simultaneously have a significant effect on poverty. Partially, the unemployment rate has a positive and significant effect, HDI has a negative and significant effect, while economic growth does not have a significant effect. These findings highlight the importance of reducing unemployment and improving human quality as key strategies for poverty alleviation through inclusive and sustainable development policies.
