IMPROVING THE METHODOLOGY OF STUDENT COMPETENCE DETERMINATION ON THE BASIS OF INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS

Abstract

Bu maqolada xalqaro baholash dasturlarining tahlil vositalaridan foydalangan holda, talabalarining o‘ziga xos kompetensiyalar aniqlashda, Iqtisodiy hamkorlik va taraqqiyot tashkiloti (OECD) ning Xalqaro darajada o‘quvchilarni baholash tizimi (PISA) reytingiga soslangan yondashuvlar metodikasini o‘rganadi. Ushbu yondashuv talabalarning intellektini baholashda muhim paradigma o‘zgarishiga olib keladi. Shu bilan bir qatorda oliy ta’lim muassasalar uchun innovatsion dasturlarni ishlab chiqishda, ma’lumotlar va tahlillardan foydalanishda, dalillarga asoslangan qarorlar qabul qilishda, innovatsiyon g‘oyalarni rivojlantirishda va ta’lim sohasida doimiy muvaffaqiyatga erishishda yordam beradi
