    No full text
This is a limp parchment binding that is side sewn onto both alum tawed and brown leather supports in a non‐traditional fashion. The supports are laced into the cover at two stations and are adhered beneath the pastedowns. Traditionally, a limp leather bindings dating to the 19th century would likely have been sewn onto two alum‐tawed supports. However, this binding contains two the alum‐tawed supports that are further supported by brown leather strips that are partially incorporated into the sewing – it is unclear if these are later additions from a prior repair.View Catalog Record: http://uclid.uc.edu/record=b348569
