Представлено календарно-тематичне планування уроків інтегрованого курсу літератур (української та зарубіжної) для 8 класу. Планування розроблено відповідно до модельної навчальної програми з української літератури (керівник авторського колективу – Т. О. Яценко). Визначено оптимальну кількість годин для текстуального вивчення, позакласне читання, ознайомлення з літературою рідного краю та літературними новинками, передбачено навчальні години на розвиток мовлення, виразне читання, узагальнення та систематизацію вивченого. Указано поняття теорії літератури, розуміння яких передбачено в процесі аналізу художніх творів. Рекомендовано твори різних видів мистецтва для цілісного осмислення навчальних тем. Запропоновано художні твори для позакласного читання.The calendar and thematic planning of Literature (Ukrainian and foreign) lessons for the 8th grade is presented. The planning was developed in accordance with the curriculum on Ukrainian literature (the author's team T. O. Yatsenko). The optimal number of hours for textual study, extracurricular reading, familiarization with the literature of the native region and literary novelties has been determined, study hours are provided for the development of speech, expressive reading, generalization and systematization of what has been learned. The concept of the theory of literature, the understanding of which is provided in the process of analyzing artistic works, is indicated. Works of various types of art are recommended for holistic understanding of educational topics. Suggested works of art for extracurricular reading

Areas of psychosocial support for children in emergency situations

Сьогодні ми вже звикли до повітряних тривог, вибухів з жертвами, до трагедій у різних містах та селах українських областей, що залишають свій відбиток на дорослу і дитячу психіку, травмують її. Кожен уявляє небезпечне місце і реагує зі страхом, як щось таке жахливе, що стається чи могло статися з нами. Травмівний досвід страху повторення стає поширеним особливо серед дітей різного віку. Українські діти, які пережили особисті трагедії, небезпеки, стають в рази вразливішими, мають більше шансів на розвиток проблеми, пов'язані зі страхами, ніж інші діти, оскільки зустрічаються зі стресовими факторами (загальні і особисті).Today we are already accustomed to air raids, explosions with victims, to tragedies in various cities and villages of Ukrainian regions, which leave their mark on the adult and child psyche, traumatizing it. Everyone imagines a dangerous place and reacts with fear, as if something terrible is happening or could happen to us. The traumatic experience of fear of repetition is becoming widespread, especially among children of all ages. Ukrainian children who have experienced personal tragedies and dangers become many times more vulnerable, have more chances of developing problems related to fears than other children, since they encounter stress factors (general and personal)

Consulting activities in higher education institutions in conditions of uncertainty: theoretical and methodological aspects

Монографія присвячена всебічному дослідженню теоретичних та методичних аспектів проблеми консалтингової діяльності у закладі вищої освіти в умовах невизначеності. В теоретичному аналізі детально розкрито еволюційну ретроспективу, передумови трансформації системи вищої освіти, схарактеризовано консалтингову діяльність у закладі вищої освіти. Здійснено порівняльний аналіз євроінтеграційної практики консалтингової діяльності у закладах вищої освіти. Визначено та обґрунтовано концептуальні підходи та організаційні моделі проєктування консалтингової діяльності у закладі вищої освіти. Особливу увагу приділено результатам емпіричного дослідження проєктування консалтингової діяльності у закладах вищої освіти в умовах невизначеності, формування якої розглядається автором як передумова успішного впровадження інноваційного менеджменту для забезпечення безперебійного професійного розвитку педагогічних, науково-педагогічних працівників та керівників закладів освіти різних рівнів освіти, освітніх установ (організацій). За допомогою статистичного аналізу доведено необхідність розроблення та практичну значущість концепції проєктування консалтингової діяльності, що має критичне значення для ефективної реалізації концептуальної моделі й технології проєктування консалтингової діяльності, а також для розробки змісту програм підвищення кваліфікації керівних та педагогічних кадрів закладів освіти різних рівнів освіти, освітніх установ (організацій) в умовах невизначеності. The theoretical analysis provides a detailed evolutionary retrospective, the prerequisites for the transformation of the higher education system, and a description of consulting activities in higher education institutions. A comparative analysis of European integration practices in consulting activities in higher education institutions is carried out. Conceptual approaches and organizational models for designing consulting activities in higher education institutions are identified and substantiated. Particular attention is paid to the results of empirical research on the design of consulting activities in higher education institutions in conditions of uncertainty, the formation of which is considered by the author as a prerequisite for the successful implementation of innovative management to ensure the smooth professional development of teaching, scientific and pedagogical workers and managers of educational institutions of various levels of education, educational institutions (organizations). The role of monitoring tools for self-assessment of teachers' digital competence in overcoming challenges in Ukraine and abroad

У статті розкрито роль інструментів самооцінювання цифрової компетентності вчителя в Україні та зарубіжних країнах. Описано онлайн-інструменти самооцінювання, що використовуються для перевірки рівня цифрової компетентності у країнах Європи та в Україні (EUROPASS, MyDigiSkills, Цифрограм). Подано вітчизняну нормативно-правову базу проведення моніторингу якості освіти, в тому числі – оцінювання професійної компетентності вчителів у контексті досягнення стандартів. Виокремлено наукові праці українських та зарубіжних учених щодо питань оцінювання цифрової компетентності вчителів, моніторингу якості освіти у цьому контексті та міжнародні рекомендаційні документи. Подано основні орієнтири щодо стандартів та показників рівня цифрової компетентності вчителя відповідно європейським підходам. Основний акцент моніторингу такого самооцінювання спрямовано на здатність вчителів підтримувати та використовувати цифрове освітнє середовище школи та організовувати навчальну, організаційну та самонавчальну діяльність. Виокремлено проблеми, з якими стикаються педагоги під час організації дистанційного навчання у останні роки та потреби професійного розвитку. Подано досвід українських дослідників впродовж 2022-2024 років щодо опитування вчителів, спрямованого на їхні потреби та виявлення рівня цифрової компетентності. Наукова новизна дослідження полягає у виокремленні системного підходу до процесу самооцінювання цифрової компетентності вчителів, його постійного моніторингу на основі зазначеного вітчизняного досвіду. Запропоновано розробити механізми для застосовування системного підходу до моніторингу потреб учителів та виявлення рівня їхньої цифрової компетентності, здійснювати постійне оновлення програм професійного вдосконалення з урахуванням роботи вчителів в умовах обмежень та реалій воєнного часу.The article reveals the role of self-assessment tools for digital competence of teachers in Ukraine and foreign countries. The online self-assessment tools used to check the level of digital competence in European countries and in Ukraine are described (EUROPASS, MyDigiSkills, Tsyfrogram). The domestic regulatory framework for monitoring the quality of education is presented, including the assessment of teachers' professional competence in the context of achieving standards. The scientific works of Ukrainian and foreign scientists on the issues of assessing teachers' digital competence, monitoring the quality of education in this context, and international recommendation documents are highlighted. The main guidelines for standards and indicators of the level of digital competence of teachers in accordance with European approaches are presented. The main emphasis of monitoring such self-assessment is on the ability of teachers to support and use the digital educational environment of the school and organize educational, organizational and self-educational activities. The problems faced by teachers when organizing distance learning in recent years and the needs for professional development are highlighted. The experience of Ukrainian researchers during 2022-2024 regarding the survey of teachers aimed at their needs and identifying the level of digital competence is presented. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the identification of a systematic approach to the process of self-assessment of teachers' digital competence, its constant monitoring based on the specified domestic experience. It is proposed to develop mechanisms for applying a systematic approach to monitoring teachers' needs and identifying the level of their digital competence, to carry out constant updating of professional development programs taking into account the work of teachers under the restrictions and realities of wartime

Algorithm for developing a digital learning platform for professional training of future skilled workers

Цифрові навчальні платформи відіграють важливу роль у професійній підготовці майбутніх кваліфікованих робітників, забезпечуючи гнучкість, доступність та персоналізацію освітнього процесу. У статті розглядається алгоритм розроблення такої платформи, що включає аналіз потреб, проєктування архітектури, впровадження основних функцій, інтеграцію адаптивних технологій, тестування та валідацію. Особлива увага приділена використанню сучасних цифрових технологій, таких як штучний інтелект, великі дані та гейміфікація, для підвищення ефективності навчання. Запропонований алгоритм сприяє створенню якісного цифрового освітнього середовища, яке відповідає вимогам ринку праці та сучасним освітнім стандартам. Представлені підходи можуть бути використані для подальшої оптимізації процесів професійного навчання у різних галузях.Digital learning platforms play an important role in the professional training of future skilled workers, providing flexibility, accessibility and personalisation of the educational process. The article discusses the algorithm for developing such a platform, including needs analysis, architecture design, implementation of basic functions, integration of adaptive technologies, testing, and validation. Particular attention is paid to the use of modern digital technologies, such as artificial intelligence, big data, and gamification, to improve learning efficiency. The proposed algorithm contributes to the creation of a high-quality digital learning environment that meets the requirements of the labour market and modern educational standards. The presented approaches can be used to further optimise professional learning processes in various industries

У довідковому бюлетені підкреслюється, що українська періодика посідає чільне місце в джерельній базі наукових досліджень і слугує вагомим джерелом наукової інформації. Зазначено, що створення бази знань щодо спеціалізованих періодичних видань з психологічних наук вітчизняного та зарубіжного походження, представлення довідкової та оглядової наукової продукції з питань розвитку психологічної науки у воєнний і повоєнний періоди України є одним із головних завдань наукових досліджень відділу наукового інформаційно-аналітичного супроводу освіти Державної науково-педагогічної бібліотеки України імені В.О. Сухомлинського і зокрема наукового дослідження на тему «Інформаційно-аналітичний супровід психологічної науки у воєнний та повоєнний періоди України» (2024–2025). Електронне довідкове видання «Дайджест провідних спеціалізованих видань з психологічних наук: довідковий бюлетень» є практичним прикладним результатом зазначеного дослідження, який уперше ініційовано і випускається у 2025 році. Дайджест слугують платформою для поширення результатів та інсайтів щодо різних аспектів людського розвитку, навчання й поведінки. Увагу приділено спеціалізованим журналам, призначеним для дитячих і підліткових психотерапевтів, психіатрів, консультантів із сімейних і навчальних питань. Надається інформація про індексування журналів у різних наукометричних базах.The Bulletin emphasises that Ukrainian periodicals occupy a prominent place in the source base of scientific research and serve as a significant source of scientific information. It is noted that the creation of a knowledge base of specialised periodicals on psychological sciences of domestic and foreign origin, the presentation of reference and review scientific products on the development of psychological science in the wartime and post-war periods of Ukraine is one of the main tasks of scientific research of the Department of Scientific, Information and Analytical Support of Education of the of the V. Sukhomlynskyi State Scientific and Educational Library of Ukraine, and in particular, the scientific research on the topic ‘Information and Analytical Support of Psychological Science in the Wartime and Post-War Periods of Ukraine’. The electronic reference publication Digest of Leading Specialised Publications in Psychological Sciences: Reference Bulletin is a practical applied result of this research, which was first initiated and released in 2025. Thus, the digest serves as a platform for disseminating results and ideas on various aspects of human development, learning and behaviour. Attention is paid to specialised journals intended for child and adolescent psychotherapists, psychiatrists, family and educational consultants. Educational reforms in the education of persons with special educational needs in Ukraine

У статті проаналізовано основні сучасні освітні реформи в освіті осіб з особливими освітніми потребами. Окреслено основні напрями реформ з урахуванням викликів сьогодення. Визначено основні труднощі впровадження інклюзивної освіти у заклади різного типу, окреслено шляхи їх подолання. Зроблено припущення, що позитивне розв’язання проблеми інклюзивного навчання дітей потребує освітніх реформ, осучаснення нормативно-правового забезпечення, визначення організаційно-методичних засад реалізації цього процесу, його педагогічного і корекційного забезпечення. Здійснено змістовий аналіз Національної стратегії розвитку інклюзивного навчання в Україні та Національної стратегії зі створення безбар’єрного простору в Україні до 2030 року.The article analyzes the main modern educational reforms in the education of persons with special educational needs. The main directions of reforms are outlined, taking into account today's challenges. The main difficulties of implementing inclusive education in institutions of various types are identified, and the ways to overcome them are outlined. It is assumed that a positive solution to the problem of inclusive education of children requires educational reforms, modernization of regulatory and legal support, determination of the organizational and methodological foundations of the implementation of this process, its pedagogical and corrective support.
