ANALYSIS OF TEACHER STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT IN IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF LEARNING ARABIC
Strategic management by teachers plays a role in improving the quality of Arabic language learning. It explores various strategies that can be implemented to optimize the learning process, including curriculum planning, teaching methods, and assessment. Case studies or concrete examples that show the positive impact of strategic management on student learning outcomes in Arabic have also been widely discussed in research results in several articles or journals. The type of research used in this discussion is using literature study which includes: systematic identification, analysis of documents containing information related to the study problem. The research results show that 1). The application of effective strategic management, such as careful planning and the use of innovative teaching methods, can improve the quality of teaching. Teachers who implement well-planned strategies tend to be better able to convey material in a clear and interesting way, which has a positive impact on student understanding. 2). Strategic management involving interactive and participatory learning methods can increase student engagement. Research shows that students who actively participate in learning tend to have greater motivation and interest in Arabic. 3). Strategic management encourages positive changes in teaching practices, such as the adoption of new technologies, more effective teaching methods, and more student-centered approaches, thereby improving student learning outcomes
EXPLORING INNOVATIVE APPROACHES TO TEACHING ENGLISH AS A SECOND LANGUAGE (ESL)
This paper investigates the pivotal role of English as a global lingua franca and the necessity for innovative methodologies in teaching English as a second language (ESL). General background: In an increasingly interconnected world, proficiency in English is essential for effective communication, career opportunities, and access to information. Specific background: Traditional teaching methods often focus on rote memorization and passive learning, which can hinder active language acquisition and fail to engage learners meaningfully. Knowledge gap: Despite advancements in language education research, there remains a lack of widespread implementation of innovative teaching strategies that foster active engagement. Aims: This study aims to highlight contemporary methodologies that enhance ESL instruction and provide practical solutions for educators. Results: The findings suggest that innovative approaches, such as communicative language teaching, task-based learning, and technology integration, significantly improve learner motivation, interaction, and language retention. Novelty: By presenting evidence from current research and case studies, this paper offers a fresh perspective on effective ESL teaching practices. Implications: The insights gained from this study underscore the need for educators to adapt their instructional strategies to better meet the diverse needs of language learners, ultimately contributing to more effective and engaging ESL education. The paper advocates for a paradigm shift in language teaching to embrace innovative methods that foster active, lifelong language learning
Efficient Lightweight Concrete Based on Porous Aggregates
This article discusses the experience of using lightweight aggregates Due to the difficulty of producing expensive aggregates, this problem makes us turn to the use of new types of porous aggregates on local raw materials and coal waste in lightweight concrete
MAGHREB LITERATURE OF FRENCH EXPRESSION
Francophone Algerian literature is part of a special socio-historical and cultural context that determined its emergence under French colonization. Indeed, it was this French settlement that gave rise to the development of a very important element - the French language, which would later be used to condemn and challenge this occupation through literary texts.
Moreover, French-language Algerian literature, born from the writing models adopted in the French school during colonization, would gradually move away from them to create its own literary field with new values as well as different aesthetic categorie
THE SIMULATION AND PARAMETRIZATION OF THE LATERAL DISTRIBUTION FUNCTION IN EAS AT ULTRA HIGH ENERGIES
To characterize the features of EASs, this study used the AIRES simulation tool (Version 19.04.0) to estimate the lateral distribution function (LDF) at very high energies of different types of cosmic ray particles. An array of zenith angles spanning from 1018 to 1020 eV was used for the proton and iron primary simulations. The EASs's LDF curves are fitted with new coefficients for various primary particles and zenith angles using a polynomial fit, and these coefficients are applicable to the energy range described before. The findings of the simulation were compared with actual data from the Yakutsk EAS array, which showed decent agreement for proton and iron at 1019 eV for angled showers at θ=10ˢ

IMPROVING THE METHODOLOGY OF STUDENT COMPETENCE DETERMINATION ON THE BASIS OF INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS
Bu maqolada xalqaro baholash dasturlarining tahlil vositalaridan foydalangan holda, talabalarining o‘ziga xos kompetensiyalar aniqlashda, Iqtisodiy hamkorlik va taraqqiyot tashkiloti (OECD) ning Xalqaro darajada o‘quvchilarni baholash tizimi (PISA) reytingiga soslangan yondashuvlar metodikasini o‘rganadi. Ushbu yondashuv talabalarning intellektini baholashda muhim paradigma o‘zgarishiga olib keladi. Shu bilan bir qatorda oliy ta’lim muassasalar uchun innovatsion dasturlarni ishlab chiqishda, ma’lumotlar va tahlillardan foydalanishda, dalillarga asoslangan qarorlar qabul qilishda, innovatsiyon g‘oyalarni rivojlantirishda va ta’lim sohasida doimiy muvaffaqiyatga erishishda yordam beradi

THE EFFECT OF PICTURE SERIES IN TEACHING WRITING EXPLANATION TEXT AT SMA DARUSSALAMAH
The focus on find out whether there is an impact on students' ability to write explanatory texts using serial picture media. The respondent of picture series in writing explanation text at SMA Darussalamah for eleventh grade is twenty six respondents. The method is quantitative. The researcher used pre-experimental design. Instruments that used the researcher was pre-test and post-test. In the scoring rubric, the researcher knew that the ideal average value was 44.9 while the ideal standart deviation was 11.91. In addition, their scores in writing were getting better over time. The pre – test’s average value was 38.69; and the post-test was 52.08. Additionally, in pre-test, the standart deviation was 10.85. It means that the final results they got was homogenous because the standart deviation is lower than the ideal. Meanwhile, in the post-test, the opposite happened. Their achievement was various because their average score was higher than the ideal average score. Finally, it can be proved that using picture series had an impact on improving students’s writing skills
